Margaret was VERY VERY helpful. When I entered the store she was very welcoming and attentive. The whole visit she went above and beyond with her customer service and made sure all of my needs were met. She is a great salesperson!! She was still handling all other customers that came in, in a very professional way. She was the only one in the store at the time and handled their concerns in a timely manner. I will only handle any of my T-Mobile business line concerns with Margaret. 5 STARS!!!!!
Service seemed good. Had all kinds of issues. Picked out a phone for someone on my line and turned out they didnt put that info in my acct which left a lot of confusion and problems
Margaret was extremely helpful & very knowledgeable. Thank you
Our sales representative Margaret truly was nice and very skillful she explained to both my wife myself and our son the best options we have we look forward to switching over from cricket to T-Mobile real soon thank you Margaret Mike and Elena Pickup
Had frustrating experience here go to another tmobile store
Top notch customer service. Have bought two phones here and they see customer service as finding you the right fit rather than trying to make the upsell. Will be back.
They were very helpful and friendly.
I have been so pleased with this store, Margaret has been very professional and her knowledge of, plans, products and services really helped me make the right choice to part ways with the my last carrier I had for over 18 years.I will also be recommending, this store and Margaret to my business associates and family.Thank you Margaret for your help!
Arrr they stole me shillings lassie
Bad customer service been a customer for 15 years and treat customers like there we were not going to buy anything but bought 2 new phones. Someone else got your commission.
My Mother purchased an Iphone from this store that she immediately noticed the screen looked weird. She thought it was the screen protector. As someone who works in IT, I informed her that the screen was not normal and to take it back ASAP. The rep that helped her when she took it back was dismissive and tried to claim nothing was wrong with the screen. Then he pulled a u-turn and all of a sudden saw it and said to take it to apple because he did not have a purple iphone in stock. Ok fair enough, but He made no attempt to contact other stores and see if they had purple ones. What? take it to apple when you sold her a broken phone? WHAT?I also called the t mobile number and the lady on the phone called the store and was told they didnt help my mom because there were no iphones at all. She told me this should not have been the case and they should have taken it back or sent her to another store because she only had the phone for two hours.I told my mom to go to the corporate t-mobile off 528 (much better store please go there instead of here). They had a purple phone in stock and did the exchange. But get this, the corporate store called this one and they told the corporate store they not only had them in stock but had a purple! what on earth! Why did they turn her away when they had them in stock. In the end she got her phone replaced no questions asked at the one on 528. I am disappointed that my mother can spend 700 dollars on a brand new phone and then get immediately dismissed like that.Absolutely abysmal customer service and this store should be ashamed.
The staff at T-mobile were extremely helpful and very patient. Im very happy I switched from Verizon.
Never going to this location again Nate helped me and everything went smoothly he said I could get a phone case and tempered glass protector for free! So of course I said yes I always check my tmoble app and as soon as I logged in he charged me for it monthly with my phone plan. I called and explained to him that I thought it was free all he said was “oh do you want to bring it back” I didn’t get an apology or anything. And instead of helping me himself he asked someone else to help me. I’ve been with T-Mobile for 3 years now and never had anything negative to say until today.
I got lucky that they had the case for my new phone but everything is great. Great service.
Young man help my friend
Went inbecause I broke my phone. A sales rep named Alyssa helped me she was very informative nice and overall great. This isnt my go to T-Mobile but will make the drive for the great customer service I received from her.
This location is absolutely terrible and no one in there has any integrity. Recently had an issue where the sales rep (Flo) made a mistake and provided incorrect information during a device trade in that we did back in November that has led to a month of back and forth with them and customer care to get $300 that we are owed. The sales rep has continued to lie to the care reps and myself during this process. The care reps have even confirmed to me that the him and the store manager are not willing to cooperate. Do not visit this store.
