I have gone here multiple times. This trip will be my last. The guy doing the tint was rude and didnt cut the tint right so light comes thru on the edges. Also after telling them I have an amp and subwoofers please be careful when getting my car back the trunk had a puddle of water and area by the rear window was soaked. I will not return here.
I went to Rio Rancho Glass because it was local and had used them years back. ( Under a different owner I later found out. ) I had a broken window and sash. The staff came out gave and estimate which seemed a little high, but I paid in full as was requested. They said it would be here in a few days. First it took several weeks. They called and set up a time to install. The staff called and when he got here, said “ did you know that you only got the window pane”? I said no, and called the company, and the owner answered. I explained the situation and that I needed the whole order and we needed to reschedule. That’s when he went off. He was screaming at me that one of the staff at my home had been fired that morning and should not be there. ( How would I know that?). Then he said he wanted to come out himself to see the job. We set for the next day. I then told him that I would have my contractor there as well. Then he started screaming about how he wasn’t going to work with him. I thought it over and called the next morning and told the receptionist that I just did not want a person like that in my home and that I had waited many weeks longer than I was told, had not been given any updates, so wanted to have my money refunded. She was very professional and said she would turn in the request. That refunds were done on Wednesdays. 5 months later after almost daily checking, and having to make a claim on my card, my money was refunded in full. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. I went to Westside Glass, and they repaired it in a few days, for less than half, and did not require me to pay upfront.
I called this place to tint my truck windows the receptionist told me 189.00 plus 15.00 for the strip on the windshield so I took my truck in at 1:00 pm they kept it over night didnt even call me.so I called them the next day and she said she couldnt release my truck unless I paid 324.00 dollars because it had factory tint theyshould have told me the price would go up if they had to strip it. But I didnt get a call from them at all. And the owner wont even talk to me. I give them a zero

