This morning I was the person that didnt read the sign on the door and tried to pull it open at 9:45 AM, 15 minutes before they opened. The young man came out and was super polite about it and asked how he could help me anyway. I wish I would have got his name. A+ for friendly service.
Do not use ANY GoWireless stores. We have been to this store and others and they are not in the least bit concerned about helping you. All they want to do is sell you a phone. Latest mistake we made was this. On Sunday November 29th we went to the store on NM 528 in Rio Rancho with our iPhone 6 which had a bad battery. We were misinformed and told that the battery could not be replaced and we bought a new iPhone for $609. We found out the next day that the battery could indeed be replaced. I went back to the store to get our old phone back and return the new one. We were told that it had been sent out and could not get it back. Since we were misinformed in the first place I think we may have been lied to about getting our phone back. I asked to speak to the manager of that store (Samuel Hayes) and was told he was busy and would call me later. He has not. Having had problems with go wireless in the past, If I had known when we bought the phone that the store which was previously a Verizon corporate store was now a go wireless I would not have gone there.
Sam and Valentino were absolutely amazing. Customer service is not what it used to be and they have completely restored my faith that there are those who go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and happy. Verizon is lucky to employ two amazing professionals. I will never go anywhere else.
Shows store is open on Sundays, doors locked. No one answers phone.

I had had troubles for at least six months on and off not receiving incoming calls on a regular basis. It may have taken an hour but my technician Cisco, did not give up until everything was working again. He never lost his patience and broke everything down in layman terms so I could follow the many steps necessary to a remedy. For all the wonderful things I could say about this gentleman, the most heartwarming thing he did was to listen to me tell him of my hearing impairment and from that moment on he never spoke to me unless he was sure I was looking at him to lip read. I’m so grateful. THANKS. It turns out the complex problem was neither a Verizon or Apple issue but a deep, hard to find issue on my particular phone that his perseverance overcame. Cisco you are a wonderful asset of the Version Corporation.
Everyone has been great here but we always try to go when Cody is there. He makes you feel welcome and is always willing to go the extra mile to help. He is the reason we changed carriers after 16 years! Verizon (and its customers) are lucky to have someone like Cody working for them.
I have NEVER been treated like this in a Verizon store! Big congrats to Verizon for hiring people like Sam, Richard, and Cisco!These three exceptional young men do an outstanding job, making the customer feel welcome, important, and not feel pressured! I have taken my phone in from little problems and set ups to big problems with my phone, and EVERY TIME they have made me feel important, reassuring that my questions are not stupid, and that yes, they are more than qualified to address the problems. In a time where people are impersonal, and not willing to do their job, it is so refreshing to do business with these three extraordinary men!

I just switched over from T-Mobile to Verizon and Josh made it a wonderful experience. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He did everything he could to help us and make sure we understood our plan and the best options for our phones. Josh gave excellent customer service.

I paid $40 for a phone case & $40 for a glass screen, the glass case barely fits on my note 8 and broke within the first day. After calling and telling them, they told me that they arent allowed to exchange it for a new one. So I literally paid $40 to use a glass screen for not even 6 hours. UPDATE: After taking this matter to the manager, she then tried to tell me that they dont normally exchange on any of the products but she will this one time. About two days later I have a chip in the glass screen.UPDATE: Right after I posted this I received a call from the Director of Sales and he did a great job at handling my situation. He had a very nice lady meet me down at the store I purchased from and gave me a return and a new glass screen.
Went there to switch service from Sprint to Verizon. I have been with one of the major services since 2003, I have had verizon in the past. I always get iphone, currently have a family plan and had an iphone xs max so I wanted to go with a family plan. Decided to go with iphone 11 for the entire family. I do not think the rep was very knowledgable. He did not seem to know the answers to simple questions. When done filling out the application the rep told me I only qualified for $700 toward phone costs and I would have to put down a sizable down payment- thousands of dollars! I told him that could not be correct. He made a call and came back telling me his partner recommended I get a cheap phone for 6 months to build my credit, again I told him this could not be correct. He never called verizon though I kept saying something was wrong. I spent over an hour wasting my time there. I left and called verizon, the woman pulled up the exact application he had filled out. She said I had in fact been approved for all the phones plus extra. She apologized stating she did not understand why they denied me or asked for a down payment. She approved everything over the phone and I picked up my new phone at a different verizon store in Bernalillo. They had no problems and were quite helpful. I called the original rep back, I told him what had happened and I suggested next time he call verizon if a customer kept saying something seems wrong. I will go to a more established store in the future so I dont waste my time.

