Dr. Rosner and his staff are amazing! Dr. Rosner was able to help me with my chronic sinus issues and walked me though every step of the sinuplasty procedure. The procedure was very quick and I haven’t felt this great in months! I would highly recommend Dr Rosner for anyone with sinus, ear or throat issues.
After YEARS of constant sinus infections I FINALLY went to Dr. Rosner. I wish I wouldve done this years ago! The procedure was fast, and the recovery was a piece of cake. I would recommend Dr. Rosner to anyone having sinus issues. Also, his staff is one of the nicest Ive ever dealt with!
I recently had surgery to remove nasal polyps in Dr. Rosner’s office. I opted for in office vs. in hospital surgery so I would not have to have anesthesia and a longer recovery time. I was so glad I did. The experience was professional and painless. If necessary, I would do it again. Thank you to Dr. Rosner and his wonderful staff.
I’m terrified of going to the doctor. Dr. Rosner is one of the best doctors I’ve experienced. I’ve witnessed him personally walk patients out to their car after a procedure. I had warts on my nose come back after removal and I’m always in and out of there in 30 minutes. He played calming music, told jokes, and used two numbing methods to make sure I was comfortable. He also recommended preventative care to keep them from coming back again. I don’t know if the warts on my nose will be back or not but I know where I’ll be coming if they do!
Dr. Rosner did my adult tonsillectomy procedure about 3 weeks ago and I initially was incredibly nervous. I had looked up horror stories online of how bad the pain and recovery would be. However, Dr. Rosner was so efficient at pain management and made what I thought was going to be a brutal recovery, manageable and comfortable. I had a question throughout the recovery process and he called me personally to check-in, making sure my questions were answered and that I was doing okay. I would 10/10 recommend him to anyone who needs their tonsils out or to anyone who is nervous about the pain associated with the procedure.
I had the best experience with Dr. Rosner. He was so thorough. You know when you have found a really good doctor. If you’re having any issues, please go see him. The office staff is amazing. My whole experience was very positive.
Love all the covid19 precautions but now after my baby has seen him a few years hes not really interested and rushed. We waited hour to see him. Then was so rushed we couldnt explain everything to him. This seems like the new normal now with the pandemic.
Staff is great. Nurse practitioner was fantastic when I had to meet with her for a visit. Doctor Rosner was very helpful and explained everything and why it was needed. Surgery was a breeze without anesthesia and staff was accommodating for the surgery and any visit I had
Dr. Rosner was very quick and thorough with my care. The surgery he recommended was exactly what I needed and I can finally breathe again. I would say he’s the best ent around.
I came to Dr. Rosner looking for a second opinion after my previous ENT doctor did a whole lot of nothing to help with my sinus condition. The prior docs constantly pushed for a surgery to be scheduled ASAP so that he could fix my supposedly very deviated and pretty crooked septum instead (a condition multiple CT scan reports specifically confirmed I didnt even have!!!) was the last straw, really. So I looked up Dr. Rosners practice as well as reviews before giving them a call. The office staff was beyond accommodating and got me in to be seen pretty fast. Spoiler alert: Dr. Rosner will waste no time on a small talk, so if you go there, better be prepared to deliver a cohesive and concise version of what your concerns are. Also, be ready to follow his explanation on why you likely ended up in his office in the first place (he will go over the possible reasons for your concerns and ways to treat them, and will do that fast). I really liked his direct approach.I ended up scheduling a sinus surgery with him, and i just have to mention that Kim at the office absolutely deserves a surgery scheduling fairy title. She will answer your one million and one questions and will provide all the surgery information possible. My surgery was done a couple of weeks ago, and everything went fine though itll take a couple more weeks to fully bounce back and see a full result of the sinus baloonoplasty and turbinate reduction fun I had done. I was actually beyond grateful that Dr. Rosner was available for post op questions after hours and during the weekend after my surgery.Overall, it was a great experience and excellent medical care received.
I have been dealing with ear fullness, nasal congestion, drainage, sinus headaches and sinus infections for the past 11 years. I’ve been put on antibiotics and allergy meds and decongestants on and off. I went to see Dr. Rosner and decided to do a balloon sinusplasty. I can finally breath the way I’m supposed to. It’s only been a little over 2 weeks since my surgery, but I can tell there is a huge difference. I have not taken any sinus medication since before my surgery. It has changed my quality of life as I can finally be free of every day medications. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rosner for your ENT needs. He’s very good at what he does and his staff is super friendly and nice!