Today 5/18 is the day i received great customer service that lacks at a few in the area i have been to. As a decades long customer service worker i highly value and speak of places and people whom exhibit a value in their place of business. Thank you Star And Jacky
Asked for my screen protector to get it replaced. They wouldnt do it because they are not allowed to touch my phone when they couldve just give me the screen protector. Called 611 and they said that all t mobile stores are allowed to get their screen protector replaced without the customer being inside the store.
Scheduled an appointment for an upgrade and wasted an hour of my time there with no upgrade. The rep had no idea what he was doing and the fact of waiting outside in the sun for this entire process of getting nothing done was a terrible experience. This location seems to always screw something up. Last time I called them and asked or a hold on a phone and when I arrived the manager there gave it to someone else when I told them specifically I was driving out of my way to go there and pick up a device. I ended up going to a corporate location and the entire transaction only took 15 mins for the upgrade.
Alyssa is the best! Go see her if you are looking for amazing service!
Great place to go... Love the manager he is awesome... Lots of new people training there so it took a long time but they were great... Super friendly staff give you good deals no forced conversations while waiting
For me, getting a new phone is kind of like going to the doctor. It isnt typically something I get too excited about. However, the staff here has always been helpful and friendly. Theyve always had the phones we were looking for in stock. Most importantly, Ive never had to wait very long before being helped by someone. My only complaint is that their phone accessories are way overpriced. If you are looking for a phone case or a charger, you are better off looking at an online retailer.
I visit the store aroun 6pm because customer service referred me to go get a new sim card to convert my post paid to a prepaid account. REp did not even allow me to explain situation, he said they did not be able to help. After calling several store the one closed to my job about 13 miles away was able to help me and resolved the issue in no more than 5 min. I am not sure why stores and customer service have the same Information
Nathan was fantastic, knew his stuff, detailed, Informed, and will for sure go to him any time
👎 Bad costumer service waited for a hour in the store before someone decided to help
If i could give a NEGATIVE star I would! Switched to T-Moblie because I was promised by Margaret that my old Verizon bill would be paid . Has it? NO! They keep putting me off. Same as My daughter! terrible terrible terrible!!! T-Mobile service area sucks! I was told by Margaret that converting my Verizon phone would work with T-Mobile. Did it? NO! Lied to again! I have to go back to Verizon eat the money WOW!
Luis was the best T-Mobile representative we’ve ever encountered up to this point, and we are long-time, loyal and devoted customers of T-Mobile.Luis was genuinely friendly, totally engaging, awesomely accommodating, impressively authentic and had the patience of a saint. We’ve asked a thousand questions and he answered them all with competence, understanding, charm and cheerful optimism. He was refreshingly pleasant, friendly, respectful, considerate and endlessly nice. He never made us feel that we were a burden. He took the time to listen to our questions and concerns. We never felt rushed or pressured. We sincerely felt that our concerns were important to him and we were valued customers. He explained everything in a manner that gave 100% clarity to our confusion. He offered options that helped us arrive at a decision we are comfortable with.Luis was remarkably articulate and eloquent. He had superior command of both English and Spanish (which we were envious of.)I arrived at the T-Mobile center very frustrated and in a foul mood because I lost something precious at a nearby Walmart, and life, in general, is not painless, but Luis, with his great personality, buoyant attitude, uplifting energy, sure competence, inherent kindness and unparalleled people skills, certainly turned my bad day into a great one.Luis is the ultimate definition of superior quality customer service: ready, willing and able to help customers find answers and solutions to their questions and concerns, and doing it with palpable joy.Amazing people like Luis makes us most inclined to remain as loyal and devoted T-Mobile customers forever.Luis truly is the best representation of T-Mobile’s BEST. Thank you very much Luis, and may your example inspire others. The high-quality customer service you provide is unmatched. You are a blessing.
Dont buy, adjust, or change services of phones & accessories here. They will swindle you in any way to make a sale, up-charge the hell out of their items, (T-mobile C.S. reps have admitted to this) and conviniently in error not process your rebates or buy-one, get-one free sales. Ive had to jump through hoops to fix their screw ups or lack of completing processes. Very, VERY POOR professionalism and fulfillment of what they offer to you. Go to the Cottonwood Mall location if you want decent service with honesty and integrity.
