I am from out of town and Midex hearing aid was having problems. Dawn was very gracious to get me in the same day I called. When I got there I surprised she was able to determine the problem in less than 10 min. She said she would order the part and call me when it would be ready. Two days later, she called and I could hear again. Thank you Dawn.
