I went in to upgrade my phone and Billie was amazing. He helped me choose the best option for me and was extremely helpful. The atmosphere was very inviting and fun and I enjoyed my time while there.

They have the best deals right now. Ive been with At&t for the past fifteen years and I am not complaining about them...I could have left years ago if I wanted something different. At this moment in time, I needed a new phone for a GREAT price and T-Mobile was the right fit. They have superior 5G coverage and have already taken over as the number 2 wireless provider. I’ve been in the store 3 different times. 2 times it was 5 star service, the other was just OK.The shop is small and typically not very crowded so you can get in and out relatively fast. I got a new apple phone and was out the door in 20 minutes which is pretty good compared to previous experiences at the apple store at the mall or near uptown Dallas.The management and salespeople here are very kind and are not overly pushy. They ask to upsell you but understand buying a new phone is always a beating and they try to make it as smooth as possible. I’m glad these guys are so close to my house.

Theyre always attentive. The minute you walked in, even if theyre with customer, they greeted customers, acknowledged and let customers know theyll be right with you. Awesome customer service. I see team effort working in this location. Even busiest hours they put on that happy face and work tirelessly to put on that smile and help us customers. Ive always had great customer experience with T-Mobile. Always eager to help.

Yes! I was at the airport on the phone with T-Mobile customer service to set my service for traveling purposes. Little did I know my phone bill didn’t get paid on time because at this location the representative didn’t do his job.Hope to never have to deal with this type of situation again.Thank you.
Muhammad was absolutely amazing! They were out of stock on a phone my boyfriend and I wanted and he volunteered to pick up the phones from a nearby store while we went next door. Jamal was so patient and very helpful with transferring all my information to my new phone. I will be coming back to this location to work with these two men in the future!

The customer service at this location is just fantastic. I have been in multiple times over the past month to switch all my lines from AT&T. Each time they went above and beyond to take care of me and made the process very easy for me. This is what customer service should be!

It was great before they started moving people to different locations. I havent waited about an hour for them to open and turn off the alarm. They open at 10am and no one was at the store. They should be more prepared and organized. There is 4 workers and 2 customers including myself. And they all act like theyre busy and cant help.

Terrible customer service at this location. Walked in to store and was not acknowledged or greeted. Waited for 5 minutes without being spoken to at all. There was one customer representative helping one customer and we were completely ignored. Apparently we didnt even merit a Ill be with you in a minute. We left and received excellent customer service at the Coit/Arapaho location. We will not be back to this particular location on Beltline ever again.
What an awful experience! Ive been T-Mobile customer for more than 12 years and this store could not help me with a simple issue... First a manager from T-Mobile in Lubbock Texas lies about a promotion saying that I was eligible for a free google tablet with no monthly fee. When I tried to use the device the device wouldnt turn on. So I took it back and I was told by this store that could not help because it was 16 days since I got the device. And there was a monthly service charge I asked them to take it back and close the account they refused. bad customer service would not recommend anyone to go to this story...
The T-Mobile in Beltline and 75 Central is great where Chris and Destiny are very helpful and quick customer service. I like them
I came In today to get a new Sim card. It was my first time at this location and WOW the customer service is top notch! Darlington Edu went out of his way to assist me with an billing issue and help me get into a new plan as well as a new phone!! He is by far the most helpful and courteous manager I have ever met! Way to go Darlington. You have earned a lifelong customer.

If there is a way that I could give this place zero stars I would. The manager refused to assist in resolving a refund that has taken over a 1 month to resolve. I has been the most unpleasant experience ever with T-Mobile!!!Not only was T-Mobile store and customer service department unhelpful so was the Citibank Card Refund Department they were even worse!!This store will not be helpful to you if you ever come across any issues with your service!! Find another store to go to.
I have been a customer of T-Mobile for close to 10 years and they have been wonderful. Always ready to help. A couple of weeks ago my phone started acting crazy so yesterday I went to this T-Mobile store. Kam was the associate that helped me. He was so helpful with helping me find a new phone. I am not very new style phone smart and really didnt know what type of phone I needed. Kam did not just try to sell me ANY phone. He listened to what I use my phone for and got me the right phone. He didnt try to push me into buying some 800.00 phone that he knew I didnt need. He found the right phone for me and even took the time to help me to get the phone set up and even transferred all my data from my old phone. Koodoos to you Kam and thank you so much. I love my new phone!!!!!
I ordered a phone over a week ago and never got a confirmation that it was ready. I had to return to the store to find out they already had it in stalk over a week ago. Also the service is horrible instead of trying to fix my problem they steady try to up sale me a new phone I dont want. On top of all of that I had to wait on them to even get the phone and they waited on another customer while I clearly have been waiting was in line first.
