I love B&R and though it has changed over the years, the ice cream quality has not- at least not the flavors I still enjoy! Their most unique flavor that I have never seen anywhere else is Dacquiri Ice. Its kind of like a lime sherbert, but even lighter. Its always been one my favorite.

Plenty of selections and choices of toppings! Sat outside to eat and was a great way to beat the Texas heat!

Ive always liked going to this place. Unfortunately Covid has made it harder to go since theyre only allowing 8 customers at a time. I understand this place is small but one big family in their store makes everyone else wait outside. Cant wait for these rules to be lifted.

Today 1-2-2021 6:30pm I came by for some strawberry cheesecake ice cream and some ice cream for the family. I asked for 2 quarts of the strawberry cheesecake and was very pleased to see that the two young ladies working here fully packed my quarts with the ice cream making sure there were no air bubbles in tubs. I have been to several other locations where this was not the case and was served half of the quart. We will be returning here for future purchases.

Really great homemade ice cream at a comparatively reasonable price. I had the double chocolate and strawberry shortcake flavours, for 5 dollars. There are also some fairly exotic flavours which I will try next time, mostly things like rosewater. While it doesnt have all of the added ingredient options of other places, it doesnt need them! very pleased I came here instead of coldstone creamery/some other big chain.

As a customer from this store, I experienced a horrible service from the management. I ordered a 9 inches cake for my 6 year old son to celebrate his birthday. The employee made a decoration on it. I took it home, and the family did not like the way it were decorated. We took the cake back after 20 minutes, not open the box yet. We asked for an exchange or a refund. The employees called the manager and made us wait for one hour and told us to come back next day to see the manager for a refund. Employees did not want to offer refund or exchange. Next day, I took the cake back. The manager did not offer refund or exchange either. Stating that because I took the cake home, so I cannot get refund or return. As a buyer, who purchased the cake and have not consumed it, I expected the store to honor my refund policy. We will not go hunger for not having $37 refund from the cake, but the store has ruined my 6 year old son birthday celebration and we feel like being treated badly by this store management.

Went for getting out for old people thay like it. Thank help good and kind.

Horrible! I didn’t know employees could yell like that! First, she gave me the wrong ice cream and then they corrected my order but charged for two ice cream without even telling. When my husband was paying, he got confused and asked for the extra fees. That employee said it was my responsibility to stand there and check if she scoops the right ice-cream. Because I just told her what I wanted and pointed the ice cream, I should pay the double price. Her attitude was just so rude!She wasn’t wearing a name tag, but she was closing the store today. I think everyone should be wearing a name tag.My husband asked her name and She yelled “It is none one of your business. GET OUT!!!”Get Out? What? Muted!

New Review 2 stars: ice cream had a freezer burnt taste, chunk of ice, mixed flavors from not cleaning the scoops. the girls were super loud,i was in there with my kids eating and they were yelling across the store to have a conversation, I couldnt hear my kids at the table with me. caught something about another coworkers body and she can do what she wants but you work in an icecream shop.1st review was 5 star:Great options, nice staff, girl working(didnt catch her name) was patient as my kids decided on what they wanted.

I called this location and ordered 2 milk shakes over the phone from home. My wife was already in the parking lot so she went inside once I ordered. The first thing she noticed was 1 of the girls working there, was not wearing any gloves while handling the blender and milk. My wife kept observing her and noticed that she didn’t put on gloves to scoop the ice cream either. She brought it to the other employees attention and the employee then told the girl “she wants to know why you’re not wearing gloves” and the employee preparing my order answered that they do not wear gloves to scoop ice cream. This is really weird because every take out is wearing gloves and masks. I understand they don’t want to wear masks but at least wear gloves that company provides when handling people’s food.We cancelled the order on the spot but glad we experienced this in order to know how the employees are handling this crisis at this place. Please do NOT come here unless you don’t mind people touching your ice cream and helping people with no protection. We were very disgusted by their body language and the way they handled the situation. Way to go Baskin Robbins!

As far as ive cream quality goes... hands down thre best around here.

