Good pharmacy, bad communication though
The pharmacy technician ( not sure of her name) was incredibly rude over the phone she didnt listen and barely wanted to look up the cost of the prescription. Then she tells me I have to physically come in to get the price of the prescription not a problem (strange because 3 other pharmacies had no issue with this but ok. This is my second bad experience at this pharmacy. She needs to be replaced or atleast in s position where she dosent have to talk to anyone.

They pharmacy techs are very friendly and the Pharmacist is as well. Quite knowledgeable.

The Pharmacist that helped me was so nice! I believe his name is Dean McCrossen. I just found out today while at the ER that I actually do have insurance through Medicaid. I didnt have a card or ID number for the insurance so he was going to have to charge me the full amount for my prescriptions which was over $100. I was pretty devastated and actually crying because Im in some pain and cant afford that. He got my prescription down to $26 for me, and told me that when I get my insurance card to bring it in for a refund. Very thankful today for his help, its been a rough day.
They gave me generic drug and charged the name brand price. I cant believe that this is happening in Walmart pharmacy. I am not going there again.

I wouldnt even give them one star if it was my choice. The pharmacy cannot even call the patients office (she was there waiting for a prescription and they kept telling her for a half hour that nothing was there. They turned around and said they would not take the offices call to call in a verbal because they needed to go to lunch. They shut the window down right in front of her and turned her away. That is absolutely horrible and I will be calling management in regards to this. I hope someone shuts the door in your face when you dont feel good one day. JERKS
Expect for the drive thru and pharamacy to close at random unpublished times throughout the day. Since it was closed till 2:00, I think it maybe lunch break? Once someone had enough time to talk to me via intercom at 1:58 I CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD THE ISSUE. I recommend holding down the button to discuss publications of their hours via websites TO AVOID ANY CONFUSION TO CUSTOMERS. However, I dont think it to be a concern of theirs.I had a second chance to to experience this walmart again, wish I could lower the rating. Dropped off 2 scripts told to wait an hour. Waited an hour and a half, and they told me they needed more time......just double or potentially triple the time they tell you?
