I had the BEST experience ever in any store ever. As a senior citizen & not sharp as prior, MATTHEW was the BEST employee ever. Patient, knowledgeable, polite, understanding what it takes to be excellent at your job. AT&T should use him as an example of how & what to do to excel. Had a bad experience today. Went in hoping to get my phones unlocked. I walked in and the employee immediately told me to wait my turn. Didnβt say hello or anything. So I waited and waited. He finished with the customer then asked why I was here. I explained that I needed my phones unlocked and he just said we donβt do that here and walked away. Just overall poor customer service. I understand not being able to do it but making it so clear that they donβt care was just irritating
Ive had both employees. The female set me up on a bundled phone and wifi plan. She was nice. This past Sunday, the male (dont know names), gave me the phone deal my email told me about. I brought my 16 year old son in. The employee called him sir, so polite. It made us feel very important. :) We appreciate the good service we receive at ATT
Awesome store with excellent service! - I had the pleasure of working with Matthew (RSC) and Chris (RSM). Matthew executed a flawless upgrade. He advised me on services, products, and protection. He made everything easy and set clear expectations for my future bill changes. In addition to that they both showed knowledge, and empathy after I had a horrible experience at the AT&T location at 5345 N Garland Ave. Give them an award, a raise, and a day off.
Awesome store sales team on there game
We went to this store to add another phone to our account and Zach was very helpful. We used the discount for health professionals and he also wanted to make sure if there was any other discount. He took care of both setting up the new phone and transferring all info from the old one to the new with patience answering all our questions professionally. Overall everyone working there was helpful and polite.

I went in Saturday with my to upgrade my phone, add a line, and ask some questions. Zach was the person who helped us. He answered all the questions we asked throughly and was sure he gave us the right info about the phones, account, specials etc ect... we had a loooot of questions. He set up my new phone and got my old phone set up for the new line. With everything we did it definitely took some time but he was patient and kind throughout the entire process.

Kumba and Matthew helped us get a phone for our elderly mom who needed a new phone with better than a 3g. They were excellent, polite, knowledgeable and downright enjoyable to talk to. Kumba was able to transfer info from the old phone for our mom. It is difficult to find such compassionate and patient people in this pandemic time. AT&T, you are blessed to have these two young working for you.

This AT&T store is outstanding. From the first day that I went in to sign up, the store manager was patient, honest, and professional. He has repeatedly gone out of his way to help me with anything I need for my account. It is clear he cares about his local customers and tries to make sure everyone is happy. I cannot say enough great things about this location and this manager. Finally, a store that represents its corporation to the highest degree through its integrity and service. Total joke! Went in for some help and store Manager name is Chris very bad customer service, lying and no help. I am very patient with him but so disappointed! The owner should look and work for this store if ATT wants to keep loyal customers!
Brad and Chris are who helped me. I first called over the phone to see if they were busy it was Chris that answered and told me to come right in. I needed a new phone but had not finished paying off my current one. Chris and Brad both were so helpful in finding out and figuring out ways to help me leave with a new iphone that day. Both had willingness to help attitudes, patience, and were overall great personalities. I am thankful for their customer service, they made me feel comfortable. They are definitely assets to AT&T. I would recommend anyone to go there to seek help from them because they guaranteed will be helped and if not they offer great suggestions!

Ive been to other locations which were very under par, but I love this AT&T location. The few guys that work there have the best customer service in town and never fails to serve excellent service. Today I was assisted by a very patient gentlemen named Jesse. I came in to upgrade my old crappy 1990s phone (finally). Okay Im lying its about 4yrs old, but Jesse took his time to transfer all my info from my old phone to my new Galaxy s6 and walked me through how to use the basics on my android.. Not only that he answered the million questions I had and made it very clear. I come here regularly to pay my bill and Ryan is always helpful whenever I have issues as well. This place is the true definition of great salesman and customer service! Thank you guys
I had been having issues with my phone and my service lately and I had been thinking I might switch to another carrier all together. I stopped by this storre even though it was out of my way and it was the best phone related decision I have made in a very long time. The store manager Angel walked me through many different options and dealt with corporate customer service with me until we were able to find the right one to fit my needs. I came in with the idea of a new phone and left with that new phone, a smart watch, a new tablet, and a lower bill to go with all of it. I will definitely be making the extra drive to come back and deal with this location again in the future!!!

