She was extremely thorough and explained everything very well throughout the test fit and walk. Above all, she seemed like she genuinely cared. This was my 1st time in the store. This was a great experience! Very kind and very helpful. They understood my problem and gave me solutions. Its only a fee days in but I feel like they are already helping!

Darlene, the store manager was amazing. My son and I each came in today with ankle, hip and knee pain related to our feet. When we got fitted for our orthotics and inserts it was like a miracle! My son who is 21 couldn’t believe it! He noticed a difference immediately. His ankles felt better and his back didn’t hurt and he felt like he was standing straighter. The balance challenge before and after was amazing. I would not have believed it if I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes. I regret that I didn’t even know to bring him here when he was younger. He is a multi-sport athlete and it would’ve been so helpful to have done this years ago. It IS a financial investment but what better investment to make than your own health? I got fitted today and Darlene was really nice and helpful. The inserts she offered were very comfortable, but the prices they charge are way too high ($1,000+) for a set of 3 arch support inserts. Seeing a podiatrist to make custom inserts will almost certainly be cheaper and more effective for most people.

Just purchased my inserts yesterday & so far, they seem to be helping. I do lots of walking on a daily basis. I wore them for a 45 minute walk today & experienced no problems. I am also wearing the relaxers in my slippers & they are comfortable & keep my foor from.sliding forward.My experience at the store was very positive. Darlene was very informative & helpful. I made my purchase on Tuesday. Over the last two days I have seen drastic improvement! My feet are not in any pain and I can actually walk farther distances with less pain and burning in my legs and feet. The best purchase Ive ever made regardless of price!

Terrible customer service. Multiple fittings and nothing worked. Won’t give me money back and the corporate office was quite condescending when I contacted them.The inserts made my back and hip pain much worse and the salesperson was quite rude when I came back in for additional fittings to solve the problem.At $1100 for a set of three arch supports, they should be polite and helpful at the very least. Also, I agree with the other reviewer who said you could probably get custom-fitted arch supports through a licensed podiatrist, have a better experience, and pay much less, especially since insurance doesn’t cover what this company sells.

Having purchased orthotics from other retailers in the past that did not relieve my pain I was hesitant to go to The Good Feet Store and try again. However on my daughters insistence I decided to schedule an appointment with her and try out their products. We both were fitted for the 4 step system and were very pleased with them. The process was a pleasant experience with very helpful staff that explained everything thoroughly and answered all questions. They listened to us and asked questions to address our personal needs. They were also very helpful in assisting with financial concerns so we were able to purchase the orthotics. I can honestly say I have purchased and tried several products elsewhere including expensive shoes, inserts and orthotics that gave no improvement but the 4 step system at The Good Feet Store provided relief immediately and noticable improvement in my balance and the pain is greatly reduced with use. So happy I went and received products to fit my feet and address my personal needs. Many thanks to very courteous and helpful staff at the Rochester location in making my purchase beneficial by making sure I was getting the right fit and product for me.

When I did my walk around the store, the shoes were comfortable. However, after wearing them for a couple of weeks, the shoes developed hard spots on the inside that made them almost impossible to wear for any length of time. It has been determined by store management that I must have purchased a defective pair and Ive been offered the opportunity to bring them back to the store for a refund. Thats very good customer service.

Was very happy with the test fit of the arch’s. I have worn them for a full week and so far they are great. A little adjustment time . But I am happy so far.

I have been pleased so far with my (3) part arch support system. I noticed an immediate positive impact using as directed. While it has only been a week or so, I have tried many partial fixes over 15 years, this may be the ticket. The staff was attentive to my needs and clearly know their product. The system is pricey, that said if you have foot issues you know how important it is to get them under control . I am optimistic that this will work for me. This company is worth a look.

For years I have had back and knee issues, and it has seemed over the past 5-6 yrs it has gotten worse and effecting my capabilities of taking casual walks. I was diagnosed three yrs ago with diabetes, I started to make an effort in walking for exercise to help beat the disease along with watching what I eat. But even walking became unbearable, extreme pain in my back and would immediately tighten right up causing me to hunch over later after my walks. Plus with extremely soar feet it would become to much and not make me want to exercise. I would have to stop it seems almost every 2/10 of a mile, due to the pain. This year finally came to the forefront and I made the decision to stop in to Rochester Good Feet Store in July. A very easy going experience, great customer service, and they explained their process to find individual solutions to my needs. They recommend the full set of arches. I have heard some very good things about this store from a friend who recently had a good experience, so I decided to stop on in. Boy am I glad I did! I met with Darlene who immediately greeted me with a smile and was very attentive to my needs. She took ink blots of my feet by having me step on a piece of paper to find out what type of foot arch I was. She told me what I needed to do and gave me the arch supports for my situation. Let me tell you... WHAT A RELIEF especially in my back! I’m glad I listened to my friend and gave them a try. Thank you!!

