The pharmacy workers are trash especially the black african guy hardly could understand himHim and a coworker began talking in another language and began laughing when I was trying to get my medication I had to leave without it.

Worthless . Do not go here for any reason. You have been warned..

0 if I could! They never have my prescription ready on time. A person might be dying but theyll never ever have the prescription ready. My dad is diabetic, he was out of his medication, they made him come 5 times, the fifth time, he lost his cool and my dad is one of those who hardly looses his cool, so thats when they finally filled the prescription. Really bad but the people are nice though, incompetent but nice!

The reason I am giving this particular Walmart Pharmacy a five star is that whatever goes on there or however they behave is not their fault. For one, they are highly under staffed and seriously over worked. Even the Staff themselves complain about it and there is nothing they can do about it. I transferred from the Walmart Pharmacy at Forest Lane to this Location because the Forest Lane location does not even deserve a one star. They should get a zero Star if that option was available. I got tired of voicing my complaint and just decided to switch to this Location. Despite being under staffed and over worked, this Location still try their best to provide at least a good Customer Service. I was there today to fill my Rx and only two staff were there. Line was so long and drive through was backed up. However, the two staff were doing their best to please all the Customers. They kept apologising and letting us know they were under staffed. For that, I give them a five star

4 times. That’s how many times I had to come up to this pharmacy in order to get my prescription. The first time, I was 15 minutes early from the time I was supposed to pick it up, and they said they wouldn’t have it ready until the next day. The second time, I actually showed up 3 days after when I was supposed to.. just to give them more time. That time not only did they not have my prescription, but they said it was transferred to another pharmacy. I asked why.. and they said they would check and transfer it back and told me to come back in 30 minutes. The third time, I showed up at 1:31 but they went to lunch at 1:30 so nobody could help. The 4th and successful time, they took 20 minutes to finally give me my prescription. If you value your time, please go to any other pharmacy.

They filled the script and put in the tray to give to me in the pickup line and it blew away. I never even touched it. I asked for help to try and find it in the parking lot and they said there was no one available to help. I Spent 15 minutes looking and finally gave up. Very poor system. I Asked for a manager and there were not any managers there. This was on Saturday at 10 am in the morning!!! I Asked for a manager to call me and I am still waiting. Some one did call and say sorry ??? but I am not convinced. I will not fill rx at this location again. Would they have helped if it had been a controlled substance???

I have occasionally had issues with this pharmacy and long waits, but they did an amazing job today! I walked in this morning with a fresh case of strep throat and an employee named Jessica grabbed my insurance card and immediately started working on getting my meds. The checkout clerk kept an eye out for the filled prescription so I could be on my way ASAP. Great customer service with this morning group of employees!

Rude, no customer skill whatsoever. Picked up my medicine at the drive through. The woman who processed my order was horrible. She asked my name and date of birth and that was all I mean all she said. No good morning, no hello, no nothing. She went and got my script and then pushed thr drawer open. I knew she needed payment so I dropped my card in the drawer. She never said how much, she never confirmed what I was getting she never said thank you never said have a nice day she didnt say a single thing after she asked my birthday.........Horrible service.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The doctor called in my prescription around 1 p.m. and I got there at 7 p.m. they claimed they never got a prescription, never got a call from the doctor, nothing. That was what 3 employees said, and I had to ask the doctor to call them again, and they said they had already received the prescription and were working on it. Long story short. It’s happening again with my refill and they refuse to give me my medication. Unorganized, lazy, and lie.

In filling several prescriptions for a friend, I encountered the most incompetent service imaginable, with unfilled prescriptions, overcharges, multiple visits to correct, impossible wait times in line and drive through, dont give a damn attitude. They ovviously cater to slugs who accept being treated by dirt, thinking they are saving money because it is Walmart!The lone positive of this experience was the lone pharmacy clerk trying to handle a long line and two drive through windows simultaneously.They remind me of Conns appliance, catering to the uneducated masses.

I mentioned how great this pharmacy is in my review of the Walmart, especially since some people had a few negative things to say about this pharmacy without credibility. This pharmacy has fast and friendly service, and absolutely great prices, especially on their generic drugs. They have a drive-thru window, and I highly recommend trying it out for those who live nearby.

Worst pharmacy you could visit. The employees here literally run around like chickens with their heads cut off... they gave us a time and didnt fall through. This is already a day after we originally came, now they want us to come back in another day? No, thank you. Ill take my Rx somewhere where they know what they are doing...

This pharmacy a line of 15+ inside and I have been waiting more then 30 minutes in the drive through with others who pull in a leave cause the wait is horrible. They have no organization what so ever! Never go here!!!

This pharmacy have really poor service and it is so slow. The employees there dont know how to greet customers. I dont why they stare at you and not do anything. I dont neeed u to jux stare me down! Do they even know how to say thank you? The place seems busy but why hire multiple workers if they are not helping to speed the service.Its not a one time situation. This place is always making customers wait! This review doesnt even earn a star!!

“Can you wait 20 mins” that what they ask me to wait . lol . then 60 mins to get my medicine lol lol lol .not recommend this place

Horrible. Came threw the drive-threw and waited twenty minutes with out anyone saying to please wait. Thought the drive threw was supposed to be a faster way of getting your meds.

Its a small pharmacy but good, didnt have any problem so far

This pharmacy sucks! The only reason they get 1 star is because there isnt a negative star! So very frustrating, understaffed and confused.I will never use them again!

They were very patient and helpful with a problem I was having with my insurance and stuck it out with me until our joint efforts got it resolved.

Waiting so long pure customer service
