Fraud. Just a ploy to make money. False advertising. Couldnt take even working windows phone. States pays to recycle, went through with recycle due to it saying the phone couldnt be reused, took a copy of my ID and a photo of me and paid nothing for the recycle. Hang on to your devices, maybe in the future there will be a legitimate way to get at least a small fee for recycling responsibly like this claims or even something to buy back and refurbish, which Im sure these scam artists will do with the one of the tenants phones I brought in to try selling that they ended up stealing. Dont waste your time with this fraudulent, misleading machine or company. Would not recommend and will deter all I know!!!
