I really enjoy this store. They keep everything stocked well. The meats and produce are handled with care. They also offer health care products along other specialty items. The staff is always helpful. I hope to see more locations in the future.

Went with my sister. Shes spent significant time shopping here, but it was my first trip. I found things on sale I never thought I would (Duck fat, which is like gold, but not in the culture of THIS store!). Ive been to more fabulous grocery places, but truthfully, not in the US. This place is very nice, but they didnt have the store brand of enchilada sauce my sister so desperately wanted!

Friendly employees. Store well stocked and organized. Rotisserie Chicken is very good. Quality food at a reasonable price.

Love this store! I havent had to wait in line in any of my trips there. Its small, but still has a great selection with good produce, sustainable seafood, fresh milled oats that you can mill right there. They also have a great bulk food selection and self serve bulk oils, including avocado oil and self serve honey. They also have lots of grass fed milks, butters, and lots of humane certified products.

Market with everything in one spot. All of the items are of very high quality, and the personnel are quite pleasant.

My first time here actually. It smelled like an actual grocery store. Which is good. The flow was good. Prices was great. They have chicken breast .99 cents per lb. So thats a steal. I will be back.

Check your receipt before leaving store!!!I have been overcharged from the posted price on two different occasions. When I brought this to the attention of the cashier she had me go wait in another line for someone who could help. Second cashier told me to go grab item from car as it needed to be weighed again. As I came back with item, she walked away and said another cashier could help and I would have to wait in line again. I showed the cashier a picture of the posted price and she snatched my phone (rude, especially during a pandemic) out of my hand to get a better look and say that’s an old price. I told her she could check the price herself which she did. At no point did she apologize or did a manager apologize or come to register. Cashier sarcastically mentioned how much was being refunded. The older cashiers are very rude and lines are slow. The younger staff that are stocking are usually helpful. There better options in the area that have bigger selection, better prices, correct prices posted, and professional staff/management.I’m sure management will reply to this post and mention this not what they like to hear. They ignored email I sent regarding the issue.

Wont shop for groceries anywhere else. Good selection for great prices. As a college student I can always find anything I may need.

A lovely employee stepped right up and reached the yogurt I couldnt at the back of the shelf, after inquiring which flavor I preferred! BEWARE!!! before buying yogurts from this place. They have alot of expired yogurts especially Siggis small packings. They even had january expired yogurts. It was very hard to find 2 siggis which were not expired. I had high expectations from this place. Dont know how much expired products they keep.

Some guy walking around with no mask on talking to an employee in the bakery section, nothing said to him about covering up during a pandemic? Two cashiers and 15 people in line. Obviously understaffed. Pallets stacked everywhere and much missing from the shelves. Me and several others walked out leaving our baskets.

I love to shop at this market. There are only a few in the Michigan area. I wish there were more. I would go here every day. Fresh fruits and vegetables, excellent meats and produce, and the people are always friendly. Only place that I go to to buy my alkaline water which is always priced right. Love the aroma when I walk in it feels like aroma therapy as soon as you step in the door. Unique products that are always enjoyable and always great prices and great people. I wish there was one close by my house, but I always have to travel over 20 miles to get to 1. I make it a point to stop in when ever Im in the area.

I love this Fresh Thyme and always seem to find great items. I went today to get body items and vitamins during the big sale, but noticed that there was A LOT of produce not stocked, very bare produce section. The past couple times Ive gone there its been this way. I went to grab celery two trips ago and they were out. Thought it was strange, but they were out again tonight. I truly love going here so I hope they improve on their selection.

This became my go to grocery store because of COVID and I’ve never looked back. The facility is always clean, there’s a great staff, and I’ve found I actually like the intentionally limited selection of healthy(er) food.

Since they stopped making fresh celery juice I’ve decided to stop shopping there...UPDATE AS OF 8-14-20...I talked with a manager and low and behold, not soon thereafter, the juice just so happened to reappear on the shelves. Hopefully it remains consistent so they get more stars ⭐️ lol. Now they just need self check out as an option to the slow, attended check out lines

Cashier here is chronically rude

I am editing my previous review due to the discriminatory conduct of a cashier today which was COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE AND UNNECESSARY! We will never spend another PENNY in this store where they check a $5 bill.and 2 $1 Bills to see if counterfeit (umm, yeah, not kidding) because the man paying for $7 of items has tattoos and a Metallica hat on. Four other people in front of him and the lady cashier used a marker to check 3 small Bills. Seriously Fresh Thyme??You can forget any praise given before and know that a big, white man with tattoos and a hat on doesnt shop with fake bills. Im pretty sure the manager knows exactly about this instance. Judge people for their looks, you lose business! Ill tell everybody I know not to shop there.I would have given 5 stars IF their salad bar area had FRESH CRISP lettuce, spinach and spring mix. But unfortunately, they failed in that department. They also carry too many processed and frozen foods which reminds me of Whole Foods (aka Whole Paycheck) and staff seem to be in the way of shoppers stocking things every time Ive been here. The crispy spicy imitation crab sushi roll was excellent and beat Krogers price by almost $3! I havent tried this new brand of hummus yet but it looks better than my usual, higher priced brand. Only

Very very rude cashiers, also check the sell by date of flavoured yogurts as most of them were expired and not good to consume.

Fast and friendly service. My favorite store for skincare/haircare. Awesome natural products selection! I love that they carry Alaffia, Andalou Naturals and Giovanni products. The Fresh Thyme in house brand is really good too- especially the Peppermint Vitality.

Employees are knowledgeable, store is clean with great atmosphere, prices are not outrageous, and products are of great quality!

Great for lactose sensitive individuals needing dietary substitutes

This is one of my favorite stores but I had a rather unpleasant experience with a cashier named Deborah I think. She was quite rude and passive aggressive for no reason.

We love Fresh Thyme! We have some food restrictions due to allergies, but we are able to find a great variety of things here. We also were so excited for story time and they did an excellent job putting it together. The 5 year old frequently requests coming here to get dried fruit, pumpkin seeds and safe candies!

Always really clean and the staff is great, they have nice sales and quality produce

I get curry chicken lunch meat there and no one else seems to carry it. The employees are friendly and helpful. Everything is top quality and delicious.

Very nice store. Friendly and helpful employees. They now sell Wicks pies from Indiana, which are wonderful. Couldnt get them up here until now. They have delicious potato salad at the deli! An employee went out of his way to find me the Wicks pies, which had just come in and werent out on the floor yet. Great service!

I absolutely love coming here. Its a smaller grocery store which makes it easier to maneuver and its less crowded most of the time. It has smaller grocery carts and my daughter really loves coming here so she can push her cart and help. I highly recommend coming here to shop.

Good place if youre in a hurry. Some of the product standards are questionable in my opinion (contain sucralose or Sulphur) but otherwise its a decent store.

I shop here regularly, tons of gluten free, organic and local products. Good wine selection too. They do really good promotions. I always buy chicken here really cheap and blueberries 99cent a pint. Great cosmetics too. You can get oils, nuts, oats,local honey and freshly presses peanut butter etc spices by the weight.

Very nice grocery store with plenty of healthy options. Staff is friendly and the store is always clean. Pricing is reasonable and their signature items are better than a lot of the big name brand items. Still trying to figure out how to navigate their new app, but so far it works and loading digital coupons and shopping lists is easy.
