My wife and I purchased a dinning room set and one of the boxes with the chairs was broken,no problem they told us to come down and replace it with one in the show room, but then we got home and realized the hardware for the other chair was missing again no problem they apologized again and came to our house with another replacement chair.The service we received this day was in my opinion the best I’ve ever experienced and my wife and I would highly recommend roc city not only for the service but for their reasonable prices

The two employees I saw were extremely nice, helpful, in addition to being patient. I was in and out 3 times today, and ultimately did make a purchase, but they had no way of knowing that I would ahead of time. And delivery was able to be scheduled for this coming Monday, so not all that long at all!

I worked with Ray at Greece location. They charge for delivering and setting up furniture. Flanagan never charge. The guys who delivered brought the wrong furniture up to my apartment, once they looked in their truck my furniture was found. After the deliverers and myself spoke to Ray. I called After the sale, I called Ray, spoke to him, I told him my name when he abruptly put me on hold and he never got back, i hung up . Even though the wrong furniturewas delivered they were very kind, all i wanted to do was pass that compliment on.

I just got my things from these guys about 2 months ago and already my bed felt like it was sinking in the middle and I had no nightstand because I guess it was damaged my light on my mirror didn’t work and the dressers was trash I can tell my furniture isn’t going to last long And I’m paying a lot of money on it had to keep calling about my nightstand and my dressers being fixed after 2 months they finally said it’s en route. You would think they would accommodate me give me some money off because none of this should be happening with new furniture and I shouldn’t have to keep calling them to figure where my items are especially if I’m paying 245 every 2 weeks. All they worry about is making a sale and getting they money. I won’t buy nothing else from them again and don’t recommend it.

Our last experience purchasing a mattress was great! But this time around purchasing a bed frame was not so good! We ordered our bed-frame in May from the salesman guy which is nice he’s always nice not sure of his name but he always been good to us and he told us it would be a month because of COVID which is fine and understanding but now we are going into the end of August and every week I keep calling and the owner guy keeps saying maybe next week maybe next week “Due to COVID” with an attitude because I keep calling every week but I mean we’re going into 4 months now with no call of any updates of when it will be arriving. When we ordered our couch set from Ruby Gordon It came within a week so I’m starting to get disappointed and maybe won’t consider ordering any furniture from here again sorry not sorry I think we at least deserve a $40 off coupon or store credit for waiting for over 4 months for a bed frame.

We purchased a new sofa and loveseat set and set up delivery for which staff was sure to ask what would work best for our schedule. A Saturday afternoon delivery was set up. On the day of delivery our sales man Danny called in the morning to remind us of our delivery and to ensure all details were perfect for out furniture protection plan. The delivery drivers did call prior to coming. Once here we had an unexpected event happen our door ways to our home were a bit to small for the furniture we bought. The delivery drivers went above and beyond to help us remove doors from both of our doorways. Unfortunately that did not work. The delivery men then suggested we remove out front window. The drivers had to go as they had more delivery’s but they spend a good 30 minutes at our home to help with the doors and troubleshooting. They also called John and Danny at the store and informed them of our problem. John and Danny knew someone who could possibly help and reassured us they would work with us no matter what so we could have our new furniture. John called Monday morning to touch base and then scheduled our delivery for that same day in the afternoon. The drivers again communicated with when they would be at our home. Everything went off without a hitch. We are now enjoying our new furniture.I never do reviews but want to highly recommend Roc City furniture as the have excellent customer service from beginning until end we are very grateful for all of their help!

I am a faithful furniture purchaser. Ive purchased my bed a wedding the wood broke off of. The dressers, where the drawers broker off of. My living room set, which the chairs broke 6 out of 8. I went to ask about either fixing some of the dressers and they have me no discounts and had no consideration for my 6 years of purchasing with them.

The prices was good and the sale representative (Elliott) was extremely nice and pleasant to work with. I didnt buy anything yet. However, I will. I was looking at daybeds and or a futon.

