Martinez Auto 815 1st Ave Rockford saves the day again!!!This is the best Auto Shop you will ever find.I have brought my Santa Fe to their shop more then once after getting an Oil Change, Alignment, and other things Martinez doesnt do. When these other shops tell me I need work.Went to Grease Monkeys on Forest Hills Rd and was told I needed new Rotors.Martinez Auto looked over brakes and rotors and found nothing wrong.Also was told from Firestone a year ago I needed tire rods Martinez again looked at SUV found nothing.What shop tells you there is nothing wrongAnd also gives their customers a ride to and from shop.Wish all businesses had their ethicsThe world would be a better placeAs long as Im in Rockford this is the only shop I would ever go to and even if I moved I would drive a hundred miles just to come to him thats how much they have saved me over the yearsAlso really down to earth people with substance to speak to they truly care and thats why they are always busy11 Star ReviewTell them Bruce with the Black Santa Fe sent you!

Had brake lines done and they leak the day after I got the car

I brought my car in for a simple tune up (lights and such) and battery replacement on Monday and didnt hear anything without making calls myself for 4 days and finally on the 5th day It was finished. But only half way. They get 2 stars for getting the car running again but they didnt fix any of the other problems. Definitely wont be bringing any urgent matters here.

They were so swamped with other cars that they never got to mine for 2 days - (Is it because Im blk?)

I wouldnt recommend this shop the owner is a lier and some how I got my car fixed from here within a week later my car broke down now Im left with no vehicle wasted $700 and to find out one of the parts that was supposedly done was not fixed. They couldnt even show proof that the part was fixed. The receipt didnt specified one of the parts that was fixed. I felt like I got ripped off never again!!!!

My vehicle broke down and even though they were busy they were able to take me in right away. I have a foreign vehicle, Mercedes, and they had no issues taking care of my vehicle! Terrible place. Came there to get a price estimate for repairs, parked at their dirty parking lot, but didnt even get a chance to get out of my car. One of their employees approached me and told me that if Im not their customer, I need to get the hell out of their parking lot. I left right away and will never come back there.
