It was a very efficient experience with only a few minutes wait time. There is a waiting area inside for Customers to sit down. Masks are required.

Wonderful garage guys, but the cashier is very unhappy Ive been there 5 or 7 times for different things over the last 2 or 3 years and its always the same the mechanic guys are great but when its time to pay.. ugh shes a sourpuss!!

Had a new alternator put on in may 2020 & about 6 months later had to have a bolt tightened back up that came loose somehow. Now less than 6 months later its doing it again & went by their shop before 4pm & they were closed for the weekend. Now I have to try & make it thru the weekend with my battery light on & this loud clattering sound coming from my engine. Hopefully it wont break down before Monday.

Stairwells nasty with garbage slime, clearly visible trails lead to dumpster, other health hazards such as clogged air filters that they wont replace even though code enforcement has been notified. They are SLUMLORDS and the office is run by inexperienced unprofessional millennials that only want your money.

Customer Service in NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS LOCATION! The chunky white chick with blue /purple hair has a nasty attitude and is very dry! I made her speak and asked her was she having issues because this is my 2nd visit and she has been dry both times. I have 3 vehicles and the jiffy lube didnt have an attendant to help, thats the ONLY reason i returned.*I asked was her name Rebecca and was sure to tell her that the reviews were correct in her attitude being bad and she should tighten up.....

I only gave a 1 star so that I can leave a review but I went there on Sept 29th to get an emission done. There was a white woman there she wasn’t pleasant at all and sort of rude. She did the emission how ever but she was very short like she wanted us to hurry up and leave. I’m not sure what her problem was that day but I will never go there again. I hate to leave a bad review because everybody so far liked their business but I didn’t. Good customer service is very important! I don’t know what her problem was but if she was having a bad day she should have stayed her big behind at home!

White lady completely unprofessional. Wouldnt recommend this emissions test site. Its run down and she is very rude in how she look at me and spoke to me. Its clear, respect for People of color wont be found here. Not worth the 15 mins out of my life to be in the presence of some one like this.

Came because it was the nearest to me. $20 for emmisions. Very fast service. However, the lady with purple hair, Rebecca, had an extremely RUDE, snarky attitude.
