Just switched from another carrier last night with Jay, he was super helpful to my husband and I. He had a bit of a line when we first pulled up but he handles everything swift and carefully so he gets it right the first time right. The store itself is really clean and good displays. Can’t wait to see the IPhone 11get there next week. 👍🏻Lots of different kinds of phone cases and accessories to choose from.
Family member has ALZ and forgot his pin. WELL, went to near by office, corporate office, and phoneBUT unable to have pin reset. Have to go back to original setting and start over. DO U have any idea how many pictures, phone numbers, personal information an 81 has put in their phone! They gave me two options..,1) buy new phone start over2) delete allinfo on phone and have rebooted. Can some one help me..

So grateful this store was sold. I lost my phone over the weekend and I stopped in after work with my kids in the car to get another phone. Jay and (i think his name was) Manuel were super helpful and more than quick. They got my phone set up super fast and it didnt cost me a million dollars. The even helped with a cute case and screen protector at a decent price. Overall great customer service!
I bought a phone last week and it does not work . Asked for money back and they refused to do it .I’m going to report them to FTC’s bureau of consumer protection agency because they are breaking the law by doing fraudulent business in my community. I encourage people to report these metro PCS store. We have to take thieves out of our city
Metro by T-Mobile is very customer oriented store. Chris and Destiny are great business people. They are approachable. Its in Beltline and 75 Central.
I went to the Metro PCS by my house they were rude, mean and late to open the store. I came to the Metro PCS by my sister house they were fast hopefully. I have been a very satisfied MetroPCS customer since 2013. I broke my phone and needed replacement. MetroPCS stores are everywhere, but I didnt just pick any store. I read Google reviews and did short visits before deciding which store deserve my money. Well the one in Monfort Drive has highest 4.6 rating in Google, but they were not so enthusiast to help customer and the store is kinda dirty in the ghetto. I went to this place in Arapaho which only has 3.8 rating in Google, but the guy (Jay) seemed very patient and knowledgeable. I am glad I bought from them, they have much better customer service than other stores.
The guy had amazing customer service, helped me perfectly and found me the best deal.. first time there and it was good..

1 STAR IS ACTUALLY MORE THAN YOU DESERVE, DASH WIRELESS & STORE OWNER CHARLES LEE ARE RUDE, OVERBEARING CROOKS WHO DO NOT DELIVER ON CUSTOMERS REQUESTED SERVICES FOR WHICH THEY CHARGE A FEE!!He and the only female employee make claims based on customer request, charge a fee, tell you its complete in 15minutes max and then calls customer a liar when revisiting store with complaint that service for which I paid was not done. To hell with $15 bucks...if you charge me for service, you damn well better deliver. No appreciation for anyone who will not own up to their claims but instead blames customer, telling me that what I asked for and paid for were two different things. Charles and his colleague Brenda? Started out nice but ultimately turned out to be insulting liars. 1. The problems started when I requested the promotion. This is their chance to upsell me to accessories and more expensive plans. I get that its just business. But when I requested the least expensive options under the plan then the problems started. They were rude. They spoke in Korean right in front of me. No one else was in the store at that time, awkward. If they want to comment about me or insult me go in the back discreetly but not in front of the Customer. Really crass classless people, nasty disgusting. 2. She handed me off to him and when i refused the more expensive plans then suddenly they only had one ON5. Well Im prepared for those bait and switch shenanigans by asking her if she had 2 on5s in the first few seconds. They reluctantly then popped the 2nd one on the counter. They had been caught in a lie. Of course they played the race card. I am unfortunately a white man. Bottom line I calmly confronted them with these issues hoping they would apologizeI told them it doesnt event warrant me bothering to lift a finger to complain. But of course they leaned into it and doubled down, no apology, no conciliatory approach. Thus justifying my complaint. I love Koreans, but not the unethical ones. Please Korea send us more ethical Koreans.
I had the worst experience ever In my life.this Korean guy that works there has a very bad attitude and worst customer service ever. I walked into his store to buy a phone and switch from Verizon to metro pcs which I did then he tries to force me to buy things I dont need to where I didnt feel comfortable and when I asked him how to pay my monthly bill he said you have to come to my store in order to,so I said I never walked into stores to pay my phone bill before I usually pay it over the phone,then he mentioned that I can pay it over the phone or online so I come back the next day to switch the same service and plan with(metro pcs) to my previous phone that I used to use before because I wasnt feeling comfortable with the new one I bought and I mentioned that Im not returning the phone Im keeping it all I want just to switch the service to my previous phone were he said I cant I have to wait 35 days in order to do that then I said thats impossible to wait 35 day I have to use it for work then he refused to do.so I called the customer service and explained to them the issue they kindly apologized and transferred the line to my previous phone just over the phone. So after I was done I told him that the issue was solved and he wasnt happy at all then he told me in a rude way well I loose money when I do that this is why I didnt want to do it and I responded back well this is not a customer service then if I cant get what I want and told him will never come back again and he responded please dont come back to my store and go back to your previous provider which is Verizon. That was the worst experience I have ever had in my life.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Apparently Bianca feels that lying to her customers is an acceptable practice. And calling them derogatory names in Spanish with her colleagues is OK. Obviously she didnt realize I speak Spanish. Pinche tonto and mericon are very much not appropriate words to use in front of customers and I recorded most of it. Also I arrived at the store 10 minutes until closing and she said she.. couldnt help me and that I would need to call some customerservice. Since this is the only phone that I had I asked her to use the store phone because she had already removed all the demo phones 10 minutes prior to the store closing. She told me that I wasnt allowed to use the store phone because at 8 at automatically shut off which again is a lie. Then while talking to customer service trying to do her job for her she interrupted me every five minutes in order to tell me that I needed to get out because the store closed. I told her that I would not leave the store until my phone is activated and that if she would have just done her job in the first place I would have already been gone and out of the store. This is not the first time Ive dealt with horrible customer service in this location but it is the last. I actually went to the score to add for new lines of service on top of reactivating my old phone. Needless to say she lost the new lines of service and any future business I would have been able to bring. This is a completely unacceptable scenario and I will be escalating it up the corporate ladder.
