Harbor Freight Tools is very good store for all need for tools and great place if you starting out as Mechanic and you need very good tools started job.

I was impressed by their collection of all sort of hardware at the store. I went to buy some accessories for my craft work and ended up buying some tools for my hot gun and sand paper and what not. This store is simply a gem of its kind. And the price is also very reasonable for each item. Cheers for them.

Found the tools we needed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! It was a holiday weekend and during a sale but multiple employees checked on us even though we didnt need any assistance. Very vast selection of products and much better customer service than a larger retail store.

I generally am happy with Harbor Freight tools and supplies. I drove further today because one of their stores showed product availability for an item. The item was not available so their inventory system really caused a wasted hour long trip.

I dont know why but I really like this store...I always find stuff I can use. Today I found a watchmakers hammer with interchangeable heads that I can use in my jewelry making.

The manager and staff here are good at their jobs, overall a good store. Whatever you do Dont go to the harbor freight on skillman street. The manager there is lazy and Incompetent. The manager and staff here are far better at their job and his store is far more deserving of your business.

My husband loves this store! Its a little tucked away from the street but inside its laid out well and the prices are fair plus the tools are good.

Friendly, great bang for your buck. So much better than Lowes for sure. Sure they dont have a lot of options but they carry everything just like youd expect at big box retailers. The staff is excellent. Knowledgeable and discounts are given to those who have a rewards account setup. Coupons.

We go to this place a lot to get a lot of the things that we need. But wish that they would honor militaries and give us a little discount. I would recommend them if you need any kind of items for your home or repairs.

If you are buying tools from harbor freight you know what you are getting. Mask is optional if youve been vaccinated. The parking lot is a nightmare of pits and pot holes and worn out lines. Theres no easy handicap access to the store as there are weird steps and slopes to negotiate. However, for a tool addict this place is my cheap candy store.

The prices are you good you almost feel like youve stepped back in time before everything was as expensive as it is now.

Staff was very helpful. The manager realized the specialized item I wanted was not in stock, allowed me to cherry pick from the other options. Helped me load my equipment. Great customer service!

This is where I purchase all the chains and binders for ToolRent. They always have a good deal going. The chains and binders always seem to be pretty good quality. We have had a couple set for over a year now. This place is definitely always on our radar

Used to work here so I’m a little bias but on that note...... the employees work very hard to get you the best tools for your hard earned money. If they look tired, the night before they must of had a truck and unloading a truck is very physically demanding. I left on a good term and I know how much I miss working there. They really need a remodel and a new parking lot. It’s a good company to work for and a great value to add to your garage collection of free flash lights!!! Lol

Im an avid HFT shopper and 99 percent of all my tools come from here. I love shopping here and the prices are just right for me. So my review of that is a 5 star and is​ reflected here. The customer service is close to a 5 also.The only thing is the location is quite secluded. One can say its off of a busy road (EB lane of Belt Line), but its still kinda set inside a bit. I get it and it works for the community it serves, but it is also hard to see from the street and the picture I share of the front shows what you can see when youre close because of what obstructs the view. So Ive been going more to the one in Rowlett because that one is off of a main thoroughfare and very easy for me to access. This Richardson one is closer to my work and Id much rather go here before getting on the freeway to go home but alas, the location is too far out for me.Nevertheless, its still a great place for me but just know that youll have to plan your route accordingly--if you dont live in Richardson :)

Picked up a flashlight that blinded me when I tried it. Went in for a 50 amp generator but they dont have any. Gotta love Harbor freight...

The staff at this location are very helpful. The store is kept well stocked and clean. I have shopped many different Harbor Freight locations, and this one rates right up at the top of them. The coupons and specials can save a lot of money. Most if the tools here are as good as any if you are like me and only use them now and then. I saved $100 On a 1200 # winch with a coupon from their circular.

I use Harborfreight all the time. I like their tools. The prices are low for tools I need to do work Id otherwise pay 4 or 5 times as much for a professional to do. I wont use the tools every day so I dont need expensive Pro Grade tools. And I enjoy the work. I do it like I want it done. Dad called it Jack of all Trades. Now were Makers. A difference without a distinction.

As always, this location has a good supply of items but their checkout are a little slow. They usually only have one check person and need more than just one. But I like this location.

I can never escape out of there without buying too much. Like a mouse trap and I always go right for the cheese

I like that they have a higher level brand of a higher quality and features. Some tools you dont need much use and so the less price models might fit your application better. If you need more use then buy the higher grade models.

HFT tool quality has improved a lot, and their prices are still attractive. They have a surprisingly enormous selection of items, and some total surprises. You should go.

I love this store and also the one in Plano. I just talked to the store manager (Anita) and she was extremely helpful and pleasant. She helped me with an issue involving an air compressor. I actually go a bit out of my way to shop here.

The quality of some tools is increasing but so is the price. Some my earliest purchases are still working tools even though the quality was questionable. Still, most purchases are a good deal when they are discounted. Most anything sewn has had eventual issues with the seams pulling apart, such as tool bags.

A bit smaller than other HF locations, but they seem to have all the same stuff. Obviously this is Chinese no-name stuff and not high quality tools. For basic stuff and hobbiest work, the quality is good enough and pricing is great.

Harbor Freight is awesome and while the staff are always friendly, there have been several occasions where this location has been out of stock of an item I needed. Unfortunately, Ive missed out on being able to use some great coupons that Harbor Freight rarely runs because of it. This location is about 1 mile away from where I work so its very convenient to run over there on my lunch break but I typically go to the one in Plano off 75 if I need to go on a weekend since I havent had an issue with them being out of stock of anything I have needed.

If you need decent affordable tools this is the place to go. If your just a weekend warrior and cant justify the cost of speciality or brand name tools then this place is your best friend.

Very nice supervisor and employees are actually knowledgeable in product locations but lines got long, HOWEVER from what its because some customers have unrealistic expectations with returns like coming in and saying Id like to return this without a receipt and saying they bought it 2 months ago🙄🙄🙄and expecting an ok here is your money back fyi thats not the case.

I love combing the aisles and finding all kinds of tools my wife wont let me have. That being said, Ive owned a budget compressor and 2 nail guns for 10 years that I wouldnt trade for anything. Staff is very helpful.