They are so willing to take your money upfront for services but fail to supply those services. I ordered Glass for a house window they came out they said they would install it the same day, took apart my window! We are going on week two of no-show no call. got an excuse WHEN I CALLED that he fired those employees. Was willing to compensate me, but at what cost my time to constantly call. They have my money but haven’t even fix the window and they took parts from my window that I can’t replace without a large fee. And the receptionist she doesn’t care she has no empathy she’s just the receptionist he words not mine. It was just the same old excuse every time I call. She took my money not just a receptionist.I can’t even give them one star but you have to to post, should have listened to the reviews.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!Ok so.. I posted this after a phone call that I had with the owner Angelo which was on a Friday. I went there on Monday to retrieve my picture frames.Very angry. I got to deal with Mark who made everything right. Do not deal with the owner of the company Angelo. He is rude and unprofessional .
Great local glass company! I have had two windshields replaced here, very professional and good prices. I went back to have a couple of stone chips filled, the owner did the work on the spot for no charge. Thank You!!
Movers lost a glass top to my end table. So I called RR Glass & Mirror to replace my table top. They said bring it in we can replace it today. And, they did! They were extremely helpful and courteous. Good place to go.
Where do I begin... I ordered a glass top for my table back in late May. Paid in full the very same day and said I would get a call once it’s done. Two weeks go by and I here nothing from them and I decide to give them a call. The receptionist said they were behind due to COVID, which is understandable so I give them the benefit of the doubt. Two and a half weeks later they deliver it to my house without notice. Just showed up to my house. I was happy to finally receive it after waiting for so long.But not even a day after having it, my four year old son cut his hand from the glass. I was shocked to find out how sharp the edges were. I immediately called the place to let them know how sharp the edges were and asked them to take it back to get the edges polished (which they should have done in the first place). Another two weeks go by and I don’t here anything from them again so I give them a call to see why it was taking so long. This time, the owner Angelo answers the phone, I asked about the status of the glass top and why it was taking so long to polish the edges out. He said he has to take it to a special shop because he didn’t have the tools to do it so it would take 14-19 days. You would think a glass shop that works with glass would have a machine to polish out the edges. But what do I know.I then asked why they didn’t do it in the first place and reminded him that it cut my son very badly. Instead of apologizing, he blamed us for wanting the glass done fast and that we kept rushing them. Keep in mind it took us one and a half moths to receive it in the first place. He also said that it costs extra to get glass polished so that’s why they didn’t polish it. But we have the receipt that says we wanted to get it polished so I have no idea what he was talking about. He then proceeded to tell me that we should be grateful that he took back the glass and is getting it done for us for FREE out of the kindness of his heart. Baffled, I just told him to give me a call when it was done.Fast forward two and a half weeks later (when they said the glass would be done). I give them a call and they said It still was in “production” and that it would be done soon. Here comes the interesting part... I call a few days later to check on the status of my glass top and they don’t answer. I keep calling them back everyday for a week and they never answer. I decide to wait it out and call them back a week later and the receptionist finally answered. I ask about the status of my glass top and she says she can’t access the computer and can’t help me at this time... like what?!In the end we got a refund (not through them, but through our credit card). Awful business and customer service. I really hope they change the way they run things for the sake of their business
Weve used these guys twice. The first time was a few years ago for a broken van window. They came to our house very next day and fixed it up in short order. They even helped clean up the mess. The price was great.Last week, our kids broke one of our house windows and, after being dissatisfied with the prices elsewhere, I dug these guys phone number out of my records. We paid up front, which made me a little nervous, but he showed up the next day and measured, and then there was a weeks wait for the glass to come in. Installation was this morning and he did a great job. He even took the the old glass and cut a couple of hearts out for my kids to paint. It was so sweet!Well definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks so much!
Stay away from this place!!! I shouldve paid more attention to the bad reviews. I shouldve picked a different company from the beginning. Starting with the front desk girl, she is so unprofessional and getto. I had ordered some shower doors, they collected the money right away but the entire experience was horrible. The guy that did the measurements showed up at my house smelling like he had just smoked some recreational MJ at 10am!! They charged me the wrong amount and the owner Angelo was never responsive about fixing this issue. They wasted my time for 6 weeks!! I received a notification for instalation and nobody showed up, nobody bothered to call me either. I called upset and the same girl answered saying it wasnt her problem and hung up. I walked in the store and Angelo said he had the doors, they were just waiting for the hardware. He said he would come by my house later that day personally to make sure the measurements were correct. Surprise, he never showed. I spent over $1700 on this place. I ended up going through my credit card company. So sad, places like this give Rio Rancho business owners a bad rep. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I gave one star because 0 stars was not an option. I ordered 2 glass table tops from the owner Angelo Lovato on August 12, 2020. To place the order I had to pay up front the full price of $387. The expected due dat written on the invoice was 9/1/2020. However at the time the receptionist stated that it might take an extra week because of the color choice. I began calling or stopping in every week mid September and got nothing but excuses from Angelo. Finally after Thanksgiving I asked for a refund. Unable to ever get Angelo on the phone my request was relayed through the receptionist. Since we paid cash I wanted cash back, not trusting a company check. I got Angelos cell phone and called him almost daily and still got the run around. Finally on Monday12/7/20 I called to pick up my refund and was told, through the receptionist that he has not went to the bank yet. I told her to in form him that if I didnt get my refund by 1 oclock I would report his shoddy business practices. That got a call back ASAP from Angelo telling me he doesnt take threats and he was not giving me back my money ever. He also stated if I came in to his store he would ring my neck.To prevent confrontation I went the proper route of reporting to the Better Business Bureau. After 5 weeks of them calling and writing BBB told me that Angelo Lovato never responded. They suggested I contact the New Mexico Attorney General. After 6 weeks of being ignored the AG gave up and suggested legal action.It seems apparent that Mr. Lovato has been through this cycle before with other customers.

