Had just bought a brand new truck and got a bad crack on the front windshield and needed to replace it, got an appt right away, took care of the insurance and was in & out within an hour. Got a quote, got an appointment date but didnt even make it to their front door. Turned out they couldnt get what i needed. Pretty disappointed so good luck to their next potential customer!!!! Dont tell people you have what they need if you dont!!!!!

Had the 2 front door windows tinted to match the rest on our 2020 Ford Explorer and they look great! Job was completed while I waited and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. All the info they gave me to protect the tint until it cures fully was very complete and easy to understand. And it only cost $70 plus tax! Highly recommended!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I called a month back asking Adam a bunch of questions. With my hectic schedule, plus the weather was still a bit cold, I decided to hold off. I called last week, explained the crack in my windshield had expanded across towards my field of vision, they sent Danny out the same morning to repair at my job site, eliminating the work scheduling problem I have! I visited this establishment to replace a broken windshield and tint. Staff was very friendly and helpful from the first call to schedule appointment through completion and pickup. Work was completed expertly and quicker than expected. Associates kept me informed and communicated with me the entire time. I would definitely use this place again and recommend it to others.

I have gotten windshield work and tint from horizon on the east side. This is the first time getting work from the rio rancho location. Installation was fine and the office and scheduling people were great. Installer acted totally put out and was extremely short. If I was not on a zoom call, I would have asked him to leave. Maybe it was on off day or something but I will not be conducting business or recommending services to anyone.

Called and set up an appointment on the first call - super professional but very friendly. Windshield was installed at my work as scheduled. Installer had a great attitude and covered everything very well. Highly recommend and will use again when needed.

They did a fantastic job

Tint looks good (2 front windows and windshield strip) and no bubbles after a week or so. They left their grease (?) and what Im assuming to be window cleaner all over the doors of my brand new sparkling clean vehicle. I asked for a perfect match about 5 times before leaving it at the shop. I was told 20% is the best match before they ever saw my vehicle. It wasnt explained until after I picked my vehicle up that it was explained that NM states the front two windows cannot be as dark as the rear ones. Although the woman working there may assume this is common knowledge, I would have appreciated being told that BEFORE paying them what I did. I would not recommend.

Chay has the can do attitude. We are able to get in and out in a timely manner. They keep a history of all the work they have performed for us on our vehicles and the technicians know how to access the information, not just the office staff.We recommend Horizon.

Bought a new car and wanted to have the windows tinted, I have see a lot of tint jobs with small bubbles etc. Made an appointment and was told it could take up to 6 hours due to the premium tint I was going with. Dropped off car and waited, it only took 3 1/2 hours or so and there is not one issue or flaw with the tint. The tech. (Angel) did an excellent job and I would have no problem going back. Entire staff was fun and friendly..

I signed a paper agreeing upon a price to replace my windshield and tint 5 windows with 5%.After having dropped the car off, I received a call from them. They informed me that they will have to strip tint that was previously on the windows. They didnt notice it was on there when we did the initial walk-around for the car and they wanted confirmation from me for them to continue the job even though the price would go up but I told them I was unable to pay anymore money and to skip those windows I would get them done later.They went ahead and stripped the tint on my car for free. very professional and Im very happy they didnt charge me extra by surprise but even had the courtesy to call me and go above and beyond what most places would do.:)

I made the mistake of letting my battery die while I comfortably listened to the radio in my car, and with no cables in hand, I approached this Horizon location. Adam, the extraordinarily helpful agent at the front desk, went out of his way to jump my battery with a jump box, not car and cables. It would have been much easier to say no, and many people would have! When I come back later this year to get my windows tinted, itll be because of the assistance you provided me with today, Adam.
