We called and they got us in right away. When we got there she already had the parts that we needed all ready for us. It took them less than thirty minutes. Pricing was good. The service was excellent and informational. I highly recommend them!

Efficient and honest people here. I left my gloves and they called me to tell me. By happenstance, I had the alignment checked by Blaines the following day during and oil change and Blaines reported the alignment was perfect. Highly recommended. No appointments, so plan on getting there early/first for the day. There is a Salvation Army Thrift store 2 blocks to the east to hang out at while you wait.

The inspection is a con. Theyll have a list of BS u need to have done on ur car, or they cant do the alignment. Get a second opinion and I bet theyll do the alignment without having to do all that other Sh!t. THIS IS THE OLDIST CON IN THE BOOK!

I found a screw in my tire and needed an emergency replacement since I was losing tire pressure and JUST started going to my new job and luckily this place was close to me - they were SO nice and the mechanic replaced it in what felt like 15 minutes max. I went in this morning.. There at 7:30am waiting! At 8, a bunch of women pretty much run in the doors.. I said I was here first and it’s first come first serve so I went to desk to talk to secretary.. I said I have to work in a couple hours so how long does it take? She said about 2 hours.. I said great I’m ready! She goes well we had 2 drop offs last night so they are first.. I said okay I thought it was first come first serve be here early.. She said it is.. Now that makes no sense! They don’t do appointments but I can drop my car off n be carless n be first.. I wouldn’t recommend this place! Horrible service.. Get your business organized.. I’ll make sure everyone I know goes to farm n fleet for the extra $10.

Great place. I can only afford about one tire when one tire goes bad. They had my tire on hand and when i got there there was a little wait but nothing nobody cant handle just sit down in chair and watch the tv theyll get vehicle in and fixed. Theres about two places in Rockford I would spend my money instead of purchasing a brand new tire.

Both of the ladies at the desk were very nice and friendly.After having so much work done on my car the last couple of days it was a pleasure to come here. This business was recommended to me buy another business owner. I had some questions for the mechanic that worked on my car and he explained everything to my satisfaction. I work about a mile and a half from this place and actually didnt know it was there. If I need further work done on my car I will most likely consider them.

They always do very cheap, but very reliable work. Fixed a broken stud and a flat tire for around $45 if I remember correctly. Theyve fixed quite a few cars of mine in the past.My only complaint is that they no longer do as many service options as they once had since they split into two separate shops/owners. You can only get basic tire/alignment work and other very minor jobs done here now.-Still fantastic work and cheap though!

I went in for an alignment and to replace the front wheel bearing. They replaced the bearing and since the car drove fine they didnt do the alignment. You couldnt ask for a more honest mechanic shop.

This is the best automotive shop in town for all your vehicle needs. I’ve been a customer for many years and have never had issues with them. My sons live out of town and always come to AAT for oil changes and other issues they might have with there vehicles. If your looking for reasonably priced maintenance, oil changes or tire issues for you vehicles, you will not find a better place.

As a poor student, reliable transportation is important. Also, being a poor student doesnt allow for a whole lot of unexpected mishaps. Marvins had kept my poor little Hyundai Elantra alive for years. They always gave me options for parts and did excellent work on my vehicle. They are very fast, very thorough, and very affordable. They are also very honest; if they cannot fix something, they will tell you and recommend someone who can. Many businesses around the Rockford area lack the key qualities of honesty, integrity, and affordability; but Marvins lives up to all of these. Fast, honest, and a great auto mechanic shop. They take great details and letting you know what is going bad and what is still good. Took my car to the Toyota dealership and was told the brakes are bad. Took my car here and the technician showed me the pads are more tgat what the dealership claim. It could last me longer than expected. This shop is great and would not bring my car to back to the stealership anymore for any service. They even have great tires here too!

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE...I had an alingment done had new tires on the vehicle within a month the drivers tire was ruined they rufuesed to look at it. They told me that if I pay another $60 that they would align the front end again. They also told me that before they couldnt get the camber bolts loose so they just didnt adjust it,but told me that everything was good when I picked up the vehicle. They do not stand by there work and refuse to take blame for doing a poor job. Now I have to spend another $100 do get it done right at another alingment place. Save yourself the money and pay the extra $30 to have a real company handle your vehicle

Tire almost fell off after 6 lug nuts just fell off on my truck dual wheel. The other side was hand tight. When I called they asked how long ago I was there,,,,1 week and never returned my call. Battery operated drills and no breaker bars to check after. NEVER TRUST THESE GUYS!

I called this place to make a Saturday appt for a wheel alignment. I was told they dont take appointments because its first come first serve. The girl on the phone said that they wouldnt take any customers after 2 because they close at 3. So we drove 40 minutes on a Saturday and arrived at 12:50. The very rude lady behind the counter said it takes an hour and a half for wheel alignmentsand they close at 3. I was confused as to why we were turned away. But by the looks of this place I was grateful that I chose to take my business elsewhere anyways. Very dirty and run down.

Took my car there for front alignment. Nothing else was wrong with my car. When i pick it back up. My break pedal is jumping and making noise now. I went in there for their advertised $50 alignment which they will only do if your front end is perfect how funny after 5 minutes they tell me there is play in my ball joints and that they cant do the alignment but you still have to pay $25 inspection what a bunch of crap I could have went anywhere and got a free inspection they have a good little con going on there Ill get a bus pass before I ever take any of my vehicles back there again not a good way to treat customers

I travel many miles to go to this shop have for many years. I did a newspaper route for more then 10 years and went thru tires like crazy. I have probably been to this company 10 or more times for service . I had my truck in today for 2 tires to be put on the front of my truck and I am not happy this time . They took two tires off that werent to bad . I kept one of my old tires as a spare and truth is the tires they took off had more thread on them then what they replaced tires with ... was a waste of $80.00 ....need more work to be done but I dont know if I want to go back now ....
