Great experience. Took my truck in, they explained what was causing the issues in detail. Lots of knowledge and customer service exceptional. Will bring all my vehicles into them for servicing.

Based on the other reviews, it seems like I should be getting good service here, so I dont know whats happening. I bought a car from Ram in August and so am entitled to a year of oil changes from Storm. The first time we brought the car in, we did not have an appointment. The gentleman at the desk was very unfriendly and claimed that we were not in the system as having purchased a vehicle. They ultimately did the oil change anyway, but at the end, it seemed he was accusing us of trying to scam them out of a free oil change and would not give us a receipt or the paper you usually get with the verification of services done. It was overall very unpleasant. The second time, we made an appointment, thinking that would be better. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice and helpful. She found us and the car in the system right away. However, when we went to actually take the car in, it went downhill. When we went in, no one was there except the guys in the garage area. No one came to help us, or even tell us that someone would be there soon. About 15 minutes later, someone came in, presumably from lunch. We were told that the mechanic who was scheduled to work on our car was out doing a pickup, and it would be about an hour and a half until the car was ready. Also, when we bought the car, the TPMS light was on. Since we were in a hurry, they said the guys at Storm could take care of it when we brought the car in next. When we asked Storm about it during the oil change, they said they dont do that and wed have to take it to Discount Tire. What...? They get two stars because the oil change is free and the lady on the phone was very nice, but seriously. Im about ready to go elsewhere and pay to get more pleasant service, and at this time cannot recommend them to anyone.

I went to Storm Automotive for some routine service and I was treated with respect and care! I would recommend this company to all especially if your in Rio Rancho! Thank you and see you again soon.