Staff was pleasant and provided a lot of information about their product. I thought the price was a little extreme but if it gets rid of my plantar Fasciitis and I can be on my feet a good part of the day without pain, it will be worth it. BTW, I’ve been to a podiatrist and got orthotics prior to going to Good Feet. The orthotics didn’t help that much. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I purchased arch supports from The Good Feet Store on April 3rd 2021! My legs, ankles, and shins were in pain! I have been wearing my arches for four days and already the pain is gone! I would have paid anything to be rid of my pain! Well worth the cost!

Julie and Darlene were immensely helpful!!!! Ive had my inserts for 12 years. The commercials are true, you will walk out of the store pain free. After starting a new job, on my feet for 9 hours walking on concrete, my feet, legs, knees were sore!! But not knowing the reason for the pain, thinking it was because of the concrete, I visited the Good Feet store to start. Julie explained that my original inserts had flattened. We replaced them and added cushions and Ive noticed a definite difference in my entire body. If youve got foot or body issues, give them a try!! Of course, check with your doctor first.

The staff is very helpful and the product has been great. The price is high but when you consider that they are covered for life then it makes the cost better. We used FSA/HSA for my set so that I was very helpful as I do not have that kind of money just laying around. I have definitely have less knee and foot pain. Recently, I bought a few extra cushions. I would recommend getting some extra up front so that you just have to switch out the inserts and not the cushions. Im giving them a 4 out 5 for cost and lack of communication when the pandemic hit. I was in the middle of my 3 months and they just stopped calling me to check in on my progress with my inserts. I was not asked to come back in for a check in my feet. Im glad that my inserts seem to work well for me and that I did not feel the need to swap them out. I would recommend them overall. I have been happy with the product.

Rich is very knowledgeable, and has a good sense of humor! He did really well with understanding what was going on with my feet and ankles and knew exactly what I needed. Ever since being injured on my right calf muscle, needed a solution to continue walking as I heal for next couple of weeks. My doctor suggested Good feet because theyll help alleviate the heel spurs Ive been getting. Quite amazing after just two days with still discomfort but not excruciating pain. And great to know I can talk with them for any adjustments needed. Though expensive its well worth my continued health of my feet and posture.

Ive been using the orthotics for years. I got them back in high school because Ive been having problems in sports with shin splints throughout the season. After using them i no longer had to experience the pain anymore and my performance was even increased as I went off to sectionals for my team in track. I use them everyday for work now as I stand all day at my job, and expect to use them for the rest of my life.

Were farmers and on our feet for 12-14 hours every day. We stopped in because my husband had purchased several pairs of insoles and work boots trying to alleviate his non-stop foot pain. Julie listened, advised, and helped us decide to get the inserts for both my husband and me. I was having what I thought was livable pain but what a difference for BOTH OF US. The commercials featuring customers who said Good Feet changed their lives arent hokey or untrue - this is a product that works. Not only have we eliminated our foot pain, but our knees and hips dont ache nearly as much after a long day of physical work. The truest test for me was having to walk literally miles at a three day horse show and realizing at the end of the second day that I wasnt hobbling around in pain. The product isnt cheap, Ill grant you that. However, we cant put a price on comfort. Were both 58 years old and the inserts were well worth the cost. Julie was knowledgeable and personable, and showed concern. No high pressure tactics. Thanks!

My feet were stiff and I couldnt wiggle my toes. Darlene watched me walk in from the parking lot and knew just what to do. I got the 3part system and in 2 days had no pain, could wiggle my toes and no longer needed my cane, which I was using for bad knees. Darlene explained everything in detail.

Yes I watch the Good Feet store commercials and take it for what it’s worth, until today. I took my 89 year old mother to the Good feet store today and we were greeted very friendly! I explained to Rich, the young man who took care of us, my moms constant pain in her back, shoulders and knees. He was extremely attentive to us both! Well, when he brought out the inserts for my mom to try, when she stood up she “stood straight” which I haven’t seen in a very long time!!! I can not believe the difference in my feet in just the 3 days I have used the inserts. My feet have hurt so bad for so long that it became my new normal. I can actually get my shoes on. I purchased the package last week and was very impressed with all the information Rich provided in fitting me to my orthodics and new sneakers. He even offered for me to bring my husband back in to explain it all to him! My husband was having fatigue in his upper legs, hip pain, and the starting of drop foot. He is very active, a sportsman, hiker etc. and the pain was keeping him from doing things for long periods of time. The aligning arch supports helped immediately when he tried them in the store. We were surprised at the cost but the improvement has been worth it. He has had them for about a month. Our salesman, Jeff was not pushy and has helped with all our questions. We have gone back to the store a couple of times and all the sales reps are helpful in the store.