Due to Covid- 19 business will not be functioning... This is what I was told.. Owner says one thing.. Employees say another.. Do not purchase anything on Groupon or in person with this business. Horrible communication. Good luck and I will be taking my money somewhere else.
What a horrible experience! We hired them to replace 3 windows in our home, one of which needed the stop as well. We paid in full before the service was provided...which was required. We went with them because the could install before new flooring was to go in. They came in and the technician Carlos broke 2 of the 3 windows during installation. He came back several days later and broke another window and didnt have the stop for the one that needed it. Took a sample of the original stop for the window that was missing it. He came back a third time and had lost the original so put in an unmatched mis-sized piece and was only willing to put in scrap materials for the front window that was missing the stop to begin with. He broke the window sill in the front room on the initial attempt to install. He didnt clean up and left glass on the floor in one of the rooms and my child stepped on and cut her foot on. Angelo, the owner, is unresponsive and rude when he finally does respond. Unwilling to take responsibility and fix the window properly. Do not waste your time or money on this place.
Worst experience ever. This company is terrible. Tried to have them replace a window in my house. Had to pay up front and 2 and 1/2 months later I am still waiting for window or my money back. They do not communicate. The owner was supposed to call me four times and never did. They never showed up on 3 separate occasions and didnt bother to call me and tell me they werent coming either. Finally 2 months later they showed up, but with the wrong window. Tried getting my money back several times but the owner apparently is the only person at the company who can do that. Hes never in and will never call anybody back. Seriously this company is a joke. The owner is extremely rude and should be embarrassed about his company
If I could give negative stars I would. BEWARE OF THIS GLASS SHOP! I had a 2019 RAV4 windshield replaced there this summer. Not only did they have my car for 2 full days. They scratched the paint, left off wipers parts, and broke a factory sensor costing us $350 to replace at dealership. Worst of all OWNER REFUSED to talk to us about what happened and their quality of work. Going to the AG next!
Horrible service! Had my windshield replaced, removed all moldings and then realized they didn’t have the moldings. When I went to pick up my car they told me they didn’t have the moldings and told me I could buy them on eBay. They glued my old moldings in pieces. Looked horrible! Asked the technician if that was safe, he said “I don’t guarantee anything!”Tried to contact the owner and the receptionist told me he was out of town, when asked when he would be back she said “I don’t know. “ The windshield wasn’t sitting right. You could hear the wind coming through the windshield. They told me to bring it in so their technician could re-seal it . No thanks! Took it to Westside Glass, they took care of the previous mess that was made. They were appalled at what a terrible job! It wasn’t even the correct windshield!
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE for headlight restoration. Tech ground away paint and bumper, excuses were it was like that before and we dont do a good job because we dont get much money from the coupon you used. Ill update if there is an appropriate response from management but at this point my advice is to stay away.
Arrived for my appointment greeted at the front checked in and car went straight back. Waited about an hour and half for the full tint. The young man brought my keys i inspected my car I was very impressed with the worked performed. I recommend Rio Rancho glass a family owned business for all your glass needs.

Horrible Owner of the company!!! Got my car windows tinted here and they did an awful job. There were bubbles in the tint, cuts and dirt. When I told the owner he said Then you should tint it yourself!!! Really? What kind of person (owner) says that, after they do sloppy work? Rude and completely unprofessional. He never offered to correct the problem. Just a rude and hateful Owner who makes up excuses. I highly recommend people taking their business elsewhere. I should have listened to all the bad reviews. Dont make the same mistake. They are not honest or trustworthy. Zero Stars!!!
I just called for information about having a protective glass cut for a desktop, but the woman answering the phone just said hello w/o any identifying info., so I wasnt even sure that I had the right number and felt like I had to ask to confirm. Then, she was very short and spoke with such a negative tone that I decided to take my business elsewhere. I wished her a nice weekend and hung up, shaking my head. She may be having a bad day, but perhaps someone else can handle the phone until she gets herself right. Not a good front for business. (I guess I have to give one star; she picked up the phone.)

