I went to your store at 1010 E State St in Rockford, IL and it has now made me very adamant to never switch to your service and to never recommend Metro to anyone! I went in to take advantage of your trade-in special for an Iphone 12 mini, at around 4 PM today. The clerk pretty straight up lied to my face. As this screen shot below shows, the offer is for a trade-in valued at $100 or more and, what is just under the floating text-box, this is an in-store offer only. The clerk at this particular store said that it was at least a $300 trade-in value and when I initially tried to argue, she said that was the in-store offer...saying it as if there was a different offer online, which there does not seem to be. She made no attempt to sell me anything! She was honestly quite rude and gave off the distinct impression that she didnt want to be there. Now, I dont really know what I hope to gain out of this, other than to let people know that Metro by T-Mobile seems very shady in their practices and their employees have very apparently no qualms about lying right in a customers face!

I Love Metro PC they are a very Professional,Friendly Whenever I need help with anything and especially with suggestions about buying a new phone and the clerks there will make sure you are good and taking care of and they always assist you if you have any Questions. But other than that I love this place its nice and cozy to sit and wait for your turn and they will see to it that your business is handled. God Bless Metro PC Much Love and See Yall Soon Peace...

The staff were helpful and the store is clean. A little hard to find the location. Its fast and easy to activate a phone with Metro.

Metro is cool, their network is strong. I didnt like how some of their workers threw items in my bag acting as if it was a gift, but instead charged me extra. Other than that, and the occasional service interuption, Im quite satisfied with their service.

Good place to get a phone for a very good deal. They dont have a lot of the top of the line flagship smartphones, but they are beginning to get more of them. I bought my Galaxy S7 here and the guy with the glasses was very quick and very helpful at setting it up. I believe now they are even selling iPhones and Galaxy S7 but those are their best flagships (they wont be cheap). The only problem here is that it gets crowded because there are only two employees working at once. Theyre helpful and do their best but sometimes its a little wait. Other than that if youre looking for a mid range device for a good price or a flagship for normal price but the CHEAPEST PLANS check out MetroPCS especially this location. If youre in Rockford.