I walked into this location with the intention of paying my phone bill and purchase a new phone. Flow the sales representative made a snooty comment and was being rude about taking my payment for my line, adding that I was dropping his numbers. As I was waiting for my payment to process he kept on making remarks and tryed to give me advice on how I should be paying my bill. He was very unprofessional and I left the store embarrassed and furious. I will never return to this location! I went online to purchase my phone.
My husband I heard great things about T-Mobile and decided to switch. Today has been 34 days that we have been with them. Worst mistake of my life switching to TMobile. We were told that their service was great. The customer service representative that helped us first entered my husbands social security number incorrectly. Since we have not been able to still register my husband as the primary account holder and register to get Netflix for free. Today we have spent 3 and a half hours TRYING TO GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED AND ITS STILL NOT RESOLVED. TMobile is a joke and I HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE SWITCHING TO TMOBILE. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND A JOKE. It’s going on 4 hours and still cannot get this issue fixed. If you are smart and know what’s best for you, DONT SWITCH TO TMOBILE. They have a bunch of incompetent people working there and all around is a nightmare. I would give them ZERO stars but that wasn’t an option.
Staff is always friendly an amazing. They are knowledgeable and will help you work with the budget you have.
I purchased 2 phones at this location. Based on the last 3 visits to this location it seemed obvious that sales is placed above any service. On my most recent visit this store stated to the associate that I wanted to purchase a replacement battery for my phone just to get a longer run time between charging. Obviously the phone is a few years old and I am aware that $600.00 phones only last a few years. I was informed that the phone which still, works great, is not worth a $50.00 battery because a there is replacement phone in stock for just a few hundred dollars. I understand that stocking the battery for an older model phone isnt good business but T-mobile has them. It seems calling corporate to try and to get one for me was NOT an option since rather than do that they directed me to a third party battery re-seller. Quotas before service? It is evident I will be purchasing new phones as soon as it is financially viablebe but probably from a different location.
I came in to T-Mobile after a rather crappy day (phone quit, just started back to school, just got back into town from vacation) and was very glad I did. When I entered the store everyone said hello and offered to help me- and I ended up working with Eric. After attempting to get my phone to work again we took a look at the options available, he showed me multiple phones and immediately told me the price ranges of each and discussed with me possible changes to my plan that would save money, but was never pushy about any of the decisions. Overall, Im very glad that I came into this T-Mobile and would highly recommend it if youre looking for a new phone/plan change or are just having problems with your current phone.
My family has gone in many times and have always been helped by Eric and he is the absolute best. If you came in a year ago hell remember what you talked about and what happened to your old phone. He has helped so much! Sadly I heard he relocated but I am on my way to the location to see how it is without him.
Nice T-Mobile employee fixed my problem in a manner of minutes!
They will lie and con their way to a sale. They will promise you Free things, but in reality they will charge it to your bill in payments. They promised me a Free tablet and Free accessories to my phones that I had just bought, and promised a bill of no more than 172.00 a month. First bill comes in afterwards and its 206.75, more than 30.00 more expensive than what they had promised. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
Everyone here goes above and beyond the call of job duties. Dont complain when you get there because the line is long, they give everyone all they can. You want the best t mobile experience? Go here
Horrible customer service. Wife was lied to and told 40 dollar screen protector had lifetime warranty. A few days later it peeled up. Estevan the so called manager said it wasnt a lifetime warranty and that they wouldnt replace it. After 20 min argument he said he would give me a screen protector but wouldnt put it on. Just because they didnt put the first three on right and I complained. He said that its a complimentary service for customers. Ive been a damn tmobile customer for over 10 years but he wouldnt do it for me.
