Dusty was in the store alone and was helping 4 people at the same time. My son and I got new phones. Dusty handled everything very professionally. Super impressed with her ability to multitask.

Steve is very smart and very helpful. He fixed the mess on my phone. I couldnt take pictures and the sd card I had previously bought was never set to default storage location so my phone was out of space. I was lucky enough to catch Steve when he had time to be able to help. He has spent an hour with me showing me everything that I needed help with.I wish that this was his full-time store. I really do! He has been the best help Ive ever had here since 2012. If I was able to drive an hour and 20 minutes I would go to his store. Unfortunately Im unable to drive.Sincerely Judith Willis

Charged me $100 more for a phone because I was a good customer. If I wasnt a customer it would have cost me $100 less. Thats just wrong and going to drive customers away.

I tried to exchange my iPhone 8+ because the screen couldnt work at times and the person was so rude to me and didnt believe me; even after I provided proof. I will get out of cricket for that reason.