Start off nice friendly, had to redo back window, they spilled coffee on back seat and in console (used my own towel to clean it), scratched both sides of car down 2 metal, tint worse than 1st time, messed up back dash. Owner 1st said would refund and fix problems, now wont return calls or anything. Waiting now for BBB and attorney.
They said it was going to take 2 hours but it ended up taking 6 and a half. They left my car a mess, how do you even get water stains on a rear view mirror? Water stains were all over the windows and doors too. The person doing the tint synced his iphone to my car to play music at max volume for I dont know how long, as a shop radio I guess. Pretty upsetting to start my car and have music blow my ear drums out. They could have blown out my speakers and I would be the one stuck paying for it.
One of my worst experiences ever! I purchased a brand new vehicle and scheduled to have my windows tinted within a week. Upon inspecting my vehicle, I noticed the installers damage the outer rubber piece severely. Now, this was attempted to be denied at first glance and upon the installers inspecting, they acted as if they were not sure how it happened. Its clear as day and was not there prior, so how they did not own up immediately and simply hoped I would drive away without noticing is beyond me. After bringing to their attention, I was told the owner would call me to resolve. The owner never called. The shop did ultimately order the part and replaced it - however, I had to personally follow-up multiple times to get this done. Once they did resolve, I was simply handed my keys. I did not receive an apology, a discount, a refund, or anything. Extremely disappointed in the experience and will never use this company again. Eileen was the only person that helped me not lose it through the process, but she isnt enough for this company to keep my business. Please reconsider using this company.
I called in the morning, had an appointment the same afternoon. Received my car looking slick! Im very happy with the quality and service I received. Price was second to none so I purchased the ext warranty.... Great choice!!!!
Had an appointment for over a week and a half and received a call the day of my appointment to cancel due to the “tinter” being sick. Then she offered me an appointment for two weeks out. She didn’t want to inconvenience the customers that already had appointments for tomorrow or this weekend. I had two cars for them to tint and still didn’t want my business. Pretty sad business practices. Check out their reviews on yelp, horrible.
Personal connection and guided me to help me get all three vehicles tinted just right. Pleased with every one and wish I had gone to them sooner. Recommend them without a second thought. I apologize to the owner for the timing of this well deserved overdue review.We scheduled an appointment ahead for tinting a full size vehicle with a hatchback. When we got there, there were two girls sitting at the front desk who were so nice they made us feel right at home. It was like we had all met before. The boss was also there and was very nice. It turned out we didnt like the shade of the tint we were set up for, and everyone was very patient while we tried to decide one. We were given a very competitive price for a better shade of tint, which came out looking smooth and still does much time later.I spoke with one of the tinters for a second and he was very nice too. I definitely recommend this place, staff, work, and quality of material. I will be going back every time I need to have a car tinted.
Went here and had two cars tinted as a result on my truck being tinted one of the worker installed my back windshield wiper on the wrong side which caused it to scratch the paint on the trunk and the back tail light ...called as soon as I seen it was wrong and went back and the guy put it on the right side but got an attitude when I asked him about how would the scratches be fixed..so the girl at the desk asked us to send pics to her phone and the manager will call us needles to say havent heard from a manager yet on this problem ..I have had three cars done here so I want be doing business here again ....I have called this place 6 times and got an answer on the 6 call and the girl still saying the manager will get with us no call yet !!!
Skipped coffee and breakfast to get here on time. Owner was 10 minutes late arriving. Other employees arrived with food and drink, late. They dont have a coffee machine or water dispenser. They do have 2 vending machine that were almost empty. They never apologized for being late. Now to the good parts. They did a fantastic job on the headlight restoration, which is really what matters. It only took about 20-25 minutes and look great.

I called around town on a Saturday, most places closed locally, everyone was booked. No luck. Later, Eileen called me back from Rio Rancho glass, to where no one else did, and she told me they had a cancellation and that they can get me in. I rushed in and they were done tinting my truck windows in about 30-mins. Im so glad she called me back. No one else did. I thought that was very nice of Eileen. They also did a great job. My truck looks great. Service like this is rare in Rio Rancho and ABQ. You either get okay service or terrible service out here, Eileen is the exception. Save your money, but most importantly, your time and aggravation. Not expecting perfection, there were some bubbles and scratches that did not clear up. We took it back to get fixed and add the visor which didnt get put on because it tore or something. When picked up, after hours, there were still the same scratches/bubbles in the same places plus a bubble repair looked HORRIBLE. Worse. So we took it back again, and the front desk person comes out to look (with an attitude) when I pointed out the repair she claimed to have seen with her own eyes that all the tint was removed and replaced (statistically impossible to have the exact same scratches and bubbles in the exact same places) but she stated they would fix it. We picked it up again and nothing was done at all but the visor on. Not going back there and telling you all, go somewhere else.
Went in to get the visor tint done on my Colorado. In and out within 20 minutes. Super fast, professional and visor looks great.