Every time I have visited this location they have been extremely helpful
Save yourself lots of money and frustration, do not walk into this store, you will be lied to for a sale! This starts from the manager on down Esteban says one thing and does another! Its sad that people lie for a sale!On top of that horrible customer service. This store needs to be looked at from Corporate .
This is the worst T-Mobile location in all of Rio Rancho and Albuquerque. All the sales associates lie to make the most profit out of you. Felt so cheated and betrayed after my experience with this store. Tried several times to get my bill fixed with this location and every time was told the bill was correct. After finally calling the customer service line was told yes I was correct and the store was upcharging me on everything I told them I didnt want! Being new with T-mobile this was definitely a horror story start with a company. Has been nothing but a nightmare trying to work everything out since then.
Switched my service from Verizon and love the service. Saved lots of money and the customer service at this store was AWESOME!
This store mistakenly charged me almost 200 dollars. They refused to refund me until I spent two hours getting customer care involved. They lied to me several times about processing a refund because I asked for a receipt which they would not provide. Finally they processed the refund after asking repeatedly. No ownership of the mistake was made despite the issue being their fault. Avoid this store and go to a T-mobile direct store. The customer service at this store made it very difficult to be a customer.
Since Eric left this location went down the drain. The staff lies to you to make a sale and set up someone else purchase under my name. One rep told me my fathers phone was dead and he needed to buy another. I spoke to another rep and he told me it was the battery. Turned out It was, he fixed it and the original rep looked like a lying fool trying to make a sale. My father is in his late 80s. How dare this salesperson.
Margaret and Nathaniel were both very good at helping us with our new IPHONE
I have dealt with Eric several times. He does try to help with what he can and get a problem fixed but PLEASE be careful on him. He told me we were swapping a phone straight across but that did not happen. I was charged $228.00 for a phone that went on a monthly payment of $9.50. I was told just sign this paper to show you got the different phone. I trusted him in saying we were doing a swap straight across. SOOOO please watch what you sign. They are very friendly in this store.
They never answer the phone and they lie about everything!
Poor customer service. Went to see if an old phone would still work on the network. Was assured it would by everyone working there, and I bought a sim card. It didnt work, and they told me the phone was too old. Ok fine no problem, so I asked for a refund for the sim since they were incorrect when telling me it would work. Staff told me a refund was impossible and that I could buy a new phone. When I declined, they showed no interest in rectifying the situation, and had a total change in attitude. Luckily phone customer service was more understanding.
Every time I have gone in the store everyone in there was polite and willing to help me with my issues no matter how small the issue was.
I went to T mobile and worked with Flow. He told me I needed to contact the customer service line to tack on my bring your discount to my account. I call the customer service line and come to find out he should have done it when I started my services. So I canceled the service and returned the phones only to be charged 100 dollars restocking fee. I got wrong information and was charged 100 bucks for their mistake.
One of the best store hands down great customer service
Worst customer service ever, tried to do something as simple as buy a replacement sim card and it took over an hour. Very rude staff and always have problems here. Been with T-Mobile for over a decade and is great service but save the hassle and go to another store.
Got help from Matt, he took very good care of me and the others were fun and upbeat thank you guys.
A guy named Robert who waited on us obviously thought it would amuse customers by making fun of a co-worker there. The co-workers demeanor looked like this bullying from Robert was commonplace. Then on top of that Robert felt it was OK to make negative remarks about ppl from NY, upon Iearning that we were from there. Real rude, ignorant smart-ass Robert. And had the nerve to ask us to give him a 5 star review if we received a call about his performance. There are some real rude, backwards ppl in Rio Rancho & too many work in customer service. So very glad we didnt buy a house there.
Had my phone replaced with no problem, staff knew what they were talking about
Do not go to either Rio Rancho stores but especially stay away from this one. Was promised the g4 we were buying would be half price via Bill credits didnt tell me we would have to change plans. Unenthustiastic and rude to you if youre not buying anything. Lie to your face and they always add on insurance so check your bill.