First time customer...My son received $20 in gift certificates (10 $2 gift certificates is how they come) for his birthday. Took him for ice cream after school, ordered $5.62 worth of ice cream. Presented the employee (Israel was his name) 3 $2 gift certificates. This is where it takes a turn. He tells me that they can only be used one at a time because their point of sale only allows one coupon at a time. I explained to him that nowhere on the gift certificate does it say that, mind you it is a gift certificate (should be as good as cash since they have been paid for) not coupon. After going back and forth for a minute, I give him my card for the remaining balance. He then charges my card for more than the amount and gives me back a receipt and a dollar bill stating thats the only way he could make it work. What?!?Cut to the end, my son finishes half his ice cream. As we are leaving, I am holding the door open for my 5-year old, and the manager/owner walks into the establishment before my son has time to even walk through the door. Not to mention how utterly rude that is, he then doesnt say thank you for me holding the door open. The audacity and lack of manners that someone in his position has at a place of business astounds me and I wont be sad when that store closes it doors permanently.

My son took me to Baskin Robbins tonight to celebrate my Father’s Day but unfortunately disrespectful young lady ruined our night. Because of her own mistake she wanted to charge extra, when my son asked for a refund she tried to defend herself and said that it was our mistake. When we ask for her name she yelled at my son and say “it’s none of your business!! and “get out!!” . I have never experienced a horrible customer service before. I would never go to Baskin Robbins again.

I Have always loved their ice cream and getting to try new ones every month. They let you sample the ice creams there are so many good ones sometimes its hard to decide which one to get The employees are always friendly and the store is always clean. I joined the birthday Club that entitles me to get a free ice cream on my birthday and other free or discount offers during the year.

Many interesting flavors to choose from. Free samples. Very sweet desserts. Reminds me of childhood ice cream parlors. Not much has changed and thats alright by me.Cones, cups and smoothies of ice cream were all available.They also have cakes to choose from.

Sometimes its just good to get away and have a nice serving of ice cream. This was an ideal place and my friend and I had a great time. Its also the only place that I can find lemon custard ice cream.

It was reported to feel like 114 today when my children and I stopped for ice cream around 3:30ish. The shop was understandably busy and there was one person working at the time (I believe her name is Jayden?). She helped everyone quickly and stayed so friendly! She was very helpful and sweet with my 4 year old who cannot have milk. Thank you so much, Jayden!

I liked the fact theres still a few of these shops operating but this one has good friendly staff and well kept places to sit and eat

Ice cream here is good but customer services was really worse because my son pokemon birthday cake came out so weird. I did not remember a ladys name talked but I believed she was a manager of the shop. During conversation to order the cake is pretty good as a picture showed in the shelf. She advised around 20 kids, the size big will cover all of them. After her advised, I ordered the bigger cake, and total price came out almost $80 including around $60 -$65 cake, $7 or $8 for pokemon decorate, and add up tax. I am still OK with this price. When cake came out at the day to pick up, I amdisappointed and unhappy. The cake is rectangle size, the height of right side is higher than the height of left side on the cake when you look on the top of the cake, you barely to tell the differences. However when you look directly on the side, the cake was not even. I talked to the cashier she unable to solve this problem due to she was a newbie, just work there around 3 days. She have called her manager who will explain it well. After their talked on the phone, the cashier girl do not know how to explain to me. She told her manager explain to me when she back to work on Monday. In the other hand, I have get the cake to school for my son. I left a message that her manager have to call and talk me on Monday. My emotion was upset and angry while I was walking out of the BR store, and also when we took pictures from the front size because it showed off clearly the cake uneven and slide on one side. Actually, I thought there only have the uneven issue of the cake but the ice cream cake like a hard rock/ stone when my son start to cut it. A knife can not get into the ice cream, only on the top layer cut. All of the kids had to dig in the top layer with spoons to eat, they was unable to get further into the ice cream because its real tough. Finally, they did not call me at all on the Monday, I feel so bad for the store to have manager who do not care about store business, or either customers. This is my real worse experience about the cake to put money on the wrong place. I wont be back this store again or either I prefer them to my friends unless their store manager call and explain.

Horrible experience!!! About 2 hours before I was due to pick up cake they called me to say that the cake decorated was out but that they would try to have it ready for me. I called them back and was told they would have it ready in 30 mins. I waited 45 mins so give them ample time. When I got there and asked for the cake the staff ALL looked at each other like they didnt know what I was talking about, like an inside joke... Then when they figured it out they told me it wasnt done. One of the employees went and said she would finish it. When she was done she had the audacity to charge full price for it.the cake was NOT what I ordered, it looked like a 5 year old decorated it. I asked for a discount and she could only do 5 dollars off. Ridiculous! This place has no customer service. If they knew the decorated had called in early morning (as stated by staff) why not call the customer and let them know so they can have time to find other options???
