Carol, the owner, and her staff are incredible! Very professional, very helpful and very kind. If you are looking for a great and comfortable pair of shoes at a reasonable price, this is the place to go!! Highly recommend!!
Although expensive, I’ve had very good results with Good Feet. I always wear the Relaxers in my slippers, so my arches are always supported. I got used to the Maintainers next, putting them in my work shoes. It took 3 weeks to break in the Strengtheners. I’m 60 and play tennis regularly. The reason I know Good Feet is working is, my feet used to get tired and sore after tennis. I’d massage them with an electric massager to relieve the pain. Now they aren’t sore at all anymore after tennis. I know that with every step I take using this system, my feet are getting stronger. I think it’s a wise investment in my health and will prevent a lot of discomfort in the future. I recommend Good Feet.
Last spring I gave this place a negative review. They refunded my money in exchange for taking down the review. In good conscience I cant leave it at that. Think about it! If their inserts are as wonderful as they claim nearly everyone would be satisfied, yet they have you initial a no refund clause at the time of purchase. Why would anyone want a refund if their hip, knee, back, leg and foot pain was relieved. This store is an expensive rip off. Again, think about it. The only positive review is that they give free velcro sticky dots.
Lets just say The Good Feet Store saved my life. Im 27 years old and suffer from plantar fasciitis. Im to young to be dealing with severe foot pain! I was using the normal arches you can buy at any shoe store and it would work for about a week and then it would stop. The pain in my feet was so severe that after a week of working the weekend would hit and I literally couldnt fathom to stand or do anything that required walking or standing. I finally gave in and went to The Good Feet Store. After spending about 45-50 mins with Carol trying on arches & her explaining the process I broke down and bought the set. Not going to lie I did have sticker shock at first but after Carol explained what was included and the fact that you get 3 different arches it wasnt so bad. Let me be honest every penny was worth it!! Im finally pain free and it is amazing!!! You do have to follow the instructions for it to work properly and it is super easy to follow and understand. Carol is also there if I have any questions!! I would recommend this to anyone with foot pain and I have already! Thanks again for everything!!!!
Excellent service. Had very very painful plantar fasciitis of my left foot/heel for several months which was getting worse. Made a reservation at my local Good Feet store and got fitted for arch supports. Although they are quite pricey you get 3 different arch supports to wear with different types of shoes and during different times/activities. They work!! Went in on a Saturday and by Monday pm the pain is almost completely gone! Well worth the cost if this takes the pain away long term which I believe it will as long as I continue to wear the arch supports as prescribed. No more bare feet or wearing shoes without arch support in place. Highly recommend; at least for plantar fasciitis.Thank you Foot Feet!Paul
I’ve been using my Good Feet Arch Supports for 11 years now. I’ll never forget the Easter Sunday I received them. My life hasn’t been the same since. My joints don’t hurt anymore!!!!
I purchase their foot supports and they only made my feet hurt more. The cost was unbelievably high for what you get. Go down to Walmart and buy Dr. Scholl’s foot supports for a fraction of the cost of The Good Feet Store. A Ripoff Store.
Good feet have made a world of difference in a short period of time.
Stay away! I would give them no stars if I could. Their process involves three steps, each costing about $300. I bought and used the first-step product (a strengthener arch support) and used it as told (both verbally and in a printed handout) for two weeks. After that I called to say that nothing had changed (I still had pain in my heel and in the balls of my feet). I asked if they wanted to make an adjustment or wanted me to do something differently. I was basically told to do the exact opposite of what I had initially been told. I tried that for two weeks, still no relief. The sales people are quick to say that they do not give medical advice but that they are nurses by training and that the product has helped resolve a long list of foot problems for many people. Maybe this has worked for some folks, but not for me.
I had a very good experience and it helped my feet pain secondary to plantar fasciitis. They have always given me the stickers that hold the orthotics in place. I am a very happy customer.
