They’re all extremely professional and very friendly. They’re informative and I’ll definitely return. Some clients arrive with no so nice attitudes and I’ve seen this first hand, still in all they kept their composure, remained patient and courteous.

Car emergencies are not so bad when you have really good people to help .My car was in a bad accident and needed to be repaired .Everyone here is professional and treat you like a person unlike many of the name brand shops. Edgar the shop owner was thorough and informative. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of .He broke down everything for me .I had a million questions and he answered each of them with knowledge and patience. My vehicle is now in top shape .Even thou I dont live in the area I will used Grand Auto for all my car maintenance.

Extremely Unprofessional! You the costumer are an inconvenience to them at all times. They will pass you off to whoever they can to not have to deal with you. Ive been there 4 times and they never fail to be rude and act like you should come in already knowing what to do and who to talk to, and don’t you dare to ask how long is the wait going to be because you will be barked at.Take your money somewhere else. Not worth any of it!

I just want to thank the entire staff of Grand for making an unpleasant experience as pleasant as possible. My jeep was hit by a hit and run and messed up pretty badly. these guys all helped me out. literally the entire staff. from the their tow truck driver to the owner himself. They took care of everything from dealing with my insurance company to getting me a bottle of water while i waited for my car to be lifted on to their tow truck. My jeep came out perfect btw. thanks guys. hope to never see u again lol but if i need my cars or truck to be fixed im coming straight to you.

I went there for a motorcycle inspection. The service was very professional, no unnecessary delays.

Brought in my 2000 chevy exp van for ac blowing warm air and noisy compressor. After mechanic diagnosed the system he determined that the evaporator was leaking and the compressor clutches were bad. He replaced both units as well as a new dryer. Now the ac is blowing cold air again.The price was fair compared to other shops in the area. Also comes with a 12 month warranty. Staff was friendly and professional. Would recommend.

I went in for an inspection and the guys at the shop were rude. They almost let another customer skip ahead and didnt ask who was first. Although the service was quick, being disrespected like that caused me to not like this shop

I really like this place, I do my inspections here all the time. They dont hassle you by trying to find faults on your vehicle that doesnt exist so they can sell you $50+ bulbs.

If you have car problem bring it here they will find out what wrong with your car. They also have a body shop to fix and paint your car if it was in a accident. The will never steer you wrong. I have my oil change there all the time.

I orginally came here to get my insurance photos taken on my new used car. Since I was going to get my car photos taken for insurance, I decided for Edgar the owner, to have him check the car if all the bells and whistles were good. The shop sees you as a transaction, they want you in and out and dont care about anything else but your money. It took 3 hours because the owner started conversations with other people, then complained about other customers, but when it came to my picutres and the inspection it took him 3 hours+. He found issues with my car, then I asked him to put it on a sales reciept, he forgot and preceded to start a conversation with an old time friend. I will NEVER come back here, very rude, unappreciative, and I just dont feel certain that the job was done right. I will take my bussiness and money else where and I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME!!!

Check his job because they fixed my car but I didnt know that they didnt fixed inside the car when I went to change my light because was broke they found that inside was a mess they didnt do nothing.And I received a ticket of $65 because they put in my rear plate his cover plate and the New York and empire state tag was covered. And it is a improperly displayed plate violation

The work is expensive it is well worth it. And regardless of the work being a little pricey the place is not going to rip you off.Update: I am formally changing my review of this place from 4 stars to one star, zero if I had the choice which Google should give us but whatever.So I brought my mothers car in on Friday to have it looked at. The first thing he tells me is that I need to find him a legit spot on the right side of the road to not deal with alternate parking. Ok I can understand that but anyone who has parked in this area knows that it can be a fiasco. I decided I was not going to wait because I had other things to do and he said that two of his mechanics are not in yet.I come back early afternoon and I lucked out finding a spot right across the street from the place. So I told him the situation. Last time I was there he told me that the machine pulled codes that the ABS control unit needed to be replace which the part alone is $1500 plus labor which I already know about. The other issue is that now when I or my mother are driving and have more than one thing on we can hear a whining and the lights are dimming. I would think this is a sign of a dying alternator.He took the keys and said he will have his guys take a look. I called back at the end of the day and there was no progress. Me and my mother went back the next day in the morning because she wanted to be reassured. He gave the same excuse as the day before and he was saying that he is the best and all this other stuff. If he really was the best he would be in there doing the work himself and every customer would walk away satisfied.We never received a call by 3pm which was when he closed on Saturday. One of things that was setting alarms off in my head was another review on here about him ripping people off by charging storage fees so I wanted to find out if the car was in the shop at all which it was not. It was chilling in front of the shop so I took a picture just in case he tried to rip me and my mother off. So finally today on MLK day I went over there at 9am to get my mothers car back because there was still no reply. I had talked to Reuben who was one of the mechanics that were out.He basically stated the same problems which we already knew which was the ABS control unit. I asked about the other issue with the dimming lights and stuff and he said to give him another two hours. I am sorry there is no excuse you had my mothers car the entire weekend. One thing I did not mention was meanwhile there were other cars coming in and out of there like a revolving door so your telling me in all this time you could do the check up on the one issue?I decided to just take the keys back and go to another place. A review on that place will follow. I urge extreme caution if you bring your vehicle here. Better yet please save yourself the stress and bring it somewhere else.

