Very helpful. They were able to order a filter for an older hot tub we had recently acquired and even offered to help with initial set up over the phone. We did have the service team come by for a quick assessment and they offered ideas of things we could do to save some $$$ before contacting them for a formal assessment and service. Very nice people!

I cannot say enough good about Michelle and her team.... a pool is a HUGE investment. You want to make sure the person in charge of the product cares about it as much, or more, than you do. Waterfront cares about quality and attention to detail. There was not a single step of the project in which the owner was not involved, making sure everything went perfectly. Highest recommendation!
