This store has the slowest people ever!! The lady who was assisting me knew nothing! She kick me off my Verizon, took my phone off the line at least 3 times, took 2 hours just to pre order a phone π₯΄π₯΄π₯΄ she has an IQ of -44434 including her manager and co workers. If you have any trouble with Verizon, go to an actual Verizon store not a franchise. They are awful, she also was trying to make me pay another $36 after I paid 3 weeks ago.. please get smarter workers or close down.

Very friendly employees they treat you the same if youre trying to purchase something or in my case I had to return something since Ive been 3 weeks since I bought it I was told I had to take it to the Apple store Im from out of town and I dont drive good in Jackson so this employee took time out of his busy Chris mongum as he looked at it he discovered that my granddaughter had not hooked up her Bluetooth stuff right so within 2 minutes he did indeed discover the problem you save me a trip from going to a place that I dont even know how to drive to so thank you very much and thank you I will be back if you want to store that youre treated like a a customer that they appreciate go to this store thank you Caleeda also.
The visit to Verizon was painless Trista the associate met me at the door ready to help answered all my questions about the different phones I have to say all the staff was friendly my experience was very good
Ordered two phones from them they kept telling me week after week for a whole month that phones are getting delayed and in the end what happened verizon customer service told me that the store cancelled my order when phones got there and sold them to somebody else. Very bad service employees dont know anything. Worst experience ever compared to any store i have ever been. I even showed them the tracking proof which a employee signed for.
Everything was perfect customer service was great I had no problems We need more stores to be that same way.

Great staff and service is right. Be warned, this is not an official Version store. YOU WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA TO ACTIVATE A PHONE HERE. Really nice folks and super helpful but it costs a good bit of money to use them. Verizon will charge activation fees on top of what you spend in this store on your next bill.

Now all I want is to turn my service back on with Verizon and they canβt seem to help me! Now Iβm on the phone with customer service AGAIN just for them to tell me to go to my nearest store π€

The staff member Erica called the Insurance provider and assisted me with any paperwork needed to process the claim, she was fantastic! I walked in an hour before closing and she along with other staff members made sure Id received all the help I needed before I left the store. I would recommend this location any day. Best customer service Ive received here in MS.

Bought a phone from a customer here his name is Donn Conn. He then falsely reported the phone stolen and filed an insurance claim. It was an iPhone XS Max. I need to talk to a manager and see what I can do, I have the original box and all the text proving he sold me the phone.
Terrible customer service. I am not even going to write in details what happened, because Iβll get mad all over again.. I hate to say this, but I sometimes hate to deal with my ethnic minority at times.
I was at Verizon in Ridgeland, MS for 5 hours to purchase a free phone, and I was approved and my order was released, and my documents and identification were accepted according to Rob, in the Fraud Department. It was a blatant lie. I spoke with another Rep, then, a supervisor, and another Rep. The lies just kept rolling in... asked for the number to the legal department, and another lie, we dont have that information. Next, I asked to file a formal complaint, and again, I dont have the ability to do that. So is it right to lie to a future costumer, and should I file a legal complaint because I was denied my right to true and accurate information? Plus, I was denied the ability to make a formal complaint and contact information for the legal department? #approved #verizonwireless #lies

Dealt with Tommy. He did great. I was adding a line on my plan for my grandmother and he helped me hash out everything such as what phone to get and etc. This went smoother than when I switched to Verizon.
Absolutely insane how bad the customer service was. The guy with the beard was incredibly rude. Made me want to take my money elsewhere. Not helpful whatsoever. You all need to watch who you hire.

They have no clue how to deal with people who have verbal disabilities. They push products at you after you tell them not interested. They do not know their plans. Yes mt unlimited plan will allow me to get on my computer with no problems. They need a new attitude and classes in how to interact with people with the type of disabilities i have.

Im not qualified to say whether or not this Verizon store is a great place to buy a new phone. I am, however, qualified to say that this store is not a great place to go if, for example, youre from out of town and need a new charging cable for your older-ish Android phone. When I mentioned my phones model, the clerks reacted as if Id made a joke. (Apparently, admitting your phone is three years old is something akin to saying you send messages by carrier pigeon. Who knew?) Anyway, suffice it to say I was never actually waited on and, having provided a moment of light comic relief to the sales staff, I left to seek a charging cable elsewhere. You-know-who Mart came thru for me....
Hate it. for 5years, they have given me nothing but trouble. They sell you a four year contract, knowing that their phones need to be replaced after two years. A true scam#!!

The rep is nice. Only I am not thrilled that my phones were all of a sudden non warranted and then after my fourth Google LLC Pixel purchase am on prepay. Yet am also thankful for now to have a phone in case of an emergency. Also I like to listen to music thru the Google services. But it seems as though some one at some point has hacked into my phones. I dont understand why the Pixel 2 XLs can not be fixed. I know that the reps at Verizon do not make the phones, thus they are just trying to help the best they are able considering the large product line they carry. I say its okay because of the warranty issues, not with the store rep. And it has exhasuted me and I am in the poorest health, destitute of health. Thus, it is physically impacting on my body to go places and even type this. Anythow, I know many people have had good experiences and I certainly am not discouraging others from using Verizon or Google LLC products or other products they represent.

They immediately responded to the problem with my Verizon phone and didnt charge me anything. I was so impressed with their speedy, professional service that I bought some Boze wireless headphones (which they promptly linked to my iphone).

They tell you You can only bring Samsung phones I brought s10 global. It didnt work on their network they tell me 2 months later after paying first bill.
Literally the worst store I have ever been to. I have been there twice looking to upgrade my iPhone and both times have been talked down to and treated like I was a piece of dirt. Both salesmen were zero help and made me feel stupid. My girlfriend and I were both in shock after we left and could not believe how we were treated as customers. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

Really annoying to have to go in to this store sometimes its like a zoo and they take hours to do even the simplest things such as switching you phone over to another phone and dont even go in wanting to buy a phone at full retail because you will be met with lies about it not being in stock until you give customer service a call and complain thats the only way they treat you right when you wanna send your hard earned money.