Guys this office is amazing .friendly staff etc.. Easy in and easy out . DR.Rosner took my tonsils out and I had no complications . Even though the the pain level was bad during the first week he reassured me that it was normal . Weeks later I’m back to conquer the world ! Thanks again y’all!
I was nervous about getting an adult tonsillectomy because my sister had a bad experience with another doctor but Dr. Rosner did a great job as it was an easy, nearly painless experience.
I suffered from chronic sinusitis. I had an inflammation in my nasal areas and this caused blockages in my breathing. Sleeplessness and fatigue were the norm. After trying with nasal sprays as recommended, I decided to consult an ENT specialist and I was recommended Dr. Arthur Rosner by my primary physician. I was happy to get an early appointment and after a CT-scan, the doctor decided to perform a non-invasive surgery. The entire process was smooth and the follow-ups and consultations very helpful. Its been a month since the surgery and though I do not know how things will turn out in future, I can say, as of now, I am feeling much better with better sleep. The doctor has provided many useful tips and hopefully, I will be diligent in following it and manage myself better in future.
Dr. Rosner and his staff are solution-based. I have been struggling for a lifetime with fatigue, sinus issues, and sleep problems and have been to many doctors for each. When I started seeing Dr. Rosner, he looked at all of my issues together, prescribed some tests and came up with a treatment plan that worked for me. I had a sinus procedure to widen my nasal passages done right in the office (I also had the choice of an O.R. with full anesthesia). It was smooth, virtually painless, and honestly, I would rather repeat that procedure than undergo any dental work. BUT the best part was, I was still in the middle of the procedure when I could breathe! You know that feeling when you have a really plugged up nostril, and all of a sudden, it clears and you can breathe through both and it feels amazing? It was like that, only after my whole life, not just a couple of days. Recovery was a breeze (I’m an obedient patient). I only wish I would have seen Dr. Rosner years ago, but I’m so thankful to be a patient now.
I had a great experience working with Dr. Rosner. He made me feel comfortable and he was able to answer any question I had.
Dr. Rosner and his entire staff was very professional and helpful they guided me through the entire process of what to do before surgery and what expect during and after surgery. I was surprised that I didn’t need any pain medicine after surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Rosner for any Ear, Nose, & Throat issues you may have. I just wished I did it a few years ago. I didn’t realize how I wasn’t breathing that well out of one side of my nose, noticed the difference immediately.
1st appointment of the day with Dr. Rosner. I waited an hour. Was never apologized to. He spent less than 5 minutes with me and spoke to his assistant instead of me. I asked a question and he was very dismissive.2nd appointment to pick up a sleep testing machine. 1st appointment of the day and was keep waiting for 45 minutes. Was told she was running late because of snowy roads but was on her way. When I asked her how much snow she got where she lived she told me Same as here. I dont live that far. So why was I kept waiting an additional 30 minutes if she was on her way?The follow up appointment for my test results was good. Lisa was nice and on time. She told me the results. That could have been done over the phone or via email. Another $50 gone.Oh, and on all of my visits, I had to pay my $50 co-pay up front. Never had to do that anywhere else.
Doctor Rosner and staff were excellent, I had sleep apnea and after a throat and sinus procedure i can breath so much better. Recovery was as expected and within a month I was back to normal. The doctor covered all questions that I had and explained everything in detail, thank you so much
Dr. Rosners thorough exam of my son diagnosed sleep apnea that his primary doctor had missed. A sleep study confirmed the diagnosis and my son was quickly scheduled for a tonsillectomy, removal of uvula and adnoids as well as reducing his turbinids that were blocking his airway. Dr. Rosner and his team answered my million nervous questions before and after the procedure. My son now breathes perfectly at night and can lay completely down for the first time in his life. I would recommend him to anyone whose child has sleep breathing issues or may need a tonsillectomy.
Dr. Rosner performed my tonsillectomy and the procedure and recovery went very smoothly. He was very receptive to my concerns before and after.
I got a tonsillectomy and was terrified before the procedure but dr rosner made me feel at ease. The procedure couldn’t have gone better and my pain never reached a 10. Rosner made sure to give me good medication for my pain which made it very bearable.
This is the most horrible experience I’ve ever had. I have never experienced the worst service and doctor visit like I have at this office. If I could rate this a -5 I would.
I HAD a deviated septum so I went to Dr Arthur Rosner to get surgery. Leading up to the surgery, Dr Rosner and his staff guided me on what to do and took all my phone calls every time I had a question. Very professional. The surgery itself went great. I didn’t feel a thing! Now I can finally breathe properly and my life has changed for the better thanks to Dr Rosner.
