My lunch cooler was gone and a piece of tint hanging off my car. Noticed the damage in picture when I removed it. Not happy with the tint job this time either. What happened? I usually have good service, but this time I did not.

Ive used AG&T three times for replacement of windows in my cars over the years. I have always been very happy with the results and recommend this place to my friends when they need replacement of windows.

I took my other car there nd they did a very good job just picked up my other car a good job as my other car the girls r so friendly nd make u feel welcome I will go back again Ive taken to other places nd just didnt get the same costumer service as I did here

I had all of my windows tinted on my Equinox. They said it would take about 2 hours. They completed the tinting in about 40 minutes. I was surprised. They advised me to bring my vehicle back if there were any bubbles and they would fix it. I went back a few weeks later and showed them and they said we will reinstall the window tint for the drivers side front and back window and also the rear window. I brought my vehicle back for the scheduled appointment and they said it would take about 4 to 5 hours as it takes longer to remove the tint. They called me 4 hours later and I went and picked up my car. The gentleman, Angelo, said he pushed the bubbles down on all of the windows and its fine. I inspected the work and THE BUBBLES ARE STILL THERE. I called back and spoke to the Angelo again and he was EXTREMELY RUDE. I said maybe the guys who installed the tint did the job too fast as it was supposed to take 2 hours and they were done in 40 minutes. He said that was dumb and nobody should complain that a job was done too fast. I told him that they could have went too fast which could have been careless. I also told him that the spray they use was all over my doors and I had to clean up after them when they were done. He just kept saying that they are the best in town and who complains about a job being done too fast and I didnt know what I was talking about. He asked if I ever had window tinting done before and I said yes. I have had about 10 cars and tinted the windows on every one of them and there was never any bubbles nor a mess on the doors that I had to clean up. I stated that I paid for a service and was promised the removal of the incorrectly installed tint and new tint will be installed. They had the car for 4 hours and all they did was push on the bubbles. He wouldnt listen to me and was rude. I asked to please provide the service I paid for and he said his shop would be closed. Today is the 13th and he wouldnt do it until the 29th!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE. He is very rude and should NOT talk to a female that way. He said they have 30 years experience, really? Such poor quality work and very poor customer service. In 30 years they should have perfected installing window tint WITHOUT BUBBLES! 3 out of 5 windows on my car have BUBBLES!!!! I gave one star only because I had to. I actually give zero stars. BAD QUALITY, BAD SERVICE AND THE OWNER IS RUDE AND HAS NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS.

I brought my truck to get the rear window replaced, the entire panel, while the price was good, Quality of installation was not, they pulled the headliner down and did a very sloppy job In replacing the material, it now sags down where I can actually stick my hand up in there. I went back and was only told that that’s how it should’ve been, they did not offer to repair the damage that they did while installing the window. Very disappointed with the quality of workmanship, will not return.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! :( I had them replace the windshield on my 17 Forester just before an out of state trip over the holidays. Unfortunately, we discovered mid trip that they had broken the windshield trim and were making noise because they were no longer attached to my car! We also discovered that they broke or didnt reattach any of the clips under the hood! I called and spoke to the owner. At his request, I brought it back in after I returned so they could make it right. Unfortunately, they damaged the trim further and punched visible body pins were they hadnt previously existed. I was so peeved that I didnt go back. Its been a couple of weeks and I was finally able to thoroughly wash my car after the repair and found that they also put a 1 INCH SCRAPE IN THE PAINT! So bad that it appears to be showing BARE METAL!!! So not only will I have to replace the messed up trim but also find someone to fix the paint!

One Star, just because I got a used windshieldfor the price of a new one. I believe in supporting local businesses, but where is the honesty and good workmanship. This Auto Glass shop is more interested in making a dollar then keeping a customer.

