Just purchased some equipment at Henry Ford Hospital West Bloomfield Michigan. Was able to get everything I need for post surgery of knee replacement. The ladies working there were wonderful. Answered all questions and gave much needed advice. I am very grateful. The equipment is going to be useful and is perfect and well made. Thank you. A simple equipment rental. They handled it perfectly with my insurance. Basically, they did what you would hope every medical equipment company would do. What gives them five stars is how they handled a situation off script and outside the rules. It wasnt a big issue, but to me how they handle these issues speaks more to the quality of a company than when they do what any equipment company is supposed to do. Nice job.

Dr. Laura Salome and Hart Medical were amazing! Dr. Salome was kind, patient, and caring. She took her time and explained everything so I felt confident and comfortable when I left there. Pricing was fair and she even helped me figure out my insurance.... I would highly reccommend Dr. Salome and Hart Medical to anyone and everyone.

My dad sees Dr. Laura Salome in the Flint location. She is so personable and kind, very easy to make appointments with and she always takes the time to address any concerns/problems with his devices, and shows him the most up to date features he can control with his phone. I researched many medical device stores and in general they don’t have high reviews. I went into to Hart expecting the worst, but actually had the time of my life!Melinda was great to work with, spent more time with me than I thought she would have.I recommend that you request Melinda for your Cpap fitting...tell her Dave sent you.The one negative with Hart medical supply is their phone system. The main number will randomly connect you with any one of their numerous locations.

Hello! I went to Hart Medical in Dearborn in order to get diabetic supplies for my grandmother. There was a lady there named Sarah who insisted on helping me knowing how nervous I was to do the diabetic testing on my grandmother. She took her time showing me how to work the supplies and gave me a log so I could detail everything for my grandmothers care. Her sincere personality made me at such ease since there is so much stress in assisting with my grandmothers care. She made my day, please pass the message on as she needs to know how awesome she is!

I went today to hart medical and there was this lady named Sara s she helped my mother with her compression stocking and they were very tight to put on my moms feet. My mother put her legs on Sara’s lap and Sara put on her stocking. It happened to be that my mothers legs were swollen and she had a lot of fluid flowing over from her feet onto Sara’s dress. I start apologizing nonstop to her but she mentioned it was as if she was her mom.Sara was such an amazing lady as she continued to help my mother to lift her stocking although she broke a few of her nails along the way. Thank you Sara for your generous help today.

I went today to hart medical regarding nebulizer machine for my mom and I met this lady her name is Sara S she is so great she helped with it she was so polite and informative she was handing with a lot of patients who was very rude with her she faced them with a smile and helped them. she is a great employee please praise this lady and let her know that she deserves more than 5 stars

Overall very hard to work with for cpap supplies. If I could go else where I would. Will have to figure out a new place tired of calling in a cpap order and getting attitude for doing it. Seems like they are annoyed if you change a mask,need a fitting, or monthly supplies. They purposefully make it time consuming and a bother! warned Doctors office apparently they have to deal with them all the time not news to them....

Rude lady wouldnt even show me the inventory after I said I wanted to pay for something myself. Told me itd be hundreds of dollars. Then told me to go get a prescription for it. I bought an extremely nice one online that night for 70 bucks.

Very friendly and professional. Show up exactly on time and make sure all questions are answered and that u know how to properly activate the equipment.

I wish I would have read these reviews sooner! The staff in so rude and uncaring. I am having my doctor send me somewhere else. Its horrible to already be dealing with a health issue only to be treated like a bother by people paid to assist you.

All staff were very friendly and professional (on phone and in store). Was there for CPAP appt, asked about sciatica belt and was recommended a seat cushion instead (my trainer agreed with their recommendation).

Went to get some information and first they made us wait even when no costumers were there and then the lady that showed up was kind of rude on the way she explained things as if she was bothered by our question.