Excellent care and results! I breathe better now than ever, and I no longer keep my wife up from snoring. Couldnt have expected better results.
I called many ENTs and this was the only place that had day-of appointments. The initial consultation questions were so incredibly thorough, I’ve never had this detail asked before and so much knowledge from the nurse too! Absolutely had everything explained perfectly understandable too. I am incredibly pleased. Thank you Liza! We are in confident hands with you!
Got my tonsils removed at age 28, I thought it was going to be a terrible experience since I was afraid of having surgery. Doctor Rosner made it bearable, I was healed in 2 weeks. Thankful I got them removed, hoping for less sickness in the next year. Office staff was also really helpful and kind throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
Hey is my docter i need him
Had my tonsils removed at 46 and it wasnt easy but Dr. Rosner worked with me closely to manage my pain and was upfront about what to expect day-by-day so there were no surprises. Hes a great doctor and I love the staff.
Dr Rosner is AWESOME! My family has been patients of his for the past 5 years. My daughter was the first to see him when she was two to get tubes put in her ears, and my son saw him last month to take his tonsils out. He was awesome with them, not only in surgery but before and through the whole process after. I could not recommend Dr. Rosner more!
Had all my sinuses ballooned and my deviated septum fixed all in office. Dr. Rosner did a fantastic job and answered concerns admittedly later in the day after procedure.
Has the most advanced Covid19 precautions including negative pressure installed in rooms with hepa units. Intelligent doctor and concern about his staff and patients.
Dr Rosner did a great job. In and out quick with no surgery
Dr. Rosner and staff were so helpful even during the COVID pandemic. Had a tonsillectomy and Dr. Rosner was so compassionate and answered all my crazy questions. Was recommended to go to him by a friend and I’mThankful I went to him.
Waste of time. The office is nice, the staff is very friendly, but Dr. Rosner I felt was dismissive and showed a complete lack of empathy. I would not recommend this Dr. for new patients.
Substandard care. And this place just tries to upsell with useless tests. Please avoid this place.
Dr. Rosner fixed my breathing problems. I saw other doctors before, but they couldn’t find anything and were unable to help me. By the time I saw Dr. Rosner, I had both breathing and sleep problems. He accurately diagnosed me and explained all my options. He did my minimally invasive nasal surgery and it helped me immensely. He and his entire staff are always professional and kind. Appointments are easy to make and patients don’t have to wait three or more weeks to be seen, unlike other specialists. The nurse practitioner, medical assistants, medical scribe, billing specialist, and front desk staff are all excellent. If you need an ENT, I highly recommend Dr. Rosner.
The staff is so friendly! Other doctors have pushed me away and just loaded me with antibiotics & steroids for constant sinus infections but Dr. Rosner did a sleep study and CT scan right away to find what was causing my issues. I had the in-office procedure to balloon all 6 sinuses and correct a deviated septum, and it was WORTH it! I was very nervous to not be under anesthesia but I did not feel a THING during the procedure! A little pressure here and there but absolutely NO pain during the surgery, and was able to return to normal activities after 1 day of rest! My breathing through my nose has significantly improved from the procedure! I can sleep better through the night, exercise, and just breathe through my nose comfortably! Dr. Rosner is a fantastic ENT, and his staff is so kind. I highly recommend him to anyone experiencing breathing, snoring, any ENT issues. He will help you find relief!!
I do not recommend this doctor. He doesn’t even spend 5 minutes with a patient. Of the four minutes he is with the patient, he talks to his intern. I we t for a small problem and he suggested me take iodine supplements and kelp which caused hyperthyroidism! I had to get more than 20 tests done and live on medications now just because of his suggestion.
Dr. Rosner was absolutely amazing. He took my tonsils out and was so quick and easy and my recovery went way smoother than anticipated. I highly recommend going to him!
Dr. Rosner is very good at what he does. I had a deviated septum and the surgery was painless and was feeling much better after only 2 days. All of the office staff are nice and you feel welcomed. I would highly recommend.
Dr. Rosner took care of my son who needed tubes in his ears and adenoids removed. Also my daughter who had her tonsils and adenoids removed. Excellent physician with tons of experience. Quick, to the point, and honest. Amazing staff as well. We are lucky to have such a great specialist in our community!
I had the balloon sinuplasty procedure in-office about a month ago. Im very happy with the results. I can breath better and no longer have headaches. The recovery was quick. Dr. Rosner is knowledgeable and professional. His staff was great.