I was with Verizon, and I was so annoyed. I really didnt like Verizon, so I stopped by at the T-Mobile, was referred to Eric by governor Susana Martinez. Exceptional service and was only interrupted periodically by other customers who also were referred him. If you ever go to this T-Mobile store, ask for Eric!
These guys are liars and crooks. Their coverage sucks all across the southwest. Go with Verizon if you care about data access and people that dont lie to you as part of their store policy. When I tried to leave T-Mobile after 10 days because of the awful network connectivity, they blamed it on my phone and got me to return my iPhone and get a Samsung. Then, it turned out it wasnt the phone causing the problem, but they wouldnt let me return the Samsung because you can only return a phone once per line. They said I was free to go back to Verizon, but I would have to still pay for the Samsung phone that only works on T-Mobiles network, making it useless on a Verizon network. Also, my wifes phone was an iPhone on the Jump plan. They said we would still have to pay off the rest of the Jump lease and return the phone to T-Mobile when we finished paying. Dont do Jump! ... lease to own if anything and know that you can only return a phone one time per line no matter what the lying managers and sales reps say.
One of the best store experiences ive had.It began with me being laid off from the sprint call center, I needed to get a new provider since the current one will lose its discount (since i was laid off) So i shopped around and got onto the Tmobile deal for the 4th line being free. (My plan with sprint was, first line free, each line 40$ for unlimited, Employee plan) So you can tell the math was really easy to do, pay about 10$ more for 3 lines but its litterally the same thing. The workers were nice, lively, and looking out for me. when i mentioned i wanted to get the galaxy S7 edge and had it preordered, they let me know about a new promo for it in stores where i can get the phone and a second one free with a mail in rebate, Amazing really! Other then that, My only beef with this so far is my current phone, but thats all my fault and about to be fixed tomorrow with my new phone.
Authorized dealer. NOT T-Mobile corporate. Save your money. Wanted to switch and quickly changed my mind.
Gotta say, Eric is the most amazing sales person that we have worked with so far! Explains in detail and does everything in his power to find a solution to any problem we might have!
Im not sure about Eric as some reviews mention him. I had the pleasure of working with Mariela who is very helpful and attentive.
Always have had great service here.
Worst experience ever added me to a plan and didnt even know! I hate this store!
Don’t trust this place. They are not honest people. Second time they put me on jump without my consent. I had a hard time to take it out from T-Mobile later time.
Phones go out on you less then a year and they charge you to replace it for something that is under the phone warranty think it’s time to go to another service and this store seems like so many employees come and go makes me think about that as well tired of he lies each time I go in
Definition of unprofessional is what the representatives at this store are. If your not going to purchase any accessories along with your device then dont bother coming here.
I went into the T-Mobile store this morning. I wanted a warranty exchange for my phone due to the Sim card not reading in my device. One of the female employees did not want to solve any of the issues and tried to up sale me instead. She was very rude when I declined the offer and she talked in a very sarcastic tone. Never coming back to this store again.
Best service in town!
Not good at all
We went in and waited for 10 minutes without getting helped. And the music they were playing was making our ears bleed. We were thinking of switching from AT&T but have decided otherwise now.
I was lied to twice, and Eric said he couldnt help me either time.
These people here will lie to you about the refer a friend..BEWARE make sure you call to verify the offers and deals before you switch or sign up...
If I could put 0 I would
This place sucks.
Worst service I ever had
Two words they suck
Great service
Good service
Good service
Great service
Friendly.
STAY AWAY!!!!
I fell, I went with the illusion of an iPhone, the offer was to buy one and the other for free and $ 20 for service per month, well I just tell you it was very bad, too high charges, I lost hours waiting for help in the end they mistreated me and I lost $ 75. Just for visiting the store and being able to get out of that fraudulent account they made me. He left without phones without an account and losing more than $ 150. Dollars Ill give them zero but they dont deserve even one.
The staff of this store is pesimo the manager is the worst the saleswomen lie to you they tell you that the things are free I afterwards they charge you
