If you have a high end vehicle (Benz, Cadillac, BMW), this is the place to come, they use torque wrenches to correctly torque the lug nuts.They have all up to date special balancing and run out machines.They will also let you know if there is something of concern while they’re working on the vehicle to have it checked by a mechanic.This is a owner and one helper operation, so calling ahead is advised as he gets very busy at times.But it is worth the wait.

I bought a set of high performance Firestone Firehawk tires from my local Firestone dealer and brought the wheels from my 90s show car to have them installed. The guy at the counter said stack them outside and well call you when they are done. I told him they were very valuable and impossible to replace wheels and I didnt want to leave them outside where they could get damaged or stolen. He said he wanted to look at them and when he did, said Im not touching those wheels because were probably going to scratch them up. What kind of tire shop scratches wheels with todays shop equipment? This is a large Firestone shop not a small back alley place. Ive used Tire & Wheel Performance in the past to remove tires from vintage wheels and would have bought the new tires from them had I known Firestone wouldnt mount their own tires on a standard 17 aluminum wheel! I called T&WP from the Firestone dealer and they said sure we can do that bring them in now and well do it while you wait. Couldnt be happier because I had them on the car in time to make it to a cruise night later that day!

You people giving 5 stars I dont get it. Rude on the phone, rude in person. I remember one summer I was there and he told me I cant work on your car Im not cutting my weekend shortAs recently as today I spoke to him about an alignment, again rude as ever on the phone. Informed me that he only takes 4 jobs a day lol starts alignments at 11am, not a minute sooner lol

This place is over half an hour away but I come here because the owner cares about his customers and their cars.

The young guy was cordial and nice. He checked a flat tire and (didnt need repair) installed it back in place and removing the donut I was driving with. I paid $20 and I gave him $5 tip. SURPRISE!. Today, I realized they didnt put the donut back in place. They just left it in the trunk instead of umderneath of the car where it goes. Now, I have to go to another place AND PAID to get that done. I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED. YOU HAD ONLY ONE JOB.

A few years ago I had a puncture repaired. Great work. Fair. Nice guy. Because of that move to November 2020 and I ordered a new set of tires. Went in for install this AM And the tires had been either Mis-delivered or Mis-ordered. Stuff happens. Here’s the thing, in this Covid world. When I dropped in first thing this morning though the sign on the door said “masks required” I was welcomed by someone w/out a mask. OK, I work with the public and sometimes forget my mask. It’s oddly not second nature. But when I went back a second time to see if my tires had arrived, the proprietor was attending another client still with no mask. That did it for me. I want someone who looks out for my welfare personally. The more convenient store around the corner from my home met me with a mask and I appreciated it. Sometimes the little things are big. I write this not to shame the business but to heighten the awareness that some of us have lost family and friends to Covid and not wearing a mask is the same as a middle-finger.

Stopped in to see if a tire could be plugged/patched. He pulled the car in, removed a large piece of metal from my tire, informed me that tire could not be fixed, checked my spare and lug nuts, and did not charge me for this service. I needed 4 new tires anyway and after doing my research, brought the car back to Tire & Wheel for this service. Great prices, no additional costs like a lot of other places, and honest service. Highly recommend Tire & Wheel Performance Center for anyone looking for great service and prices on all things tires.

Still searching for a tire installer that can offer white glove service. Tire & Wheel Performance Center needs to use a lug tool with a plastic collar when mounting and dismounting wheels. They put small surface marks in my lug openings. I normally supply my own lug tool when I bring my car into other shops. Being in the business of tires and wheels, this place should be using one of these for every install! I was also hoping they would have removed the adhesive from the previous wheel weights. Once again, a total white glove service is needed! I would pay for this service if it existed...wheels would leave looking factory fresh, with wheel weight adhesive removed, and theyd be cleaned inside and out before being returned to the customer.

Great place to get work done; Scott is very friendly and easy to do business with. I needed special tire work done (stretched tires), which most tire shops just outwright refuse to do. Called mid-day, and he got me tires the very next day & had them mounted in little time. Really helped me out. Will be returning in the future!