Dr. Rosner performed a septoplasty and turbinate reduction at his outpatient surgical center. Pain was very minimal. Recovery was easy. Now I am breathing better than I ever had before and sleeping better. Would highly recommend Dr. Rosner!
We were referred to Dr. Rosner by our pediatrician because my son had frequent ear infections. Dr. Rosner was very knowledgeable and has performed an adenoidectomy along with two sets of tubes for my son. For the second surgery, we were able to schedule it two days after his appointment. So quick! His staff is exceptionally friendly, made conversation with my 5 year old, and were very pleasant overall. The woman that performed the hearing test was beyond friendly and patient with my son as well. I have referred friends and family to see Dr. Rosner as well, and will continue to do so. Great experience!
Dr. Rosner and the entire staff are great! Been dealing with breathing and sleep problems for years and now they are all fixed! In-Office surgery was cost effective and easy compared to Hospital surgery and recovery was easy and fast also. I didnt even need to take any pain pills after the surgery. Thank You Dr. Rosner & Staff.
Was very nervous for my multiple surgeries overall but Dr. Rosner and staff made me feel very comfortable during my visits and follow ups and I’ve never felt better! The staff in the office are beyond friendly and wonderful people the office always returns calls promptly and are very helpful with any questions. Dr. Rosner himself is very friendly and makes you feel good going into any surgery or operation.
Dr. Rosner truly changed my life. After a bad bout of Mono, I came to him to remove my tonsils/adenoids. Through questioning, he suggested I may have the sleep disorder, Narcolepsy. I was very surprised, as that was not something I would have ever considered, but went for testing and it came back VERY positive. He explained that many people have undiagnosed Narcolepsy that leads to them being constantly sick. I started on medication and my life has changed for the better. I am doing much better in school, have energy to make it through the day, and am rarely sick! Also, he did a great job removing my tonsils.I highly recommend him for his caring attitude and superb intellect. I believe hes a very well informed doctor and appreciate that he stays up to date with the newest research.
Ill forever be thankful to doctor Rosner. My daughter needed ear tubes put in ASAP after many sever ear infections shes had and he refused to wait another day so she doesnt suffer from the pain. It was only our first visit to him. He went out of his way to schedule same day surgery and was just wonderful!
Such an amazing practice. From the doctor to his staff. Highly recommended and will be referring family and friends!!!
Quite shocked to be honest by the lack of professionalism I experienced today. I was the first to arrive for an appointment this morning, and waited for over an hour to be seen. Out of curiosity, I stepped outside the room to speak with a nurse practitioner re: the delay, only to be told, Oh, Im surprised he hasnt seen you yet. Ill go check. I then waited for an additional period of time before deciding to leave given my schedule for the day. As I exited the room, I noticed the doctor (Dr. Rosner) engaged in fun chit chat with his team. He then quickly said to me, Sorry for the delay, and walked briskly back down the hallway. Odd behavior. I personally wouldnt run my law practice this way, and I have never encountered a medical professional office behaving in such a manner. Perhaps it was just a fluke/not a great day for the office, but I personally expect a higher degree of decorum/professionalism. Based on my experience (and I noticed other similar comments in Googles review section), I do not recommend this office.
Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Dr. Rosner is fantastic.
We have been going to Dr. Rosner for 19 years. All three of my kids had tubes and their adnoids out when they were younger. My 18 year old son recently had his tonsils out due to current abscess on his tonsils. Dr. Rosner did a fabulous job. The surgery was quick and my sons recovery was painless. The office called a few days later to make sure he was doing ok. Office staff are very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend to anyone if they are looking for a very competent ENT.
GREAT DOCTOR! very thorough! double certified! Knows his stuff in so many areas my other Dr. Never mentioned for years and doing extra things my previous ENT never did or suggested for years. Has a GREAT since of humor. Explained everything well and how this can cause this and that can cause this.
My visit was with Kelly Scott, the nurse-practitioner who works with Dr. Rosner. She was warm and welcoming to me, and she was willing to take the time to review the details of my medical history, along with the health issue that brought me in to see her.She ordered testing for me, and she called me with the results immediately. At my follow-up visit, she offered me several options for treatment. She has a sincere desire to see her patients improve. She is competent and kind, and I wholeheartedly recommend her!
Dr. Rosner performed sinuplasty in his office about a month ago and the change it has made is simply amazing. I was a little nervous having the procedure done in the office but it was the best decision ever. He and his staff made me feel so comfortable and before I knew it, I was home recovering. I cant thank him enough for the difference this procedure has made in my life. If youre thinking about having it done, DO IT, and see if youre a candidate to have it done in the office because it was so simple and easy. You wont regret it, I promise!!!