I went into this store yesterday to upgrade my iPhone 6. Julio helped me way beyond any expectations. He backed up my iPhone, which had not been backup in 170 weeks, he explained everything to me regarding the differences between iPhone 8+ and the iPhone x. Any way, I purchased the iPhone x and he set everything up for me and even put me on a better plan, so I have the same payment amount but it includes the new phone and insurance. I am sooooo pleased with this location. They have helped me with everything I needed. I was having a lot of problems with another place and they gave me the attention I needed and the help I needed as well. They are my go to place when it ones to Verizon. I especially want to thank Cisco and Sam as they were the ones who went beyond to help me. I also talked a little with faith and she is very awesome as well. I live in Albuquerque, and have gone to the Verizon Stores there and I never have had a good experience. So I tried the store in Rio Rancho and Wow!! I could not believe how different the service was. The staff was very helpful and the best customer service I have ever had from Verizon. Keep up the good work....
Excellen customer service. Not like the corporate store I tried to buy from. I guess some stores have too much sales business to offer the service on would expect when you are buy a phone. The Coors Bypass store gets minus five star rating from this customer.......ROCKY

I switched from T Mobile to Verizon. Josh was very helpful- he explained the plan and price breakdown in detail, transferred data to the new phone and stayed late to complete the transaction. Great customer service!
I will never do business there again. We got screwed over on a promotion deal. It was supposed to be a buy one get one free. But because they had to order one of the two phones they did two separate receipts. And because of that, the promo deal was never valid. We had to pay full price for both phones. Two phones that we were talked into none-the-less because they made the promo sound like it was going to be worth it. But they played us, all to make their numbers. Never do business here go to Verizon directly.

I came into the store with a lot of questions and some displeasure with my verizon service. Sam, the salesman changed my whole mindset. He spent a long period of time with us, answered every question, and fixed my account to be specific to my needs. Every organization should have someone like him leading there company. I have a renewed faith in verizon.Once again, I came to Verizon with some disappointment in mind. When I entered the store I was greeted by all personnel which was refreshing. I had previous communications with the manager Sam. Because of my first experience I went to him again. I was really questioning keeping my service with verizon but Sam changed that mindset within ten minutes of being in the store. I appreciate his service and professionalism. I left the store satisfied and which was not the case when I first got there. Thank you very much.

I didnt realize there was a difference in Verizon stores. Ie one says authorized verizon vs just verizon. I thought if I saw a verizon building or store outside the mall it was an authorized verizon dealer no matter what! Not the case. Its frustrating when trying the get questions answered about my phone. I go to this store and they give me grief about going to the building one case its NOT an authorized verizon store. I bought an expensive ass phone from the building one and had some questions. Im not yelling or cussing at you. I am expect helpful service when Im asking nicely for help with my phone. Yet I get grief for not coming to you guys as though I knew the difference in verizon stores. I rarely go in for help to avoid a headache. Not cool Verizon!

Wow-went in (after going next door to tmobile to confirm my contract end date) planning to get service with Verizon. My bad luck, the store manager must have had a bad day, she was rude, talking with a hateful tone as soon as we started talking. Oops, did I say I waited in line patiently over 30 minutes for such treatment. Again-wow!
Verizon is a horrible company been a customer for years bought me a new phone dont like it been in the store 3 times and helping me with the functions on it everything is in the wrong place even the power button every time I pick it up and turn it off.thought I had 30 days you can pretty much return anything in 30 within 30 days Verizon is 14 Im stuck with this s*** phone

Went to this location 6 times in 2 months trying to get a tampered glass replacement. Every time they said it was going to be in a week later. FYI if this location doesnt have what your looking for they will not ever order it.
