Went on April 20 2021 at 230 pm sign on door said at lunch back at 330 pm. Is this normal. How does a gamestop worker get an hour for lunch. Saw several customers walk up to door and leave. Called ahead about availability nobody said anything about closing for an hour. Drove 30 miles to get there. Very disappointed

I usaully go to these stores looking for action figures. Staff are friendly but, always want you to sign up for gamestop pro membership at check out.

The best GameStop around. I called and went into three different GameStop locations after receiving a defective console. Every single employee said that there was nothing they could do even though I had the extra warranty for it. After speaking to the manager at this location he was able to order a replacement and he even followed up periodically to make sure he didnt forget about me when ordering a replacement. Thats great customer service.

Helpful friendly service. If they dont have what you want they will check quickly other nearby Gamestops.

My son and I had a great experience here! Jordan the manger was a pleasure to work with. He took his time to answer ALL my questions even let my son play a few games on his game system to make sure this was going to be a perfect system for my son. We have now had the system for a few days and he LOVES IT!! Thank you Jordan for transitioning my son over to the Nintendo Switch. Happy momma here!!

I dont remember their names, but the two working today went above and beyond standard customer service. Plus they behave like actual people, not just staff trying to get you in and out. The time they took to interact was incredible. If I got service like this at a restaurant, Id be tipping above average.

I love this GameStop. The Gamer Gang that works there are truly the last line of honored knights that to protect and supply a Gamer like me.

Staff is absolutely incredible. Im a Vinyl collector rather than a gamer and they always offer to help but let me browse. Theyll check on you but dont sit and watch you or follow you around like some stores. If theres specials going on they make sure you are aware so you can save money. They always offer to track down something if they dont have it. All Game Stops are small but this one rearranges their displays to make it as spaced out as possible. Ive been going to this store since it was Funcoland back in the 90s and the service here is just fantastic.

This particular Game Stop is awesome! The customer service is way beyond expectations. My grandson is a frequent customer here and they treat him very well!

Ive been coming to this store for years and i have never had a bad experience. The staff is always helpful (to what extent they can be being that some questions I have information hasnt been released yet). They are kind, friendly and always willing to give great advice on great games to play. There are 3 stores in Rochester and of them all ts is my favorite even though Im actually close to the two others...... LONG LIVE GAMESTOP

Cheap games knowledgeable staff

This isnt the biggest or fanciest gamestop, but its my go-to place for games and accessories. The staff is awesome and knowledgeable and they actually want to help you.

They have a good selection of games.

Was unable to get my Nintendo Switch after putting $50 down. Asked if I could pick it up a few days after it was released and he said yes. I was going to be out of town for work. I asked this because on the receipt it says you have 48 hours. Called the day it came out and guy said yeah you can get it since you put money down on it. Saturday rolls around and I get a call saying I have to get it bully the end of the day Saturday or they will sell it. I explained to the manage all of the above and he said no. Do not waste your time here, no one knows what they are talking about. Taking my business to Best Buy and Amazon!!

Great staff. Friendly and helpful. I went in for a christmas gift. Prices are a bit high, 45.00 for a stuffed pikachu. 55.00 for a board game. Ibought a 20.00 t-shirt instead.

Great place with incredible people. I buy and trade there often and have never had issues. The workers are friendly. I bought a wii u that kept giving me problems and Kealan the worker helped me out and was able to fix many of the problems i had. Would recomend to any person in need of game

Been coming here for years as Ive lived in Rochester my whole life... Been great service up until recently. Went in today (Sunday November 30th) to try and purchase a ps4 bundle. Every store is busy this weekend, thats no excuse for the poorest of service possible. When asking about the BOIII bundle, not only did they not know how to answer my questions, they gave me incorrect answers. I know for a fact gamestop has a rewards program, how is there NO reward for purchasing a ps4 bundle? Idiots... Seriously, just stupid young kids who just want to get through their day and dont care about the customers. Thats exactly how I felt when talking to these 2 employees. Really wish I knew their names. Some blonde broad and a taller skinny guy with dark hair. There used to be a bigger fella by the name of Rob Robo and he had worked their for years and he was always great with customers, knew what he was talking about and cared about his job. You guys need some new employees or your business will continue to decline.