They did an amazing job !!!! Tinted all my windows in my altima and the front window shield. Got it done in an hour and half and not one single bubble. They were funny down to earth people and Im so happy I went with them. Price was very reasonable and I totally recommend!!!!! Ive already referred 4 people there !!!!! Shop local !!!!
I ordered 2 window and they were supposed to come in on a certain date but there was a issue in the company that was making them and they came in 2 weeks later than expected. I was good with that due to it was beyond their control. The issue I have is that they came out to install the windows and said they would have to come back the next day to finish up which never happened. I called the tech and he set it up for a week later and never showed again. So a week later I called to talk To the owner and he was not in. I left a message for him to call me back to discuss why the job was not completed 2 weeks after they were installed. The owner never called me back to let me know why it wasnt completed. the tech did call and finally finished the job. But I own my own business and if a customer would have call I would have called them back to figure out what needed to be done. This job was for one of my jobs and I had to explain to the customer that he could not put his house on the market due I couldnt get Rio Rancho glass to complete their job.

I am leaving this review for anyone that may be on the fence about using Rio Rancho tint & glass. Never in my life have i been treated so disrespectfuly, given such passive aggresive attitude, or had such unprofessional workmanship performed. I was absolutely appalled after seeing the tint job on my vehicle. My 9 year old could have done a much better job. Light is showing through the film ! There is so much filth, scratches, hair (not mine), and bubbles. I almost forgot about the shredded gouges in the rubber trim that secures the smaller windows...that ended up costing me almost more than the tint job. I try so hard to be humble and kind. These people really put my patience to the test. As you can see the owner is on 24/7 salvage mode with this forum. Trying to keep up with so many negative reviews must be exhausting. Do yourself a favor folks....just keep on driving by when you see Rio Rancho Tint. Unless you like being treated like you dont exist while flushing your money down the latrine.
The young lady in the front counter is very friendly very easy to talk to theres an older gentleman there very nice and respectful I got my windshield done over there when they give you a time theyre right on the deadline I recommend this place anybody I came from the South Valley all the way to Rio Rancho and if I ever had a problem with my windshield I would make the extra trip just to give them my business on the satisfaction that they give me

Got a quote from them to replace my house window for 180 for just a new window to order. And they said with install would cost 212.26 so I go in to talk to them about ordering and they have me wait for over 30 min just to be told if I bring my window in they can rebuild it for 300. How does that make any sense?! Over priced and wack jobs to me.
Not happy with the lady that runs it. Not very friendly or professional.When you have a business you should take pride in your work. Drips of water on my doors. We went to pick up the vehicle and thehood was up. We asked why.... and she said oh we killed the battery. Brand new vehicle. Never again will I take my vehicle there.

