I went in to upgrade my phone with Verizon at Tienken Rd Rochester Hills Mi. Marcus initiated the process and then Kelly completed it. He went above and beyond backing up my old phone and getting me discounts through opening up a Verizon Visa card as well as trading in my old phone. Kelly was very professional, warm and extremely helpful. He let me know my daughters phone was up for an upgrade and the amazing deal she could get. He set me up to come back and see Ivan for that. I highly recommend this team. Their customer service is top-notch!

My 5 year old iPhone went out of service, Apple help on line was unsuccessful to repair, went to Apple store for service, time to replace. I was at Apple store yet called Verizon to see who had best deal going. It was Verizon, yet too many choices with new phone and needed to get clarification. I called Three Verizon stores and when I spoke to John, I knew I had someone who was straight forward and honest with what was best for me, not what was best for them. While pondering between the two Apple phones, he pointed out the differences that were not obvious, battery life, etc. and didn’t steer me. I was able to fit just the phones in my pocket for period of time to feel the sizes for real life. He was prompt, fully explained each item in contract and phone, he knew how long the upload was going to take (within 5 minutes) and I felt good about this selection. Thanks John! It’s rare to find that kind of knowledge of Verizon plans and Apple product with understanding of customer needs first!

I had to post what an amazing customer service experience we experienced today. Ive been a Verizon customer for over 25 year and have been grandfathered in to our current data plan for over 10 years. When considering a phone upgrade and one of the available promotions I wanted to have someone reliably run the numbers for me to understand the short term savings, versus the long term value and if it made sense to switch or not. Kelly Mason exceeded my expectations by a long shot. Kelly broke everything down for my wife & I and showed us several options and the cost pros/cons to each. It was probably one of the best customer service experiences weve had in any industry. Kelly stayed more than an hour after the time I heard him tell someone he was due to leave tonight, and not once did he seem like he was in a hurry to rush us out. In fact is was the total opposite. He made sure we understood our new plans, our next three billing cycles as well as our new phones. Phenomenal customer service. I will return to Kelly for all my future Verizon needs. Thanks again Kelly!I also want to ad that I witnessed Ethan defuse a situation with an angry customer that wasnt even his who was migrating from another carrier. I’m a lifelong Android user and I was not looking forward to switching to an iPhone for business purposes. Data transfers and software changes tend to freak me out (I’m a creature of habit and very loyal) but Kelly made the switch from Tmobile to Verizon AND Samsung to Apple a breeze today! Honestly, Ethan was absolutely amazing from the first moment he answered my call. I needed a new phone ASAP as I was leaving for up north within 24 hours with 2 babies and a 5 hour drive. Ethan made the entire process so easy and got everything set up while I was at work. I stopped in the store after work and he was super welcoming and friendly. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes with a new phone, and Ethan explained everything to me regarding what I owed, why I owed it, how it would impact my billing, etc. I grabbed a card from Ethan so I could share it with everyone I know, he was fantastic. My husband is going to see him tomorrow before he meets our family up north. I’ve had numerous phones and have been in numerous Verizon stores over the years, Ethan blew the service out of the water compared to any store I’ve ever been into and I’ve never had any issues per se, just the normal upgrades of new phones. I was thoroughly impressed with my experience.

I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon about 2 weeks ago and have hated it so far. My phone didn’t get ported correctly so I was paying for two services! I went to the Auburn/Rochester Rd. location for help but they were very rude and I got no help at all. They gave me a piece of paper to call and sent me on the way. Today, I went to the Teinken/Rochester Rd. location. (a few miles north) I was helped by a guy named Kelly and he redeemed every hope I had with my new provider! He helped me get my phone ported over which was quite the hassle and he was very, very helpful and patient. I appreciate Kelly for his time and efforts and hope this is extended to him and that location, for having such a great team member!

I went in to ask about the iPhone 12 for my son. He said to make sure I call by 10:00 am in the morning to reserve the iPhone. I had talked about it with a colleague who suggested buying the iPhone from the apple store instead of the Verizon store as she had had previous problems with them being shady.I just found out on my credit card that he had gone in an illegally charged my credit card the $100 deposit fee to preorder the iPhone 12.Also he had sold me a mobile hot spot device for $10- telling me there were no other fees. I find out that there is a $20 a month fee for this device and that I’m locked into a contract for this hot spot device. I have to go into this store to get this fixed.I will never recommend this Verizon store to anyone. They should not be doing shady things charging my credit card without my permission or selling me something that has hidden charges. Terrible!

This was our first experience at this particular Verizon store. Many of the stores in our area had been closed due to the COVID 19 pandemic, but as we drove by this one on another errand, we could see it was open. My phone had been experiencing cascade failures that were getting worse, so getting a new phone was an imminent requirement.Kelly was professional and helpful, and he didnt try to sell us anything that was more than we were looking for. He listened to what I use a phone for and brought out only those models that best filled those uses.After choosing my phone, he informed us of some possible options that could be included without increasing the price. One of those options was a hotspot that we had been considering getting anyway.Overall, the experience was professional, yet friendly, and we ended up with exactly what we needed within the price range we needed.

So fast! In and out with two new phones in 35 minutes! Explained very well!