I visited the Good Feet Store in Henreitta over the weekend. The sales lady Julie was very helpful and knowledgeable. She put in the inserts and whamo instant relief. However things went south after I was told the price of the inserts. Honestly $1000 for plastic inserts that probably cost a few bucks to make is ridiculous.

I came here suffering from shin splints. Couldnt run more than a mile before my shins were killing me. I leave for basic combat training in the US Army in two weeks and needed something to help me move forward. Got some inserts and ran two miles the next day w zero pain. Mind blown. I thought the service was good. They all were willing and able to help me pretty quickly. Ive had the 3 step system for a little more than a week and my feet feel much better. Its expensive but I think it last worth it in the long run

Joanne, the salesperson, was excellent -- she made us feel comfortable right away and did not push anything on us. I cant think of any suggestions for improving except to remember to go over everything and then go over it again and again, slowly, so the details can really sink in. The inserts were stressful at first for my very flat feet but gave my lower back some relief instantly. Ive followed the program for about a week now and am getting more accustomed to the inserts every day. I think this is really going to help, but Ill know more after a few more weeks.

I was a little skeptical at first about whether or not the inserts would really work but thankfully, Marcus (the sales associate) was right and the inserts (and shoes) really have made a huge difference. Im currently in my last year of pharmacy school (which consists of 7 six-week long clinical rotations) where Im standing on my feet for hours at a time (sometimes 8+ hours). I never realized how important it is to have good footwear until this year. It took a week or two for me to really notice an improvement but now, Im so grateful that when I get home from a 12 hr work day (rotation plus internship) my feet are COMPLETELY pain free.

Good Feet has been absolutely incredible! Worth every bit of my money! Everything was explained well. After a week, I am wearing the products as directed. Its easy and it all makes sense. I didnt/dont have any pain, but hopefully I can strengthen my ankles and balance.

Absolutely worst experience of my life. The worker there, Richard, was very rude and short, barely took the time to assist me. I left very unsatisfied with my experience and without the product I came looking for.

I am a Registered Nurse. I would buy new work sneakers or shoes at least 3 times a year blaming my aching feet on the breakdown of my footwear. (I leave my work footwear at work.) One night when I got home from work my feet just ached and I couldnt stand it (no pun intended) anymore and decided the next day I was going to the Good Feet Store. After stepping on the paper and viewing the results...I knew I was making the right decision. Sure, they are expensive but we are on our feet everyday and they take so much abuse. I know I am worth it, my career is worth it. I am in my first week and have made some minor adjustments on the length of time (I purchased the 3 step program-and spend shorter time in tan and black) but I leave work without achy feet which is amazing. It may take me 3 weeks do adjust to everything but I am not rushing it. I may be in the honeymoon phase of this product but so far I have no complaints!

I had plantar fasciitis when I walked into the Good Feet store. I was actually looking for shoes. The sales person explained how the supports would help me and I tried them. I felt immediate relief and could walk pain free! This is an amazing product and worth every penny.

Was reluctant to spend so much money on arch supports as I don’t have a lot of money and I really didn’t feel much of a difference in the store. I was talked into buying them and promised that I would feel a positive difference, but I never did. Sales person told me he would check in with me after my purchase to see how things were going. He never called once. I feel completely duped. All they care about is money and making the sale.

After 2 days I conclude that this product is way overpriced and will not have the promised affect.The product is well made but the real value of the product is much closer to the quoted replacement cost than the 50 x sell price.But more to the point while the product may solve some people’s arch problems, it will not solve the problem I came in for which was to correct for blisters developing on the ball of my foot resulting from daily 2 to 5 mile walks at a brisk pace.Live and learn an education not well spent.

I’ve been looking for comfortable inserts and shoes as a nurse who is on her feet over 12 hours a day. The Good Feet store provided exceptional service and immediate relief for my neuropathy and injuries from a car accident several years ago. The lifetime warranty was reassuring to here as I know there will be wear and tear being active and on my feet often. You won’t be disappointed to see all the different colors and styles of Spira brand shoes that I’m happy to own now. Since I required a wider shoe for my feet, I wear a men’s shoe, but you couldn’t tell from the design on the outside. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase. I already notice a difference in my stride after learning that I walk on the outside edges of my feet. The built in toe lift with the memory foam insert is a game changer for comfort and relief from constant pressure on hard surfaces. Worse product ever ! Very over priced no refund and no support by the store. The product made my feet worse, many professional orthotists feel your product is defective and misleading . Just another store deceiving the public and raking in money. They prey on people who are suffering with a lot of pain, they have the answer one size fits all type of cure, a lot of BALONEY !!!