We replaced my daughters windshield a few months back this morning the rear view mirror fell off I brought it back to them and they fixed it in about 1 hr later in the day it fell of again and cracked the windshield they said bring it in at 3:00 and we did theyReplaced the windshield they owned the problem and the Solution that’s why I always bring all of my cars and family’s cars to them they are absolutely amazing best windows And tint in Nm thank you again

Ive had my mothers car my aunts car and my very important special car tinted here never had one single issue.The people are professional and kind!This is where ill send all of my friends and take my family. And the prices are so fair.If i could please these dudes need to be cleaner after our tint was done they lef their solution everywhere witch was very annoying considering how well kept my car is and how much it a prized possession my car is to me otherwise everything was great and when they said it was going to be done it was done.

In February I Got my tint and windshield done for both of my Hondas for the wife and I and they were fantastic. You will NEVER beat their prices and quality of work. Just horrible glass work. Went to get a windshield. Came out with at least 5 problems that I’m still dealing with. Scratch side panels glue sticking out on the sides of the windows. They hit my retractable mirrors while working on it and messed them up and left them like that. To the point I couldn’t drive because they wouldn’t align right. Rear view mirror inside the car keeps falling off the bolt bracket. Broke one of the places to my sensor inside my engine bay. Broke the plastic piece that covers my rain sensor. Just horrible quality and customer service. Made me go back already 4 times for them to do nothing but break more of my car. Take pictures before going in because they don’t care and will argue at everything.

If I could leave a negative star review. Trust me I would. Stay away from these people. I went in to get tint done. No waivers are signed which is the first I’ve seen. All four of my door panels in my Evo are severely scratched. I’m missing the weather stripping in all 4 door panels and my rear window had the weather stripping ripped off. When I went back to confront them they denied all responsibility and tried to say the glue from the old weather stripping that was still on the car was baby powder. A joke of a company. Saying the scratches can’t be caused by them because they don’t use blades to cut the tint. Yeah ok. Do you rip it? Still waiting for the bubbles to come out 3 days later too and waiting to save up $350 dollars for the damage they’re responsible for. Also, they wanna miss the edges on the rear window and spray paint my window for god sakes. My 5 year old could’ve done better. Stay far away. Already disputed my charge with my bank and will be getting reimbursed. If you like your car. Don’t take it here.

They did an AMAZING job on my 2016 Subaru STI. They were honest and friendly. I plan on going back for a clear bra and more work. The price was the BEST in the valley and the work was top notch. You would be a fool to go anywhere else. I dont let just anyone touch my baby and I HIGHLY recommend them.

This is by far the worst glass shop I’ve ever been to. I paid them $80 to fix a leak in my back which shield. When I got my car back 4 hours later all they had done was run silicone over where it wasn’t leaking and didn’t even put my car back together all the way. Then it still leaked. They wouldn’t refund me the money so I had to bring it back to them to get it done right. They kept my car for 6 hours this time and instead of replacing the seal again they rubbed silicone all the way around the seal. They had a conversation right in front of me on how they were planning on fixing someone else’s car and they were saying they were going to do just enough to get it out of the shop knowing that it would break again.

I cant speak to their work because they didnt tint my windows. I had an appointment and left my car for 2 1/2 hours and they never touched it. When I went to pick it up the lady up front said that it was coming in next but the tech said shed never even told him the car was there. She also could not find my keys when I asked for them. I believe in supporting local business but I cant support that.

Didnt even want to give them a star..They broke out my back window that could have came out in one piece. Even then that would have been ok but they didnt clean up the broken glass on the back seat where my kids sit!!!

Left a razor blade and a mess in the truck from the glass cleaner they use. Brand new truck with residue leftover after they did a window tint job. Also, a razor blade left on the vehicle, safety isnt to huge with these guys. Over priced and took 5 hrs to do a window tint, Dont recommend!

I had my car tinted here about a year ago and I’ve never had a tint start bubbling and lifting I hate to complain but I was just very disappointed because they have good reviews!
