I used to be a napa guy until the past few years, the parts that autozone has are less expensive and just as good. And just by comparison im 99% sure their parts are produced in the same factories in ghina anyway. JD

I use to really like this store 3721 Southern Blvd. Rio Rancho NM but the last 4 or 5 times Ive been there the service has been bad and getting worse. Today it was so bad I left and went to OReilly. I dont think I will go back to this store until they better employees.

I would just like to take a minute to praise the amazing team at AutoZone on Southern and 528 in Rio Rancho. I had a problem with a Duralast tool set that I purchased a number of years ago. Due to the age of the tool set, they no longer carried the tool set that I had. Ken, which is a team member went above and beyond by reaching out to his district manager because the store manager was off for the day. His district manager went above and beyond my expectations by swapping out my set which was an 83 piece set for a set which had over 100 pieces. Due to the type of work that I do it was imperative that I had a 3/8”, 1/4”, and 1/2” ratchet and sockets. The new set came with everything my old set came with along with other tools which I didn’t really need because I already own but were greatly appreciated. This is one of the many reasons that I will only shop at AutoZone when it comes to my vehicle part and tool needs. You guys are an amazing group of men and woman. I will continue to tell all my friends about how great AutoZone is and how they offer nothing but the best customer service in the industry. Please keep up the great work and I will only shop at your store. Today you defined why I am an AutoZone customer for LIFE!!! O’Reillys who?

Needed a glass matt battery and they had it stock and installed it in my car for me. I highly recommend this store for all car needs.

I went in looking for windshield wipers; the clerk was attending to me immediately, even though he had been just occupied with something else. He went and retrieved my items, installed them, and even showed me how to do it myself, when I asked!

Thermostat was a good price, but did not include gasket, so had to make a 2nd trip.

Had to return an unused oil filter. Had a receipt which held the part number and the information about the store. Was told to come back with proof that I purchased the filter. Isn’t that what the receipt is for? Tried to tell the guy that the receipt I was given was the only one I was given. Then I was told to leave. O’Riley’s here I come.

I was told that sunshade I purchased for Tacoma would fit. It didnt had to return. The information listed on back of the shade incorrect.

Had to have car battery replaced on my car and the guy from towing company suggested going to Autozone since they offer free battery check. Went to the shop, and they took a look and confirmed that it is the dead battery (I had next to 0 experience with cars so I was unsure until they confirmed it). I thought it would take about an hour but it took much less than that. They also answered other questions I had in details so that I would know what to expect and what to do. I hang out inside the shop (very clean and fully stocked) while the battery was being replaced. Very happy with their work/service!

Good place that has the basic parts Im looking for. Counter help is sometimes slow with helping the customers but it depends on the staff and time of day. Use google to measure the busy trafic.

Vato zone lol nowhere else have I gone for parts plus the rewards program is better than nearly any store Nationwide including retail stores not just automotive. Literally the best reward program for consumers in the nations just do the math check the rates and what you earn. I earn 20$ rewards monthly any other so called rewards program even grocery stores it takes months to earn that. And then have 30 days to spend it. Or lose it not here I think its like 60 or 90 days. They give you legitimate time to use those points. That and my step mom has worked for them for 20 years or more and works as a manager in Montana. This company takes care of their Female workers, Ive never heard of another company supporting all female workers and unite them yearly Nationwide if you spend more than 5 years with them. They have a thank you to the ladies type events. They spoil the ladies and send them to Vegas and places to meet and have fun, ladies only!!!! I think that is amazing and worth supporting by being a constant customer and advertise what people may not know. Go AutoZone. And most employees know what they are talking about, I had American Toyota sponsor and pay for my college TTEN PROGRAM to work on Hybrid cars, so its nice when you talk with people who care.

Just left this store a half hour ago, leaving behind my last bad experience at that location. Just a suggestion- Management needs to retrain the staff on better customer service. Maybe not make the customer feel like the bad guy when he tries to return a part. I live 2 blocks from this location, and it looks like I’ll be starting a customer repor with your competitor around the corner.

Probably the worst auto zone in town. The old man Craig is a sour and bitter dude who needs to retire already. Hes rude and short tempered and always has been. I avoid this store in particular and tell everyone I know about him so they can also. Hopefully he resigns or gets fired so you can continue to have a decent running business with kind staff. Oh have I said how much I dislike Craig ?

Been visiting this store for years. Tonight was the last time. The person behind the register (older man, deep voice, only one that speaks spanish) was extremely rude. We went in to return a pair of speakers, the man tore open the box that we brought in, accused us of lying 3 times,refused our request of a refund and demanded that my cousin and I leave. We went to the autozone up the road and without hesitation we got our refund.

I love it here always get the help I need and if they dont have the part I need they get it by the evening same day.