Warning!Bait and switch!You pay through groupon and arrive to find that the tint you purchased is almost completely clear!Naturally, if you pony up another 49 bucks, you can have any of the tints above clear.Plus, I asked how to get my money back and they said - I dont ever shop on Groupon, so I have no idea.Seriously.Carved out the time, paid 49 bucks and now o have to chase my payment too.Of course, Groupon now says that my Groupon was used on the day I purchased it, not on the day I was to use it.Ugh.Aweful.
Went in for headlight restoration, they were pretty foggy before any work had been done, but once they finished, headlights came out looking brand new. This place also had the lowest prices around the area. Highly recommended.
Broke out the rear window of my GMC Yukon Denali while in Durango. Called the dealership and they couldnt get me in for 2 days. Called Rio Rancho glass on my way back to town and they were able to order the window and install it as soon as I arrived into town. To top it if they were way cheaper than the dealer. Great customer service. Thanks guys!
Average. If you buy coupon from Groupon, be careful. Groupon coupon only include basic service. You will have to pay a lot to get the service you want. The car seat is still dirty after full Detailing. The glass has lots of bubbles after weeks of tinting.
DO NOT USE! My girlfriend took her car to get the windows tinted. They left it filthy inside and out. A few months later on one of the windows the tint started to come off. The same day i noticed the tint i drove the car and had to adjust the side mirrors. The plastic piece that the knob is on fell off. They managed to push it in place good enough to stay until we had to move the mirrors. I called them to see how we can get them fixed. They fixed the tint and left the car filthy again and left the seat soaking wet but wont fix the broken pieces. The worst experience weve had from a business!
Absolute worst experience Ive ever had... Ive been in the customer service industry for years now, and if youre wanting to be taken care of at all by a professional business, this is not the place. My several encounters at the business have been extremely unprofessional, condescending and rude. It honestly made me feel like I was interrupting them, when I was a paying customer.I had to pay extensive fees after purchasing a Groupon to get my car windows tinted and even through talking with the lady at the front, she had no intention of helping me out. So I just payed for it, and dropped my car off to get tinted.They got my car done somewhat fast, which was nice... but I should have thought it was concerning. Its been weeks since Ive had the car back, and I have bubbles on 4 out of 5 windows that arent going to come out. I had water steaks that were dried all the way down every door panel and leather in my car from a lack of cleaning up after themselves, and also scratches in the tint, or small spots that tint was missed near the edges and light peeks through.Im hoping none of my windows are scratched up underneath the tint, and Im praying they didnt take my door panels apart and steal anything inside. They scratched the paint on my door where they tried to reinstall my window deflectors, and from reading many many other reviews, Im not even going to bother trying to get any of it fixed by them.I will be cutting my losses and have another shop fix everything they messed up, broke or scratched. Its scary they are even in business! Im pretty sure the only reason they tint windows is so that they can hide from the cops....Please BEWARE!!!! Trust these bad reviews and DONT GO HERE!!! Youll end up paying a lot more to fix your car than you will to get your windows tinted!!!

Dont go here damaged my car said they would take care of it didnt and didnt return calls. Cost of the windshield plus had to take it to dealer costed another $400
Will never go here again. Just got my tint dont on my BMW recently and they actually scratched my back glass window. That along with the poor installation of tint is going to cost me a lot more that if i would have got tint installed right the first time. I cant believe this place is still in business. Just aweful

Good experience with this company. The windows were a bit smeared after they did the tint but that is to be expected as they wet them.The tint settled on really well and have no marks or air bubbles on them at all.Just got another groupon to have our other car done.
Paid 140$ for Poor car detailing. Could have done a better cleaning myself. Stains left in my shampooed carpets and the vinyl is still dirty. Would not recommended this place to Anyone.
Do they have warranty on windshield. If it gets cracked?
I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. I had a windshield installed here...seemed fine. Took a road trip 9 months later in high wind and the rubber seal around windshield came off. Long story short, i had to pay $40 to have it repaired. Brought the receipt to them and the owner said he wouldnt pay it. He said they would rather have an unhappy customer than pay it. They offered me a free detail instead, but after seeing all these reviews Ill never use it! DONT GO HERE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
These people called my house recently and I tried to buy a windshield replacement for my car. Please note I am an immigrant from China and I still have an accent. The first person I talked to had no idea what he was doing and transferred me to a manager. The manager was extremely racist and made fun of my accent while speaking to me and then after he thought he hung up (but didnt) I heard him make fun of me to his co-workers. I do not recomend this company

Cheapest prices, a third of another quote. And continued care afterwards, they repair rock chips free so i dont have to do an insurance claim and raise my rates. WOW!Damn. Found out why they are cheaper. Messed up my windshield, I could hear the wind whistling through. The mechanic tossed the screws out of the retsining brackets and replaced them with a lump of tar substance. Not knowing this, they promised to fix the windshield while I was at work. Mechanic ran down my battery enough that it wouldnt start and I had to replace the battery. Dont get me wrong, the battery needed replacing, but the guy also never fixed my windshield. Going to Safelight from now on.
We brought our car in for a detail and it was the worst detail job we have ever had. The carpets were still sopping wet and the seats were not cleaned at all. In fact there was still leaves and dirt in creases of the seats. The service was not good either but they did offer to redo the interior for us. When we brought it back a second time it looked no better. Their response was if you bring us a dirty car thats what you get. We will never use them again for detailing or glass work, nor would I recommend them.

