About a month ago, I had a check engine light come on on my 2001 VW Golf. I wanted to go to J&T Auto as its location was close to where I lived, but I was unable to bring my vehicle in so I ended up going to a different auto shop. I WISH I had waited. The other place severely overcharged me and when I got the car back, the check engine light still came on again!Due to the age of my car, i was due for some pretty important maintenance i.e. timing belt and water pump and some other things. The other shop were charging me close to $1800 on the job, J&T priced me much fairer. I will definitely continue to go to them for any of my cars needs.

Recently I had my 2018 Camary serviced by J&T. Oil check, fluids, tires etc. I didnt know that my camary had a special oil. James was able to find the oil and that is whats special about their service. They sincerely care about the customers . Thank you!!

I hate giving bad reviews, because it takes so much more to explain them.I called him for a quote on my F150 and they told me it would be 2 hours and $125. This particular motor needs extra care with the spark plugs, so he said bring it in the afternoon, because theyll lubricated it overnight so the plugs come out easy.So I took it in yesterday afternoon.He called me this morning and told me it would be extra time, because it wasnt a standard F-150, and that I had told him that it was a standard F-150. To the contrary, I told him that it was a City truck and it might not be a standard.Then I asked him why didnt he noticed this yesterday afternoon, when he was supposed to lubricate the spark plugs.He told me that he didnt have time to get to it. I asked him how much the new estimate would be. He stated That he couldnt even give me an estimate at this point.I told him that Id come get my pick up. He told me that he wouldnt charge me anything. I felt like telling him that I wont charge you for the four hours I lost today either.I could never go back to this guy. I just dont trust him.