I can finally breathe! I was constantly congested and Dr Rosner noticed I needed a turbinate reduction surgery. He conducted it in his office. Didn’t feel a thing (less than tooth filling) and it was very cheap since the hospital wasn’t involved. Took all of 10 minutes, recovery was 1 slow day, and now I can breath amazingly well. Thanks Doc!
I had a tonsillectomy last week Friday so I’m on day 5. I am 30 years old and I’ve been dragging my feet to get this done for awhile now...I really wished I hadn’t. This experience has been nothing but positive. Not only am I off all heavy pain meds but, I’m feeling great already. I spent the first 4 days drinking and eating as much as I could. Keeping up on pain management and resting but, I think having a great doctor like Dr. Rosner doing the surgery was the biggest pro. For my overall quick turnaround. I have a few days left to relax and recoup but, I’m not in any sort of pain and my pain never did get above maybe a 5. I can’t thank him or his staff enough! He’s also diagnosed a eye condition I have (my mother has as well) and that was while doing a tonsillectomy pre op apt. He’s a great doctor! I’d trust him with any ENT problem. Thank you!
Dr. Rosner was the first doctor to take me seriously, after seeing three prior doctors who dismissed my symptoms and told me there was nothing wrong. I came to him for a lump in my throat that would come and go and ears feeling clogged or full. Although he could not see the lump at my appointment, he scheduled a CT scan and biopsy that ultimately found my thyroid cancer. I am extremely thankful to have found Dr. Rosner and would recommend him to anyone! His staff was also extremely friendly and helpful.
I had a great experience, no pain at all after my Nose surgery. Very happy with the results I had no complications at all, the surgery was super fast and I went back to work after 3 days of the recovery.Great staff too.
Dr. Rosner is an exceptionally talented doctor! He has given me my life back with a diagnosis that was a mystery for years. He is also hands down the very best when it comes to extracting tonsils. My 3 kids all had minimal pain during recovery and zero complications. If you are looking for someone who is brilliant, will listen to you and goes the extra mile to help you out, you cannot go wrong with Dr. Rosner. Oh and his staff is great to work with!! They are some of the most kindhearted people you could ever meet!
Doctor Rosner is a Godsend! He diagnosed my 12-year-old son with Narcolepsy and POTS when numerous doctors and hospitals said it was anxiety/mental or that he was faking. He feels like he’s on a raft all the time, falling constantly, can’t read or concentrate! Now with vestibular therapy and medication for narcolepsy, my son is getting better! It took 4 months to get a diagnosis (took that long to find Doctor Rosner) and after two months of therapy and meds he’s make amazing progress! Doctor Rosner is easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable, answers questions plainly, eager to make sure you are comfortable with his diagnosis and explanations. I highly recommend him!
I had many things going on with my tonsils and as a full time college student, I dont have time to deal with the extensive pain and discomfort associated with it. I had a few cases of tonsillitis over the past 6 months and had my most painful experience when I decided to contacted Dr. Rosners office. They were able to get me in within the next week to talk about my options. With how busy they seemed to be when I arrived to the office, the wait was understandable. They got me in right away and Dr. Rosner talked about my options. The treatment we decided was a tonsillectomy and it was done within the next few weeks. Im so glad we went with this surgery because everything is now perfectly healed (three weeks post-op) and I can tell the difference the surgery has made. Thank you, Dr. Rosner and staff!
We were able to get an appointment with Dr. Rosner quickly, schedule a surgery quickly and he even checked our results from his vacation. His staff is kind, Dr. Rosner is attentive. Could a patient ask for anything else from their doctor?!
My head felt like it was going to explode from all the sinus pressure and pain until Dr. Rosner performed the in-office Balloon Sinuplasty procedure. Super quick recovery and amazing results...I would recommend Dr. Rosner to anyone seeking relief from extreme sinus issues. Thanks Doc!
Dr Rosner helped my 4 yr old son with his chronic ear infection by giving us practical solutions and minimal medications. Then he later removed my tonsils (at 50) with no complications whatsoever!Hes very professional and kind.
They cancelled my appointment due to I have (emergency Medicaid only) and I tried to explain I’ve never used my Medicaid they kept saying we have to cancel your appointment at this timeAnd I’ve never been told this beforeOnly by this officeUnfortunatelyUnfortunately!.
