My phone worked very fine before I came and got my screen fixed!!! I was so happy but now my phone has been completely acting up and ive heard that I shouldnt have came to this place !!!!! im very upset how my phone is acting because of them!! they could barely snap my screen into place when got fixed!!!

Purchased earbuds from them. When I noticed the earbuds they sold me were used with scratches, I tried to return them and the guy assisting me with the problem asked did I want to exchange them or get a store credit I said store credit would be good because the battery life is very low on the earbuds and they are too big for my ear. He then told me that their store return policy doesnt apply to the earbuds. I was not told this when I purchased them. I am confused on them selling defected product and also how the store return policy can change within seconds of conversation.

Went on for a minor issue with me Samsung S5 Active. Person behind the counter said he didnt work on Samsung.Even though they had Samsung branded accessoriesWill not go back.

Terrible. I gave them my iphone 7 to replace the screen with the home button working and when I got it back it didn’t work. The guy that fixed the screen essentially told me, “I don’t know what else to do,” and I left.
