Such a fun store! I could shop it for hours

I love UO. But this location’s men side is so small and barely has anything. The women’s had the whole bottom floor and about 75% of the upper floor.

I am super disappointed with the delivery process. If you order furniture from urban outfitters be aware that it may take a long time to receive the item you have ordered. They ship it to a delivery service and the delivery service sets up delivery with you. It’s taking over a month to receive something I needed last week. 😔

Very limited sizes available in store. Online they have a range of sizes, but the store never seems to stock up on larger sizes.

I got the cutest space/planetary socks and Nirvanas Nervermind album from here and I am very happy with these purchases. Theyre a bit overpriced though honestly so youd probably be better trying to find items you see there second-hand.

I always enjoy shopping at this store. Its interesting beyond the regular retail store. Found a great deal on a hat I had been looking for and got some great smelling scents!

Ordered Bohemian Platform bed in store. Staff was awesome and extremely helpful! Just put bed together and could not be happier. Beautiful and well-made! Mattress coming Thursday. Exactly what we ordered!

Would be 5 stars, but stuff is overpriced. Great place to go for last minute gifts, especially for people that are hard to buy for. Im not sure what guys wear their clothes, but they either dont care what they look like, or I am completely out of touch with fashion. Maybe both?

It was nice to see a different type of floor concept here instead of the same old thing. When you walk in the front door you can browse the bottom floor for clothing and toiletries or go up the stairs and find some interesting housewares at reasonable prices. It would be difficult to navigate through the store if you used a wheelchair.

The service here was terrible. Over the weekend I saw a pair unmistakable yellow pants. I came in today to purchase them and a worker told me he has never seen them and they must have been a web exclusive? Another worker acted like I was crazy and upon showing him a picture merely shrugged. Nobody was familiar with anything or offered to order them. How can you not be familiar with what you sell?

Its always awesome! And I got the last Billie Eilish vinyl they have there which is even better!

Many curiosities in one place that is what makes it a fun place to shop at, but the prices are a little high. I usually wait for a sale to buy things here.

Ive been visiting this store ever since I was little. The clothes are wonderful and they have lots of awesome things for college students and dorm rooms, along with a wide variety of clothing and brands.

Hip place to shop. Saw an item on their website and easily found it at the store. Handy!

Asked if they had a shirt thats on the website in stock. They found one that was an online return, in the right size. Very helpful. Customer service win!

Not bad selection of clothes, prices are kinda outrageous though. only real complaint was the service. one guy wouldnt just let me shop, kept coming up to me asking if i needed help or wanted to get a fitting room when i only had 1 item which is cool, but after the first time please leave me alone

They dont have nearly as many records as they used to, and what little they do have is almost exclusively targeted at female millenials who might want to re-buy NSync and Britney Spears records on wax. There are a few leftover copies of stuff like Abbey Road or the new Ariana Grande album, but it is sad how theyve cut WAY back from the selection they had a year or three ago.

Ironically humored parents who grew up in the 80s told their 12 year old about their childhood. This kid also watched too much of the Kardashian reality show, and cared way too much about instagram. When the kid turned 13, he combined all of his Kardashian, Instagram, and 80s knowledge...... and then opened a store. This is that store.