Dr. Rosner preformed my tonsillectomy, tubinate reduction, and eustachian tube dilation. Dr. Rosner and his staff were very thorough. I recovered quickly and am now able to breath through my nose, have no throat or ear pain, and no longer snore. Im very happy with outcomes of all three procedures and appreciate the great work of Dr. Rosner, his team, and the team at Troy Beaumont.
MY 1ST VISIT WITH DR ROSNER HE IDENTIFIED MY PROBLEM FOR VERTIGO, HE ADJUSTED MY HEAD IN DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS WHICH PUT THOSE CRYSTALS BACK IN THEIR PLACE AND I LEFT HIS OFFICE FEELING MUCH MORE STABLE AND NO NAUSEA. HIS STAFF WERE ALL EXCELLENT, SYMPATHETIC AND KIND. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. ARTHUR ROSNER.
I had surgery on polyps in my nose and also diseased sinuses.I feel excellent now. I can breath and sleep very well.Doctor Arthur Rosner did the excellent job.Thank you very much, he helped me get back to normal life.
I saw Kelly Scott RN for an appointment at Dr. Rosner office for a plugged ear. I was hesitant in not seeing the Doctor, but I wanted to get this problem looked at right away. I cant tell you how pleased I was with Ms. Scott. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I was nervous because I had a bad experience once before with my personal doctor.Ms. Scott, was very patient and gentle with the procedures she performed on me. I would not hesitate to see her again.
Awesome, had the balloonplasty surgery, Doctor Rosner and his staff were awesome, and oh yeah, I feel worlds better.
Great ENT physician. Helpful and engaging staff. Office easily located, with lots of free parking on site.
Dr. Rosner and the entire staff of his office are absolutely incredible! Had been suffering through recurrent issues, which were not caught by a few other physicians, and am now in the clear. Was able to make an urgent same-day appointment when I called after a long weekend. Dr. Rosner led me back to the exam room himself (as he seems to commonly do to help amazing nursing/clerical staff) and immediately examined/diagnosed my issues while providing all available options due to my symptoms. Though the entire process was rapid, thankfully, I did not feel rushed or under educated going into surgery. Follow up care (including post-surgical phone calls by nursing/clerical staff and in office visit) was timely and thorough, they always made sure I had all of my questions answered.Dr. Rosners office is clean, quiet, and has various time passing activities for children and adults alike. Wait times seemed to be generally kept to a minimum, a vast majority of patients were called back within 10-15 minutes of arrival despite having a fairly busy office. Bedside manner was great, personality has minor, yet very beneficial quirks, that spread smiles and laughter throughout the office (even myself during the high pain visit). Everyone in the was very considerate and compassionate, taking the extra moment to help each individual based on their needs (i.e. asking the bare minimum when I could barely speak, walking paperwork & identification to patients with mobility issues, etc.). The associated hospital facilities (at least the outpatient surgery center) accurately reflected everything in his office as well.I highly recommend, and thank, Dr. Rosner & his wonderful staff for all of the quality care that they provide!
Great for removing tonsils and adenoids, likes strong medicines as he said to help with pain. Very quick surgery and process for my daughter. Nurses said he was the best at this surgery. However, for me...I went in to check sinuses, as I have harsh allergies. With good sinuses, he immediately diagnosed me with narcolepsy. This caused a little bit of issue with life insurance, as he would not remove or say it was not a diagnosis, just a guess. He said he would only remove based on a sleep study. Ive had other opinions since, from sleep disorder doctors, whom do not concur. I believe Dr. Rosner was quick to label my tiredness (FT working mom with two kids and allergies), would not consider anything else I said, and even conflicted my symptoms in his written report.
I was a Mom who was procrastinating an ENT visit for my son as I was scared about the anesthesia and the surgery in itself. One of my friends son younger than mine had his adenoids removed but Dr. Rosner and they explained how positive their experience was.I have been delaying this surgery for almost three years when actually the doctor suggested only adenoids because of his age. My from this year February my son had been sick off and on, had very bad sleepless nights. This was one topic of argument between me and my hubby, as he was always ready to get him operated and I was really mad at the thought in itself. Finally after couple of calls from the school about his heavy breathing and consulting a family doctor and showing her his Tonsils and my close friends talking me into it... I gave in and my husband scheduled a visit with Dr. Rosner and we took the surgery date the next week.I was so scared with all bad thoughts running in my mind the week before... unlimited number of what ifs...But I should say the staff at the Great Lakes surgery center were great they made both us and the child feel very comfortable and my son was excited about the popsicles he will be getting after.I should say the only time he cried was when he woke up from Anesthesia and then the medicines given has managed his pain so well that he played well all the days I kept him at home.He had discomfort while swallowing for first three days and he was all well and ate well there after. The office staff and surgical staff were very good and answers and called us regularly to make sure he was going good and provided a good support systemNow I say if you can see the kid really suffering please go ahead and take an opinion from Dr. Rosner. He knows what he is doing.
