Napa parts are very good quality and performance for the cars, truck, etc needs.
Ive been buying parts here for years, the Assistant Manager is more than happy to find the right parts youre looking for and if they dont have it in the store they can get call the main store in Albuquerque or Denver
Michael was more than helpful and took the time to try and locate the gas mixture I needed and explain the product.
Excellent customer service today, Sunday, 24th April 2021. A clean store and knowledgeable staff, two of the reasons I will return.
Prices were less than other auto part stores. Employee asked for phone number for rewards had to give it 2 or 3 times and when got home had still didnt input number making me not receive my $5 reward, otherwise wouldve given 5 stars.

These guys helped me for nearly an hour trying to find a specialty part. They scoured every box of NOS parts (New Old Stock) to find what I needed. The best NAPA store in the area and the best staff. Charles is the man.
Store had one of the parts we needed but the line to get waited on took 15+ minutes. Thank goodness I had a AAA card as this got me a discount. Part was 8 dollars more than other competitors.

Wow the customer service here is so bad i cant believe it. Charles i believe his name was, as a business owner if one of my employees treated my customers the way i was treated they would be out of a job very quickly. Beyond rude! this is why most people are buying parts online now, as i most definitely will. With employees like this napa wont last much longer.
Asked for a part was given a price $100 higher than anywhere else ($160 part.) I said I was hoping for around $160, thats higher than the dealer. She said she could get it for $135, but it would take longer. Thank you for deciding for me that I would prefer the overpriced part. Service sucks here. Im not used to that at NAPA.
I needed a turbo lift, NAPA had it, I bought it. Done. Actually, I was able to find the exact part online first, reserved it at the local store, and was able to pick it up the next day. Pretty smooth operation!

I had a few bad experiences, that left me ranting on here previously. Since then the store has won me back completely! They have a lot in stock. Or can get just about about everything from there main branch on 2nd, or send you there to pick it up. My last visit was amazing. The guy behind the counter helped me with exactly what I was after, even though it was no longer available. Then found an alternative, that I wasnt happy enough with. And then found an even better solution then what I was going to originally do, thank you!Very glad I gave them another try, highly recommend!
Great customer service and most knowledgeable in any auto parts store BUT the pricing is out of hand! You are paying for the name on their race cars... a local auto parts store isnt helping the community with there top fuel dragster so chill out with the crazy prices like everyone is driving a Sprint stock car! On that note they do have the part that most others wont have in stock so that always helps... the good outweighs the bad but seriously by a thread and playing on the fact that you have the part that people need NOW to get to work on Monday is no reason to charge 2 even 3 times as much. $30 for some radiator fluid? Really? And the pre-mixed cost more! It is half water guys... seriously? Be reasonable!

After looking for wheel bearings at another auto store, I came here because they said they had them, they had to order them when I got there and later once I picked up the parts they were very very wrong completely different part and numbers. I returned and tried to get my money back they guy said I still had to pay freight shipping anyway and I was mad to say the least, he argued over it being shipped and someone has to pay for it. Thats not how you treat a customer. Not again Napa.

The employee was real helpful with my 1999 Blazer parts.. just wish they had a store near me (US550/528) that i wouldnt had to drive all the way into Rio Rancho. Oh well, still save $$$.

Lets start with a great sales team lead by Mike. Next- - you have a great location and on top of that youll find a store stocked with everything you need to fix your car or truck wether its inside the engine compartment, the passenger compartment or on the outside of your vehicle.Plus not to long ago they extended their hours on Saturday.
Never had problems with Napa parts, I do work on all types of vehicles have had most problems with AutoZone giving wrong or defective parts and OReillys parts I have also never had problems with except the fact they never have most parts in stock, Napa is quite a few miles farther than Auto zone or OReillys but worth the hassle.
Called to get some brake pads. Woman who answered says the rears were out of stock and closest were in Denver. Called another Napa across town I used to use often, had plenty in stock. Had the pads I needed within 45 minutes. Woman seemed clueless while on phone with me, following phone call confirmed it. Gave them two stars for some service in the past that was satisfactory, otherwise she earned them a zero.

Love this location. Staff is very knowledgeable and occasionally help me save hundreds of dollars on self repairs.Parts are surprisingly affordable. Ive shopped OReilly Advanced AutoZone for years. Started pricing OEM Napa parts and was shocked at the low prices. Why buy cheap parts that are only going to fail when you can buy Japanese OEM that last and last?
NAPA Auto Parts lot of choices and Auto Parts these days online and store my personal preference is the check Napa first and go with air quality cant go wrong
Ordered a part, said itd be there, wasnt. Took forever for them to locate my part, had to ask for something multiple times. Didnt feel like they were all that friendly or helpful
They have a large inventory and have knowledgeable staff to help. They have been able to locate parts after their competition has not at a reasonable price.
