Excellent store love the products and a lot of name-brand merchandise you cant go wrong with the savings and the friendly staff

Joanne a cashier at this location is RUDE, DISRESPECT, I travel to this location because for some reason in the inner city the selection is not good as if in WHITE NEIBORHOODS. I PURCHASED $60 WORTH OF ITEMS SOME GLASS NO WRAPPING OF THESE PRODUCTS, TOSSING THEM AS IF SHE DIDNT CARE, I SPOKE WHICH SHE DID NOT NOW THE WHITE LADY B4 ME SHE WAS HAPPY GREETED HER HELD CONVERSATION, NOW I DIDNT WANT HER CONVERSATION BUT AT LEAST BE PLEASENT WHEN SO.E ONE ENTERS UR PLACE OF BUSINESS AND SPEND THEIR HARD EARN MONEY SO JUST WITH JOANNE BEHAVE I WILL NOT RETURN.. SO ALL TOGETHER I GIVE THIS STORE A COMPLETE THUMBS DOWN

This is an amazing store they have a much larger assortment of stuff than other stores

They have changed/ shortened their hours of operation. They now open at 11:00 am, which usually means any time the first number is 11 the last few times I have come the door wasnt opened until about 11:20.

Perfect place to buy kitchen and cleaning nick nacks and supplies for school projects, gift wraps, party decorations, etc. Great place to buy miscellaneous stuff to keep kids busy like puzzles, bubbles, hoola hoops, etc

Love this place, lots of good merchandise. Cashier we had that checked us out was either tired or just frazzled out. Total came to $3.12, I gave her $5.15. She gave me back $2.23 in change. I told her it was to much change in coinage because I only gave her $0.15 not the amount that she typed in which was wrong. I told her a couple of times that was not the right amount and she was starting to argue with me about it. Finally she gave up and accepted the excess amount of change and said thank you.

My go-to for the holiday season. When Im looking for a few extra pieces for the tree or need wrapping paper, gift bags or tissue, I always come here first. They have a huge assortment of Wrapping paper and Ornaments.

They never have enough registers open, I should not have to wait 29 mins to check out

The person at the check out was a bit grumpy.

Always have to be watching your spending because you want to buy everything. Even my 6year old is addicted lol

It was not very crowded, I was able to find everything I needed and the cashier was friendly.

Most items in stock. Some items are worth the value, others not so much. Long lines move fast.

Its just ok. The setup inside was cramped which made spacing very difficult. The woman that was running the register was not friendly at all.

Today I was very disappointed. When I walked in, despite signs posted on the front door of this business saying people without face coverings would not be allowed inside, I discovered that even though all the customers were wearing masks, the two employees were not. The older female stocking shelves had absolutely no mask, and the middle-aged male who was ringing out customers had his pulled down, covering neither his mouth nor nose. I find this extremely sad considering how many older people shop at dollar stores. Will not be coming back for many months, at least

I normally have a good experience shopping here but today was quite different. When I was checking out at the register one of the workers was standing there with the cashier helping her with something and both of them had their masks hanging down below their noses. I asked them if they would fix their Masks properly and one of them tapped on the plexiglass and says Thats why we have this! I said that doesnt keep you from spreading germs onto my items that youre ringing up or onto products when youre stocking because youre not wearing a mask properly. The same lady interrupted me and said we have hand sanitizer for that!. I responded that hand sanitizer doesnt help what Im talking about at all... I started to suggest an easy way to make sure they stay on properly and one of them walked away and the other one changed the subject... there are lots of other stores that I can shop at where hopefully the staff is a little more respectful of what were all going through right now and a little more respectful when someone politely brings it up to their attention. Im really disappointed at this rude and ignorant response to my polite request to have them do their part.

Always find everything I need.... AND MORE😉 Went to the $$Tree North of Town ( Rochester & Tienken) because I was on that end of town. Usually I go to the one closest to my house.. but neither are far by any stretch. Worth the drive to either. Clean & organized. Great party & summer supplies.. or ANY Holiday or get together for EVERY season.

Stopped by here to get some quick supplies for decorations. I got one or two items only. Didnt look like the store carried a lot this year. Will have to stop by at another dollar tree in Rochester.

Uasually, they have good service. But last time I visited the store I experienced racial profiling by the cashier. First, she stare and me the she told me that she needed a cleaning person and asked me If I or someone from my family could do the job. I dont think this promotes good customer service besides been inappropriate

Anything for $1, this is the best we can describe this store. Any item for day to day use get it for $1.