I have been suffering with sinus drainage, sinus infections and ear pain for many years. My procedure was done at Dr Rosner’s office and my results are amazing! I would recommend Dr. Rosner to anyone suffering with sinuses and ears problems!
I came across Dr. Rosner after having seen two other ENTs over the course of three years of ongoing sinus issues. In my case I would get sinus infections that lasted for several weeks and I had several per year. I had been through all the typical treatments leading up to surgery including saline sprays, steroid sprays, oral steroids etc. At this point, I am three weeks post-surgery and I can say with complete certainty that my only regret is not having seen Dr. Rosner sooner. I can breathe through my nose again, sleep better, food tastes better and my sense of smell is returning.I was apprehensive about the surgery but after I had very little pain, no black eyes or other issues. There was some minor bleeding for a few days but that was explained and expected as part of the process.I am very pleased with the outcome and the whole process from the first appointment, to the surgery, through the post surgical follow-up appointments. Dr. Rosner and his team are great!
After nearly a year of sinus troubles Dr. Rosner was able to get me back to normal in just a few weeks. So glad I finally went to see an expert.
The office staff at this location have the worst work ethic and no regard for the patients or their right to quality care or privacy. The Dr. is detached to what is going on in the office and does not care if the patient is cared for or not.
Staff is great, doctor is professional, and there is not an hour wait in the exam room. When you are called back, the doctor is ready to see you
I went in to see Dr. Rosner for a second opinion and was seen within a week or two from my first call. I had my hearing and nose checked out. I knew i had a deviated septum and wanted to find the right doctor to perform the surgery and i made a great decision in Dr. Rosner. I had Septoplasty and Turbinite Reduction surgery last week and it was so worth it. As soon as i woke up after surgery I felt the difference in my breathing immediately. Since i was a kid i could feel the deviation in my nose. As soon as i woke the feeling was gone. He also does not use packing for aftercare. As im sure many know it is uncomfortable to have your nose pluged up with tissue. I also had no problems with pain from the time i woke. I have not had to use any pain medication at all. There was a little discomfort in the beginning from swelling but it quickly went away. The bleeding stopped within the day and i only had to tape gauze under my nose for the day. From the initial questionnaires he also could tell that i had an issue with my eyes. Not a problem with my ability to read but with alignment issues and sent me to an eye doctor. I found out I needed glasses with prisms to properly align my eyes and it will help with many issues i have. I have severe issues with motion sickness and head and neck pain. I also suffer from balance issues and the glasses will help all those problems. Ive seen heart doctors and a neurologist who tested me for other issues and none of them suggested it may be a problem with my vision.I am so thankful to Dr. Rosner and his staff for helping me. It will definitely increase my quality of life.
Excellent service
Spent 45 minutes filling out forms and then chastised for not filling out thenforms correctly. Thw forms had nothing to do with ENT stuff. Knowing I had hernia surgey does not help when the issue is your ears. Dont waste your time because the will waste yours
Dr. Rosners practice has completely changed my life for the better. He looks for all of the different puzzle pieces in your medical history and fits them all together. I wouldnt go to anyone else!
