Ordered a beautiful rug today for my Aunt. Ann was great...patient with my elderly Aunt and the rest of her family as we women pondered all the options. Ann immediately got a chair with wheels for my Aunt so that she wouldnt tire too quickly. The gentleman working there was also great. Cant wait to receive the custom-made area rug in 2-3wks!

Very down to Earth and easy to work with. They were professional and had our carpet installed as soon as they could. We had previously had an order with Lowes and they didnt show any care for their work. The Rug Market was the complete opposite; they made sure we had the best service. I highly recommend them. So glad we cancelled our Lowes installation and switched to them!

This store is well organized and clean. It has a variety of options to choose from. The man who sold us the scrap piece of leftover carpet was helpful, friendly, and professional.

Very poor customer service, only one individual can handle quotations and billing questions and he is very difficult to get ahold of. I would strongly recommend against them. Definitely more professional companies in Rochester.