Haven’t ever used them but I will never do it now. Their driver is rude! I was following their installation truck today and I signaled and changed lanes. Just as I was coming up on the truck, it decided to change lanes too and when the driver realized I was already there, started leaning on his horn as if I had done something wrong! Why a terrible representative for his business.
Great price great service that I got 1 year ago will be taking my husbands car to have tinted for this Christmas gift.
We have been dealing with this place of business for 6 times, and each time we left the tint was not fixed right. After a month of the first installation, the bubbles never went away. Took it back for another appointment, but ran out of tint after fixing my back window. After the appointment, I noticed peanuts on my back seat (my grandson is allergic to nuts)! Dealing with this place of business four more times, the owner was very rude. The owner waived brochures in my face about the bubbles as if I was incompetent, the workers left my car a mess (my seats were soaked with water, solution was collected on my windshield, etc). I will never recommend or return to this place. If there is another problem, I would rather pay the extra money to get it professionally fixed elsewhere.
If you value your vehicle, take it elsewhere. Sand under the tint was the main problem and when I attempted to resolve the situation, I was asked to leave. $165 lesson learned.
This place is bad quality, bad service and ghetto
I went in a few minutes before 5 today, asked the lady a few questions she acted like she knew nothing- couldnt help me. They close at 6, before we left the parking lot she walked out and closed up the shop for the day......an hour early.

I called for quote/ estimate....they came out to do the measurements for my company and then didnt hear back from them in 6days, which I initiated call. When asked what was going on, they sd someone will be by office, that NEVER happened, called again....informed them of their lack of communication and the receptionist sd well then take Ur business elsewhere and hung up!!!

Not thrilled with the customer service. Had an appointment Scheduled, to my surprise along with multiple others. Apparently the customers time doesn’t matter to them. The car was ready by late afternoon. The website says they are open til 6:00 pm however the scheduler said they close at 2:00 pm. When I did get my car the tint was not sized correctly leaving the corners on both front windows disproportional with voids. Not Happy and will never refer or go back. Find another tint shop
In mid-Nov I dropped off 8 completely refinished upper Kitchen Cabinet doors to Rio Rancho Glass @ 1503 Golf Course Rd SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124 to have glass put in to update my Kitchen in anticipation of putting my house on the market by Dec 1st. I was told that this would take 5 to 10 days to complete. After 2 weeks I contacted them to find out the status and was told the owner would return my call. I never received a call back.After another week I contacted them again and was told the same thing and again never received a call. I called two days later and again was told I would get a call back, so I told them if I did not get a call back with a timeline of completion by Dec 9th, I may have to come and get them to take somewhere else. I never heard from them.I went in on the 9th and waited over an hour for the owner to come out of his office to speak to me. He then showed me my doors and they were split and broken to pieces, saying it was my fault as I refinished them prior to putting glass in making them brittle and rushed them( I was told by them to do it this way and have since talked to other glass shops and was told to stain them first).I told them to fix them( even though I had my doubts they could accomplish this) and was told they would do so and the owner said he would keep me informed. I was never called and when I would call, was told that they were waiting on the glass. By January I had suspicions that they were not planning on doing anything. When I expressed this to the receptionist, she told me the owner would call me. He did not!Not once during this whole ordeal or to this date have I receive a call from them!I have since had to order all new Cabinet doors including all the lower ones as they could not be matched. This has been very time consuming as well as extremely costly. What started as a $380. upgrade has turned into well over a $1500. mistake.My realtor has put out the word to all agents in the area, Not to use this company and I will be sure everyone on social media /internet knows about their shoddy business practices!
Had Joe look at both of my screen doors. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered a new screen door and I hope he does the install.
Was going to have my front storm door tinted on my house. And the scheduled appointment was set at 9:30am. They never showed or called. 2 1/2 hours later i called to see where was my tinter was and the girl who answered the phone kinda had an attitude and said that her tinter came in late and will do my tint job tomarrow. No wonder why they have poor rating. Do not recommend this place what so ever!!!

Just left about 45 minutes ago from getting my car tinted and $50 was taken from the arm rest storage of my car. My bad for putting it there before I got there but just goes to show lack of trust in the associates.