Visited the AT&T this morning and was helped by Kumba. Her customer service and technical skills were top notch. Also, she was exceptionally friendly and professional. My phone was stolen the night before. Kumba helped me get a new phone, ensure that the old phone was protected (to the maximum extent possible), and helped set up my new phone (including expertly installing a screen protector). I was in and out in 30 minutes - plenty of time to to get to the airport in time for my flight home later today. Kumba turned what was an unpleasant experience the night before into a positive one today.
I had been so frustrated with my previous phone company that I decided to switch. Not only did I leave happy but very satisfied with the store I chose. I was greeted promptly and very professional by a young gentleman, I believe his name was Jesse. Long story short, he was able to help, explain, and set me up with my new phone company. This is a big change and this store and staff made it all much easier to do. Totally recommend AT&T and especially this location for great customer service. That the number 1 key in any type of business.

These guys are an authorized dealer not a corporate store. the way they conduct business is a bit shady and they are kinda rude...(ex. If you are signing up for a plan they wont tell you a better plan or try to give you a better deal) These guys definitely arent up to the standard as a corporate store I wouldnt waste my time here if I were you.

DO NOT come to this store. They will rip you off.I took my iphone 4S for a trade-in to upgrade. The assistant examined my phone, which is working perfectly fine, and told me its only $14 worth because of water damage. I NEVER dropped this phone in the water, but for some reason the red thing showed up that indicates water damage - but the phone is working just fine. So I told him, I wont do it then. Then he told me I cant sell this phone anywhere because of it. Well, I wasnt going to sell it anyways, so, I told him that Im just going to continue using it. I went to the other AT&T store and guess what, they gave me $200 credit for my phone, and I was able to upgrade to 5S. DO NOT waste your time here.
I came in to get information on iPhone pricing and contract details (I was not committed to starting a contract on this day) and Roxy explained everything that I needed to know. Even though she knew I wasnt going to sign up today, she was extremely helpful. I got everything I needed to know. Ill definitely be coming back to this location without a doubt

Visited the store Monday to get an Ipad. The wait was reasonable as all the associates were dealing with other customers. When it was my turn, I was informed that the 128gb version that I desired would have to be ordered and delivered as they didnt have any of that model in store. Sounds great, however this is where the transaction goes south. I informed Zach that it would be difficult to have it delivered to my house as the new procedure is to have it hand delivered and I am in and out all day with work. He advised the best way to approach this was to have the Ipad delivered to the store and then I would be able to pick it up at my convenience as early as Tuesday or at the latest Thursday. Fast forward to Thursday, when I receive an email stating that the order would be canceled due to the delivery destination being an AT&T store. At this point I drive to the store I purchased the Ipad and spoke with the manager Chris. He informed me that this procedure is no longer valid and that unfortunately the order had been cancelled and would need to be reordered. I asked how we could go about expediting this process as it was an associate who advised me to do this and now I am without the product I ordered for potentially another 2 to 4 days. Chris reply was we could argue about this all day, but.... Pardon me! You just caused me a huge inconvenience and your first rebuttal is to argue with me and not offer an apology of any sort. Horrible customer service, and being in the industry of making sure things are taken care of NO MATTER WHAT for my customers, this is completely unacceptable and both employees should be trained properly in selling their products and the delivery process and also how to deal with customers whom they have wronged. There are much better ways to approach this issue and I would hope they are reprimanded as they are a bad representation of a multi-billion dollar company in AT&T.Sincerely,
I worked with Roxy to set up my internet for my new apartment, and she was super quick, patient, and helpful! I highly recommend working with her if you need new phone or internet service, or if you need to change your phone plan! She is awesome!

Stood there for 10 min with another customer and neither ATT employees would even make eye contact, let alone acknowledge they had 2 customers waiting. The other ATT stores at least have someone greet you, get your name, and ask you what you need help with. Never going to that location again.
