I would like to share what a great experience I had with your delivery men. Hunter & Steven went above and beyond delivering my new chair. They saw I was disabled and moved my furniture around to place my chair just where I wanted it. I highly recommend them.

After purchasing a Lift Chair from ABC Warehouse l had experienced an issue with the warranty company getting repairs completed. Al, the Regional Manager became involved and really went out of his way to make sure that l was completely satisfied with the outcome. The ABC Warehouse management team backed their merchandise and l couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thank you so much Al and Steve!

David Shamoun Jr was amazing helping us with the purchase of our new LG washing machine! We called a ton of other stores with 3-4 week delivery time frames (not to mention their horrible customer service too) When we called ABC and spoke with him, David was not only able to help us get our new machine in just 4 days from the purchase date, he was able to get us a great price on the best rated washing machine they had for quick delivery. David/ABC will be our go to when we are in need of the matching dryer!

I have ordered a washing machine from this store. Two weeks ago they said they were going to deliver it on Wednesday and on delivery day I got a call stating they can’t deliver it. Why? Don’t know. I’ve called and left messages for my sales person to call me back and let me know what’s going on; not once has he called me back. I get no feedback on what’s going on. I have family members in the market for washers and dryers I will not be sending them here.

ABC warehouse had been my families go to for appliance. Our first set of stainless steel appliances lasted us 16 yrs.We went to the same store in Fort Gratiot and found prices to be the best in town....our sales person Brandon was very nice honest and helpful in helping us pick out what we were looking for. Also had the privilege in speaking to regional manager AL who wasAlso extremely nice and helpful!Definitely top notch services which is hard to find now a days!

We recently bought an oven and it is not working well and they are not willing to help find a solution.

Sales person was attentive and asked id he could help me. Listened to what I needed and showed me it immediately.name was Sean, just like mine. But I spell it Shawn. :)

Do yourself a favor...drive a few miles north and go to Sargents. Night and day difference with service and common sense.I called yesterday to get a “delivery window” for my fridge. They said the delivery schedules are made during the night and an email goes out in the morning. What does that mean, you ask?I got an email at 6:02am saying my window was 7-9am. Then, I got a call at 6:15am. I didn’t answer because I was sleeping. Then, and this is my favorite part, the delivery drivers pounded on my front door and rang my doorbell at 6:28am. 6 in the freaking morning. Not a single light was on in my house, my porch light was turned off, clearly no one was awake. I called the driver, with attitude, asking why he was at my front door at 6:28 in the morning. He said “do you want us to leave then”.Yes, I want you to leave....and I want to return the $3k fridge I bought from you.Most unprofessional process and appliance company I’ve ever worked with.

Apparently the order to wear masks excludes only this store. Walked in tonight not one of the staff was wearing a mask. One approached and tried to put it on like he was slick - no thanks. Walked out right away, not a safe environment, not worth the risk.

Ordered a $1500 Speed Queen dryer on 12/10 from Shahid. I went local, hopefully to get the item quicker instead of just going to AJ Madison like I have in the past. He said they had to submit a PO before they would know if it was in stock at the warehouse. I was concerned since I seen a lot of places talking about delayed deliveries for months for appliances in general. I said go ahead and order and put a deposit down. He said hell submit the PO and then check Monday to see if the warehouse or what not has it in stock. Monday came and went I called back Tuesday. Tuesday I got nothing, so I told him to call me back on Thursday . Never called back on Thursday, so I called and cancelled. Cant even get a general estimate if it is 1-2 weeks out or months because its on backorder. Just wants to make the sale.

My mom bought a mattress for them the sales man Al was amazing!!! He spent over an hour with her trying out every possible mattress to make sure she got the best one for her!They are very helpful and wonderful would shop there for anything else we need.

David Shamoun Jr. did an outstanding job with his knowledge, kindness, and professionalism to help us with our purchase of a new refrigerator. He went out of his way to check exact dimensions and specifications, and we discussed how this will fit into our future purchases...which we WILL be doing with him. This is the kind of service which is almost disappearing from retail! Bravo. David is the best!

Store was laid out nicely. Purchased a couch on 7-5 with a promised delivery of 7-6. There was an error in my order and the incorrect couch was attempted to be delivered. Turns out a discontinued color was ordered by the salesman. I wasnt aware at the time but the color i actually wanted was more expensive. I received a call from the Regional Manager very quickly and the issue was promptly resolved and the lower price was honored. I can understand mistakes, they happen, but what comes next is always the most important thing. In this case I was satisfied that someone reached out to me quickly and apologized. The Regional Manager contacted me and stated that bc I was charged incorrectly he couldnt give me much of a discount for the trouble but would send a gift card for dinner. The second Saturday came and the new couch was delivered. Right color this time but it was damaged on one half and the other half was assembled incorrectly. Another call and another wasted Saturday (4 hour delivery window) and the next replacement was delivered. No compensation for my three lost Saturdays (and no gift card ever came 4 months later still waiting) and I got to say I probably would never go back. If I were the regional manager I would have insisted that the delivery be made in a one hour window as to respect the customers time and it better not arrive damaged!

Our salesman, David, was very helpful and informative. The installers for the TV were top notch!! Can not stress enough how important this was!!!!! Everything was connected properly, remote was programmed to one remote, they were friendly, but efficient. Probably the best install we’ve ever had!

Manny (Munir) was extremely helpful. Took great care of us. Recommend asking for him. Hes the best. Amazing experience, will be back for sure!

I recently had my refrigerator give up and decided it was time to replace it. The timing was unfortunate being in the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic, and stay at home orders here in Michigan. I was challenged to get any assistance at multiple appliance stores, until I reached out to ABC Warehouse. They were open, Craig was incredible spent over an hour with me, we looked at multiple brands, styles, and inventory. William Besaw in the Rochester location was my salesman. He was very nice & professional. He answered all my questions and if I asked a question he didn’t know the answer to, he went and found the answer out. Everything went nice and smooth. The only reason I gave my review four stars is because when my fridge and stove were delivered, there was a small dent in the refrigerator the lights didn’t light up on the dashboard and the water dripped. Will call for repairs!

My family and I have used ABC for years and have had great experiences in the past. Walked into the new beautiful store and was greeted by Shahid . He helped me find a wall oven and I purchased . His follow through was less than professional . Had to call to find out about delivery when it was in The warehouse. Talked to Kurt, his manager and he said he would look into it and call me back. And never heard from him again. Had to call again and talked to Bill who was wonderful with his follow through. He looked into issue and called me right back . Said he’d leave message for Shahid to call me to set up delivery and never heard from him. Called AGAIN and spoke with Chris. He was wonderful as well and set up delivery for me . Yay stove is awesome but less than impressed with this store

We bought a Washer and Dryer 18 months ago. Bought the 5 year warranty to go with. Recently, the Washing Machine went bad and was replaced. We had to buy another warranty, even though we were only 18 months into a 60 month warranty. So, weve now paid $800 in 18 months for a $500 washing machine because of warranties (I wonder if it would have been less to not buy the warranty and have the $300 to go towards fixing the machine instead of replacing it). Went to the Regional Manager and the Area VP to just ask that they continue the warranty we originally bought on the replacement and was told no. No more ABC for me.

I ordered and paid for a dishwasher that I’ve been waiting for 11 months for they don’t call with updates they don’t care that I haven’t received my product I have to hunt them down to figure out if I’m going to get it or not and they always tell me it will be here in a month and sure enough never comes horrible customer service no accountability for their products they sell would not recommend
