The District Manager, Chris Coleman, was very friendly and down to earth.
They are ripping people off with these in-store fees to pay your bill.and no one can explain what the $3 convenience fee is when paying in store. the payment process the exact same way as it does if you pay online.
Great place
Fast and friendly service. Great selection of phones to choose from. Best value plans to choose from than anyone else has to offer.
This rude pregnant girl who wasn’t professional what so ever tried to short my change so I pointed it out to her and she got mad about it as if I’m in the wrong. She was very defensive and was acting like she was gonna give me the rest of it but she had closed the register already. She refused to give me a receipt because I asked for her to give me the phones that I had purchased since I didn’t want to deal with her anymore. If you are looking for good costumer service stay the hell away from this location.
Keisgauna Help me so much. She help me get a new phone line for my business her service was fast and friendly when you going to MetroPCS asked for Keishana
Got a phone i had on someone else account activated on my own account and was told it would be only the $50+tax for the plan id have to pay. Once i handed them the phone o was told i would have to buy a new sim card for $15! I did want to pay that much but i said fo ahead. Later i was told itll be $3 more once she had put everything in and my total came out to be $80.15. I couldve went anywhere and paid $70 max for my phone to be activated but everytime i come here to metro pcs i pay way more than advertised. Adding the new line at first to another account totalled over $100 after i was initially told it would be only $50 for my plan.
Came in to Metro today and receive excellent service thank you
The process are outrageously high, and the smell is not admirable.