I will tell you that I will never go to another place again. I was referred to Scott bc they said he was a honest person. I had a leak in my GMC Acadia and Scott found the leaky valve and fixed it. $25 vs $200 for a new tire - which another place told me I needed. I was skeptical so got the second opinion and I am glad I did. I will be back!

Had a screw in my tire. Scott removed the screw and plugged at NO CHARGE! Who does that anymore? Ive been there alignment as well. Quality job. Definitely will go back when I need tires.

If you need anything related to wheels or tires, this is the place to go. Im impressed with their knowledge and service. Had a bad wheel shake at higher speeds, so I brought it in. I wasnt if it was wheel balance, warped rotors, etc. They said it is likely the wheel balance based on the issues that I had. In about 30 minutes, the car was done and no more shake! He said the wheels were not balanced correctly by the previous service shop. The price was very fair as well. This is now my go to shop for tire balance and wheel alignment.

Scott has always been upfront and professional. I have taken multiple care here for years (for tires and breaks and rims) and he has always done an excellent job. His prices are fair and reasonable.

This shop was able to get me new rims and tires for an older BMW overnight. I know other venders are involved in supplying items, but this man knows his business and will try to get you what you need. Nice guy too.

I highly recommend this shop, very honest owner i was referred by my boss few months ago, and took my truck to have my wheels change and do alignment, the owner quoted me for almost $250 for all the stuff that my truck needed to have done, when i came back to pick up my truck the owner told me that was some stuff that didnt need to be done and he only charge me $100, thats what I call an honest shop if he will never tell me i wouldnt even knew, thats why i always recommend my friends to go there, thats the correct way to build your business and gain trust from your customers specifically when it comes to fixing your car not many shops are honest, honesty is success, thank you for your great service.

Simply the best tire shop around. My family and I have been going to Scott since the 90s and its always very fair pricing, fantastic service and absolutely top notch work. Friday at 2:30pm before July 4th weekend I blew out a tire on a service loaner, a special Continental that only Jaguars use apparently and I had to pick my car up the next day. Scott to the rescue again! He had the tire the next day and saved my butt as always. Thanks as always!

Scott was great. He knew me the second I pulled up. Asked how my drive was, let me know Id be in the garage in a few minutes. Work time was less than an hour. He was very patient with my car which was hard to align, but once she was aligned and the tires were balanced, she drove like a dream. This will be my go to place for alignments from now on!

Very Disappointed! Just called a couple of minutes ago to get a quote on wheels mounted and balanced. The gentleman on the phone did not provide his name nor give me the required information I asked for. As I was asking a question he interrupted me and said I have another phone ringing so let me go. Its a shame I have to type this because the reviews seem all positive but I am a potential customer. Treat me with the respect I deserve. I dont plan on ever coming here. Its a shame since its so close to my house.

Amazing work in my jeep

I got 4 wheel alignment in the shop. The tech was decent. I was charged extra $30 for $80 alignment service because I asked to adjust rear right toe once more.1. Extra amount doesnt make sense. It was rear right toe adjustment only.2. I wasnt informed about the surcharge when I asked to adjust the toe again.3. The owner didnt bother to inform the surcharge until the end of paying process. I found out after he swiped a credit card and handed over a receipt to me.

Tire & Wheel Performance is an awesome place! I have been here at least 3 times and the prices to patch a wheel or replace a wheel is very reasonable and inexpensive.Today the warning signal in my car said that I had an underinflated rear tire. I am embarrassed that I dont know how to check the tire pressure. I also did not have a gauge available. Being that my husband was out of town I figured I could have Tire & Wheel check the tire pressure. They filled up all 4 tires with air and reset my warning system in the car. It is so RARE that anything is free. I would have happily paid them, but they said it was free of charge. Thanks so much for the incredible and honest service.

I go here a lot for tire issues. Got there this morning to have a tire plugged. I was out of there within 5 MINUTES!! Scott got it plugged and sealed within 5 minutes and told me no charge and I was in shock! Ive always gone here and always will until he closes or Im dead!
