Went in and found what I needed plus a few more items. Self check out cluster area was full but not sure why the 2 self check out lanes were on(green light on pole) but they were chained off. This is one of those stores that goes mostly self check out but then close off lanes when traffic is there ready to use.

One of my favorite Neighborhood Markets. Usually, even if its packed its still pretty quick to get in and out of. They mostly have everything I need in stock, every time.

I want to give a shout out to the people in the Pharmacy. They were really sweet, very professional, and got my prescription filled accurately and quickly. I wasnt feeling good, but their kindness towards me meant a lot. Im forever grateful to them. I pray a special blessing over them and their loved ones in Jesus name. Amen and Amen and Amen and Amen and Amen.

Great store exemplary customer service.One pharmacist is the worst but her assist is the brightest and expand things to her. I cant fill this prescription Im like then why did yall text me to come get it? Assistant interrupts. One moment sir the pharmacist doesnt even comment. Rediculous.

I love this location, the selection is limited but I can get in and out quick. No interaction with staff but I am fine with that.

The store in great! Great staff and management! Always welcoming customer driven and customer focused. Always a great experience. And now they are one of the few stores to have Walmart chef champs handy out samples... It takes the store up another level.

It was terrible no one would help us even managers ignored us. We needed baby milk and no one would help us get it . They were very rude about it too. 4 of the employees we asked were on their phones. They were the only store with that formula. We had to drive 45 mins away since they wouldnt help us. It has gotten worse and worse there.

Today was my first visit to this location. Its super-duper clean. The staff was realfriendly, and all the items were very accessible. And I would highly recommend this location to anyone

This review applies specifically to the pharmacy at the Buckingham Road location. I’ve been dealing with this location for many years. Dr. Margaret Tabe and the staff at this location are the finest group of professional folks one could ever ask for. They are pleasant, very helpful and will go to any lengths to make sure the customer is treated with knowledge and kindness with the highest level of professionalism.

I love their curbside delivery. Almost always have the things I want, and if they do make a substitution, its always a reasonable one. Wait for delivery once Ive parked are less than five minutes usually.

The place is cool. Its easily accessible when we cant make it to the Super center.

This method is okay if youre not buying produce, meat or dairy. The shoppers dont take in consideration of expiration date. Or know to pick good produce. So mask up and shop for yourself if your able to do so.

Always have great sales that arent advertised so its like a surprise esp cause the majority of the people arent paying attention... this is just one example only cause Halloween is coming up and the king size was way cheaper than the regular size candy bars... guess whose house is going to be popular for Halloween...

Its Walmart. It is what it is, but I do recommend staying away from Walmart produced items like the pizza, it is not frozen, thus has to be maintained at a safe temperature from its inception, got sick off of one once, which leads me to believe they dont ensure proper temperature controls.

This store is the worst place to shop. They have put in guidelines and social distancing for people to follow, but even though things are clearly marked no store employee or manager enforces their own guidelines that the store has put in place to keep all their customers and even their Associates safe.When I asked a manager what is this for, while I was pointing to a red sign that read Do Not Enter. She wouldnt give me an answer.Why have guidelines in place to keep customers safe if they are not enforced? Other stores I visit, Albertsons, Kroger, etc. Enforce their guidelines and policies and it is a much better shopping experience. This is my least favorite Neighborhood Walmart. How can you be out of Cherry Pepsi (except for 15-can packs - I get the 16 oz plastic bottles) AND Cherry Coke (Cherry Vanilla doesnt count)?I should have driven down Buckingham to the Neighborhood Walmart in Garland! Works much better for me.

General neighborhood store. Not as big or bust as the super stores but convenient with short check out lines.

The drive thru pharmacy is extremely slow the majority of the time I’ve gone through there.

The customer service was NEVER open and it said it is open from 8:00AM 8:00PM. I went to go return shrimp w days I’m a row and both times I was told it was closed. If it says it is open those times is should be open at those times.

I live nearby so I come here pretty often to get groceries. I find it has everything I need for my regular food resupply. Plus since it is smaller than their regular stores I dont get stuck browsing the aisles.

Its hit or miss. I go every morning before I take my kids to school and everyone is so friendly and efficient but today I went and ran into the rudest employee! She has curly hair tied back in a ponytail and had glasses working the front. Just ridiculous and tempered to contact the manager! Other than this issue I have never had a problem at this location and the drive up pick up has awesome customer service as well!

The store was clean, organized, & I was in & out without a lot of waiting.

This Walmart is clean. But the number of cashiers and getting out is crazy slow! I’ve been in a check out line for thirty mins.! Yes they have self checkout but father those are always backed up. The service desk is not any better! I will drive passed this store. Which is directly across the street from me and go to Aldis or if I have to I will go to target. I think it’s a really neat store but, don’t be in a hurry when you’re going.

Extremely disappointed to see an elderly Hispanic man probably in his 60s pushing in carts from parking lot in this hot texas weather. I walk in and see a young man sitting in a chair on his phone greeting and counting the number of customers as they enter. As i was leaving the exit side also had a young man sitting in a chair and on his phone. He was not even doing his job by counting the number of customers exiting during the pandemic, the tablet was sitting on the cooler next to him. So apparently he wasnt even doing his job.

Huge improvement to the overall experience at this store - kudos to the new manager, Chuck, and his freshly energized team! Ive been shopping here on and off since it first opened, and this location has definitely had its ups and downs. Last time I was in about 2 months ago, I was wondering if they were going to be closing because things looked so picked over and the customer service was non-existent. Today, however, I ended up buying twice as much as was on my list because of so many new items on the shelves that Ive historically had to go elsewhere for. Give it a try again if youve been disappointed in the past.

Some of their foods are at a very good price and its nice and clean and numb theyre pretty good they have automatic cashier now

The worst Walmart to go to. Selling expired products, most stuff(in the costumer service/cashiers department) are high school kids that acting unprofessionally in front of customers. Management are joke just like their customer service. I gave this place few chances and kept coming just because of the fact that they 5 minutes away from me. Now I’ll know to go to the next Walmart which is 3 miles away from me. I’ll drive this extra 3 miles just not to deal with this clowns no more. to everyone else I highly recommend you not coming here this place is trash 🗑

I love Walmart this Walmart in particular has some new items that I hadnt seen in other Walmarts which kept my attention we also ordered some wings from the deli and they were fresh and hot and delicious although we ordered the pasta salad with broccoli it wasnt the same as what were used to eating it had a different taste we did the rest of our shopping and left the lady in the bathroom was cleaning her tail off she had it smelling so good in there I could have said in the bathroom and sniffed it all day thank you Walmart four wonderful employees like that lady

They do not stock the shelves as well as other Walmarts. For instance I went in for some Campbells soup and the selection was very thin. Also their are never enough cash register open they are really pushing the scan and go section usually anytime I go In they may have only 2 actual registers open with humans working them and the lines for them are usually super long and slow. A lot of people dont want to have to check themselves out.

Well-stocked store with a bank branch too. I was in and out in no time.

Everyone is so friendly, and the store is so convenient across from my house, i come here very often and they also have very nice deals on many items

Last night, I promised myself not coming back to the used to be my favorite Walmart Neighborhood Market (Plano, Texas at Shiloh and Park), and instead went to this store today at Buckingham in Richardson.I was really impressed the way LIZ practiced her genuine customer care, which is my lifes advocacy. It was a total opposite experience I had with the Shiloh and Park outlet last night.All I can say is... Thank you very much, LIZ. Keep up the good work.
