Rude staff. We were looking to purchase new phones for wife and I. All of their signs were out and doors unlocked. Walked in to shop and were asked to leave as they didnt open till noon. This was at 11:58 AM. Guess they didnt need our business. Good thing as we will not be going back.

Service is reasonably quick given the time and attention committed to each customer. They know their around phones. For an inexpensive monthly rate Crickets general cell coverage is adequate and it can punch through the chicken wire Faraday cage of stucco homes.
The most unhelpful, rudest, un-informed staff Ive ever encountered in any industry. They seem to enjoy frustrating customers. Every answer is I dont know to any question as simple as the location.The girl Carrie is the worst, insists she doesnt know where she is and feels excused from all job duties because she lives in ABQ. She acts like a bratty teenager, hostile and immature. I bought accessories there that did not work right out of the package, they insisted they could do nothing. Ive been waiting to hear from their District Manager for almost 2 months. Horrible customer service, horrible products, out of most products.... they should seriously shut their doors. The worst!! The staff in the store up the street on Southern are much nicer and knowledgeable. Dont ask Carrie where Southern or Hwy 528 is because she doesnt know, even tho shes staring right at it.
The staff was a little pushy trying to get me to purchase multiple phones when I told them repeatedly I was only there to purchase one for my daughter, I didnt appreciate that; however they were pushy in a playful manner. Overall it was mostly a good experience, you just need to know what you want when you go in and be prepared to say no or be sold something else.