I had one of the most pleasant experiences shopping for furniture at ROC City. When we first walked in to look, my boyfriend and I were pleasantly surprised with all the options we had in front of us and how much we liked everything. Danny, the owner, was kind and explained everything we needed to know and answered all of our questions. He respected the fact that I wanted to look around at all my options before making a decision and did not get pushy at all.We ended up leaving, looking at Ashley, Raymour & Flannigan, and Value City and no one gave us the the same quality of furniture along for the price and definitely not the same customer service experience. We ended up going back today and Elliot aided us in figuring out what we wanted and worked with us to get us everything we needed in the time frame we needed it. I can definitely say I will be back to this place. Thanks guys!!

Sales people are friendly, knowledgeable and dont pressure you at all (we are indecisive, and came by something like three times before we actually bought something, and they never once made us feel uncomfortable about this). They are very well organized, they have attractive furniture there, and, most importantly, they stand by their product. I bought a table and chairs, and within something like three months of having bought them, one of the chair legs broke. We called them, told them about the problem, and they did exactly what you would hope: They looked up the order, found the part, ordered it, called us when it arrived, installed it when we brought them the chair, and even gave us an extra chair leg (the mate to the one they used) in the unlikely event it happens again -- completely free. More businesses should be like this.

Ive purchased 5 mattresses from Danny, top-notch guy Top Notch service and a quality product. This is the type of place where you go in tell them what youre looking for they point you in the right direction and leave you alone unless you need help, would highly recommend if youre in the market for furniture or a bed.

Horrible quality, got a dresser and side table there the drawers fell apart within a year. The furniture was put together with staples and 3/5 drawers in the dresser fell apart, even the sock drawer!

Bachelor pad - complete! RocCity hooked me up with a great, masculine living room set. It is a huge step up from what I had before. If I ever get around to updating the rest of my space Ill be going back to RocCity Furniture.

What kind of furniture and mattress business doesnt allow returns? I MAYBE understand the mattresses because you cant resell a used mattress, but isnt it standard business practice to have some kind of comfort warranty? And sales of furniture are final? The hell kind of place doesnt allow people to return untarnished furniture? They dont make it clear until after youve made a purchase that they dont take returns. An employee Elliott helped me and was polite but like I said they avoid making their policies clear to consumers, which means theyre scamming people. This is a garbage company, dont buy from them.

Im not one to write reviews, but this place has really burned my biscuits. My parents bought me a bed and dresser set as a gift about three years ago and the quality is obviously subpar. Initially, the furniture store had to reorder the dresser because the first time it was delivered to our house, we opened the box and saw that the finish was bubbling and peeling in different areas. Obviously that was a no go, so they ordered another dresser, this one was acceptable (although even the second dresser still has some imperfect areas, but it was much better than the first dresser). The bed is fine, so its possible there are items in the store that will last and be sturdy items - but the dresser I got - NOPE. For the past year or so, the drawer slides have been weakening; I pulled out a drawer the other day to find that the rolling wheel was bending in and the slides were pretty much shot. I dont think that a drawer of t-shirts should be too much to put in a dresser drawer. So now I am shelling out more money to get all new drawer slides at Lowes, which, in the process of replacing, I discovered that at least one of the slides had been stapled on - Im assuming because whoever the manufacturer is was taking shortcuts. Thats just ridiculous, in my opinion. I also have to replace all 6 drawer pulls, as they are all made from PLASTIC and the place where the screw goes in is basically completely stripped. The handles are loose and cant be tightened, so thats part 2 of the fix. I would suggest being VERY careful of what you buy here, and anything involving drawers might be better purchased in a REAL furniture store!!

The one on West Ridge Road is disabled, they left and it still appears in the map information as if they were there, thats why I had to go to Henriettas, but the furniture is very small, for example, living room sets. I did not like. But excellent attention. Very friendly and professional, excellent cleaning of the stores
