First visit to this store over the weekend because my local store was closed. Had to get a new replacement phone for my son. The sales rep Robert Green went above and beyond to help me out. Great guy who knows all the ins and outs, very helpful.
Raquel is a ray of sunshine! She made our experience adding my husband to our family plan painless and simple. We need more people like Raquel in hospitality and customer service! She deserves a raise!
Beware: i was 16 when my mom signed me up with her at&t account and they STILL wont leave me alone at whatever new address i move to--im 29 now. They will hunt you down and badger you with mail and salesmen at your doorstep. Its a curse you wont be able to fix by just calling HQ. AT&T is the bane of owning a mailbox. The reps at this place wont be able to help you with this because theyre just 3rd party retail but sign you up for all the trash.Edit: dont be a teenager not in control of your information. AT&T is the perfect example of the type of company that will take advantage of it.

I was treated with the best professional efficency, given a multitude of choices of phones, plans, and future discounts at the Jackson,MS Northpark Mall Ridgeland ATT store. The lady who assisted me to become an AT&T customer extended me everything possible at her disposal to ensure my comfort during my visit, and she very patiently explained to me the various idiosyncrasies and choice options I had. It was a very relaxing experience compared to my visit to the Flowood,MS AT&T store on an earlier date. There, I was bombarded by three sales associates to purchase NFL ticket,tv service, and to buy a cheap flip phone. I was overwhelmed. At that time I hastily made my exit, feeling as if I had been circled by sharks. Now though, thanks to my Northpark tech, Im a happy AT&T customer. 😎
Walked by the store yesterday and was about to go in but I heard the manager snapping on the two female employees about their kids. I felt this was very unprofessional and my heart went out to those women. I refuse to do business in a place like that!
Rep was very inexperienced. Couldnt complete my request. Only one person there. Because she was having problem with my transaction, she helped everyone that came in after us, resulting in an over an hour wait. For nothing.
