Great service and carpet! We have used Motor City 3x now for our carpeting and have been happy each time. This last time we got basement and steps done. Bruce came out to measure and help me decide the best carpet, Brenda helped on the phone and Jason helped schedule the Installation to work with our timeline. The crew that came to install the carpet yesterday was friendly, efficient and super respectful. They wore masks when around my family and cleaned up so well before they left. Carpet looks awesome and my kids are so happy to have a soft playroom floor to run around on:)Motor city is so much nicer to deal with than any of the huge nationwide competitors. They actually care about their customers and they don’t put unnecessary pressure on you like those “other” places do.

We had the pleasure of working with Bruce during the remodeling of my parents home. His staff layed all new concrete and installed the tile in my parents home. Their quality of work is outstanding and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Bruce is very knowledgeable about his products and helped us with any questions we had. Very impressed with quality of work and customer service. I worked with Ron on my initial quote and throughout the process. Was courteous, prompt with responses, and good with the prices. Darrell D did my hard wood floor repair. People told me if I was going to repair/replace 10-15 boards that I would have the take the floor up. He replaced the boards and I couldn’t even tell what was replaced. Great work, great prices, great quality!

Dec. 2019: Very poor carpet installation so Motor City agreed to complete replacement. After two months of their delay, we are demanding a full refund, if not we go to court.

I would like to acknowledge the excellent service I received from Ms. April Coppolla at the Rochester Hills location. I stopped in the store to look at tile. We are planning a kitchen remodel in Florida, and I wanted to see what sorts of flooring options we might have. Ms. Coppolla didnt hesitate to offer her assistance and advice in color choice and style. I really appreciated this since she was aware I was merely browsing for ideas for our Florida home. Thank you, April, for your suggestions. While we are not in the market for flooring for our Michigan residence, I wouldnt hesitate to return and recommend Motor City based on this very pleasant and helpful experience.