Balloon Sinuplasty. This is going to be a lengthy review because I would like to detail the experience of having balloon sinuplasty to those considering it and also those who may be afraid of doing it. I encourage reading the whole thing if youre in any way contemplating not doing this. The short review is that Dr. Rosners office staff is terrific and he did a great job. This couldnt have gone any better in terms of the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and ease of procedure.I am 36 male and have suffered from chronic sinus issues for essentially my entire adult life. Alcohol was a primary irritant but other things would cause reactions as well. My worst infections would last years, and the impact to my life became so great that I gave up drinking completely at 30. My problems would continue though and be triggered by other irritants, and I would experience essentially daily pain, pressure, and greatly reduced quality of life.Around 2010 I visited an ent thinking that I was ready to do anything to make this go away. After reviewing my cat scan which showed inflammation, he prescribed antibiotics and recommended endoscopic sinus surgery to remove bone which in his mind would open the sinuses to clear the infection. I mentioned balloon sinuplasty as an option and he was quite certain that this fairly new procedure would not correct my issues. The thought of the surgery he described sounded scary and though Im sure he was more than capable of effectively doing it, I decided it was too risky. In 2019 I decided to revisit the issue. The procedure itself.Dr. Rosner explained that the procedure is done in office with local anesthetic and a course of medication taken the day of the procedure. The other option is to do it in a hospital with general anesthesia which is much more expensive. The hospital option is recommended for people who may not be able to deal with the various noises you hear during the procedure.I opted for the in office procedure. I highly recommend this even if you think you are a baby and cant deal with the sounds and slight pain. You can. Not only is it much less expensive, but you dont have to be put under which in my opinion is a complete waste of time. I was initially afraid to take one of the medications on the day of the procedure because it was an opioid, and I had never taken anything like it before. Unless you have a history of drug abuse or something just take it. I doubt you will have issues. After the medication kicks in you go into a room with the lights down. More anesthetic is administered and then the procedure begins. This wasnt a painless procedure but it was barely anything. You do hear cracking when the balloon inflates but with every crack just know that your issues are most likely improving. I had ethemoid, maxillary and frontal sinuses ballooned with turbinate reduction. I think it only took about 30 minutes. That was it. Nothing to it.Recovery. You will feel groggy for the rest of the day. Nasal congestion was bad the next day and worse the next and then it gradually gets better. I was back to work after two full days of rest and honestly aside from the nasal congestion I could have gone back the next day. I took only extra strength tylenol and did not take the remaining opioids that I had. There was simply not enough pain to warrant that. The results are amazing. Breathing is much better and the feeling of pain and pressure in my eyes and forehead is essentially gone. It has only been two weeks so I think there is still a little inflammation. You will still continue to be allergic to things but I believe that this procedure will greatly reduce the severity of future infections because the openings to the sinuses are larger allowing them to drain. If youre suffering I urge you to have this done. It may not be the absolute answer in the long run but it will certainly relieve current issues and hopefully help to prevent new ones.
Great office! Nice staff! Glad my sleep issues were diagnosed and explained in a clear way.
Dr. Rosner is a great doctor who will listen to your concerns. His staff is always kind and helpful.
Of my 2 experiences with this Dr. And his office I will not go back. I was made to feel his office policy of getting my appointment in his books was more important than meeting my needs as his patient even when I had met all requirements for my insurance company for use of my cpap and equipment. My first review was also a one star which I took down at his request because I thought maybe his first error with me was not purposeful and I should give him another chance. I should have gone with my gut. My second encounter was just as bad. Im sure he has many patients that are happy with his care. Im not one of then. Not a good fit for me
My daughter saw NP Kelly for chronic nose bleeds. Kelly was great with her and my daughter told me I like Ms Kelly! I liked her enough to make an appointment for myself to evaluate my tinnitus and hearing loss.Thank you Kelly!
Ive been to 4 different Doctors before I found Dr. Rosner. My 5 year old son needed his tonsils and adenoids removed. On our 1st appt he knew exactly what my son needed. Thank you so much Doc and staff.
Knowledgable, compassionate, state of the art wonderful team. The best ENT/Audiology experience in my 40 years of dealing with sinus and ear/hearing troubles. They’ll move boulders to help you feel better and hear.
Great doctor!! Extremely helpful, smart, and nice. Would recommend to anyone! Im both happy and healthy after seeing Dr.Rosner.
I cannot reccomend Doctor Rosner enough. Everything went so perfect and I am so lucky to have had such an amazing doctor.
Outstanding Doctor. I had nose surgery from a different ENT twice to stop nose bleeds and Doctor Rosner had to fix a hole that the other ENT caused. He fixed my nose and its been a year with no problems. Hes very smart and you will know when you talk with him. Trust this doctor
I struggled with chronic sinusitis for all my life and I was recommended by my primary doctor to have the surgery but I was hesitant because I was scared of anesthesia and the surgery in general. After hearing so many positive feedbacks from other patients who had the surgery, I decided to have the balloon sinuplasty in office and I couldnt be more pleased with the results. I felt no pain during the surgery and minimal discomfort after the surgery. I did not take any pain killers after the surgery. I had the surgery on Friday and I went back to work on Monday. Now, I dont wake up from my sleep choking and my nose is never congested. I am so happy with the surgery. I breath and I sleep better now, thanks to Dr. Rosner.
Both my son and I have been seen by Dr. Rosner, would definitely recommend. Fast, efficient, not waiting forever in waiting room.
Beautiful office and great staff!