This scum bucket what a piece of work the owner is just because I guess you know he doesnt own the property and he must pay a lot of rent on that corner he charges double for everything he charged me $690 for a job that another mechanic on Bushwick Avenue wanted to charge me $230 then he locks up your car in a yard and wants to charge you $50 a day for storage not even the city charges that much when they take your car he is a thief in the neighborhood got to do something about NYPD letting him Park all his vehicles and his Audi on the sidewalk because if we do that well get it towed hes not special worst auto shop experience in my life the part that went in was $130 and labor anywhere else would have been $100 this guys charge me almost 700 consumers affair here we come

I would steer clear of that place. Ive been getting my motorcycle inspected there for the past 3 years. When I say inspected, I mean the odometer was checked and a sticker was slapped on. Dont get me wrong, I was fine with that as Id rather work on my own bike and conduct my own inspections, I just need the sticker to avoid tickets.Anyway, I went today to get it inspected and after the thorough inspection, the owner decides to charge me almost twice as much as is mandated by the city and what I always paid previously, but after a brief confrontation pays me back the difference as the receipt clearly states the fee which I always paid and wishes me to never crash my bike followed by saying to never come back again (I dont think that was needed as I was clearly never coming back again).To sum it up, I will never visit that place again and I would advise others to beware as well. The place conducts fraudulent inspections, the owner is dishonest, disrespectful and lacks any form of integrity. I wouldnt trust them with the simplest task.

My AC went out, so I called this place, and scheduled an appointment. The lady on the phone told me to bring in the car so that they could locate the source of the problem, before they add freon, so I did. They told me there was no leak and that I just needed more freon, I paid about $130. The next day my AC was out again, I took the car back, and the mechanic told me that it obvi has a leak, but that I would need to replace some parts, totaling $1200. Clearly, he didnt know what he was doing the first time, why would I trust him with a larger, more expensive job- I took my car somewhere else!

Charged $200 a while back for running a diagnostic with nothing fixed. Turns out we needed a rotor replaced- just got that fixed at an awesome place on flushing for less than these guys charged for a diagnostic with no repairs. First time I went in they charged $700 for a new fuel injector. Overpriced and dishonest.

Great auto shop

A nightmare for those wanting simple install work done their vehicles. The shop owner Edgar Sanchez Jr. tricks you by giving a verbal estimate that sounds too good to be true. I came back to pick up the car and half the parts that were supposed to be installed were not. He also goes ahead and charges the same price as earlier even though most of the parts were not installed as agreed. He also damaged my bolts on the wheel spacers as well as the hubcentric ring and claimed that it was another shop or myself who had done it.He wrote me a bogus handwritten bill with no vehicle information or customer info on it with random numbers fabricated shorthandedly. I refused to pay and called the police which is when he has my car driven away by a non-worker to an unknown location and left me stranded for over 12 hours. The next day I called the police who arrived and forced him to let me inspect the vehicle before paying. My gopro camera and verizon flip phone were missing from my glove compartment.Mr Sanchez Jr. also threatened physical harm on me while two of his friends were standing next to him at the shop while I was alone.The mechanic did not know the difference between a check engine light and a tire pressure monitoring system light and Mr. Sanchez Jr. failed to provide proof that the workers were ASE certified.This place is full lying and scamming individuals who cannot be trusted with your expensive investment that is your vehicle. Stay away by all means necessary.

Good service, excellent Edgar, is a helpful and kind person who helps you by helping you solve any problem.

When you activate a policy for your car, GEICO has this place as an establishment to take photos of the vehicle and they send them to GEICO, the secretary is the one who does that service and it should be noted that it is very inefficient and very lazy, take some photos of the car and fill a paper that takes less than 5 minutes she lasts two hours, and when 6 vehicles accumulate you have to go the next day because according to her the quota is full, I still do not understand how long it takes her to do that Because I worked in a workshop that they did (they closed it) and that was a matter of 5 minutes, then one loses fuel going towards them and loses time, do not go to that place for that service, it is very very bad.
