Astonishing honesty from this guy. I think of myself as a car guy, someone who can tell whats wrong with a car. There was a speed-dependent grinding noise up front. So I thought I had a bad wheel bearing, and I even thought I could tell which side it was on - the right - because it was louder when turning left. (One of those car guy tricks)When I explained the noise and my diagnosis he seemed to think I was making sense, and I told him to go ahead and do it. But I got a call from Joe the next day after hed had a look: it was just the dust cover for the brakes scraping against some built up rust on the rotor. He just bent it away a little bit and the noise stopped. No problem. Didnt charge me for it either.He had every opportunity there to just do the job I thought it was and make extra money, and Id have driven away happy, too, never knowing the difference. But he was honest instead.Its a little thing, but I think its incredibly revealing. Like I said, astonishing honesty!

Joe is an exceptional guy. Does the work promptly and honestly. Bought a used car off of him. He even changed the oil free of charge. Your car is in good hands when it’s at his shop.
