The staff is very personable, quick and eager to please. They kept it orderly and were attentive to customers above all. But the quality of the product has dropped a mile. The price has sky-rocketed meanwhile with as always less than generous proportions.

I was hired as an employee at Baskin Robbins during late spring of 2021. While their ice cream is amazing, employees are not trained correctly. I only worked for 2 days as an employee in training. I was expected to use the cash register on day 2 with a customer when I have never used one prior. Seeing as how I was still learning and have never had a job before I wasn’t as fast as the other employees. I was put on the spot. Had they brought me in early or after my shift on the first day to teach me how to use it beforehand, it wouldn’t have been an issue. People have to learn before they are able to pick up the pace. DO NOT GET A JOB HERE. Especially during summer. They will put you on the spot without reaching you.

Ordered 2 triple scoops and 2 bottled waters for my friend and I through ubereats (not ubereats fault). Only got half the order and when I called baskin Robins they told me that the orders only came through as 1 triple scoop, which I knew wasnt true. Then the lady realized they made a mistake and started apologizing and I wanted the rest of my order delivered, because why should I have to waste gas and time because of their mess up? Doesnt make sense .So they give me a hard time on the phone and then they told me the manager would call me. And they did via private number so I didnt know they called. Apparently the manager doesnt value their customers because they would not make their employees deliver what I paid for so I had to get a refund.Maybe you shouldnt hire STUPID people who cant read an order prompt! Incompetent idiots.

Requires a mask even if vaccinated. Young AA female employee in a Chanel mask was SUPER RUDE about it. When asked for her managers name (because she was rude not because of the mask mandate), she refused to give it to us - she claimed her boss doesnt want her name given out. Cant help but wonder why.

Horrible experience. Shame on Baskin-Robbins. On Friday, Dec. 4th, I went into the store at Brynwood on N. Mulford Rd, Rockford, IL, and ordered an ice cream birthday cake for a birthday party. It was suppose to be ready for pickup on Sat. Dec. 5th at 5 pm. I pre-paid for the cake. When I arrived at the store, I was informed their cake decorator called in sick and my cake was never done. I was so furious. They had my phone number and could have called me so I could try and make other arrangements, but they never called. That was the dessert for the birthday party. Needless to say, we had no dessert for the party. Thank you Baskin-Robbins for your poor ownership, poor management and poor service. Poor service starts at the top.

I have always loved their ice cream sundaes. I wish they would bring back French Vanilla ice cream. The young lady was working by herself so it took a little wait time. She did her best but I would recommend having another person from staff to help out.

How can you not like this place! I get the same ice cream everytime, but my kids always try new stuff! Going on the 31st of the month is definitely the best because scoops are cheaper.. I will spend the extra money for good ice creams, though!

I guess it must be fun to work at an ice cream shop, because these people are always upbeat! There are always a few customers inside when Ive visited, and sometimes its jam packed, but Baskin Robbins knows how to keep the line moving, and even with the crazy combinations of ice cream, toppings, shakes and cakes, they get it right, and serve it with a smile. Prices are reasonable and parking is always good.

Took one bite and didnt like the knock off snickers flavor so I asked if I could have plain vanilla and she said for full price per scoop. The way she said it was rude like I was trying to get something free, no I want to ENJOY what u PAID for! !! And to think I drove over an hour and OUT of state just to go there.

Awesome place who cares!! We ordered an ice cream cake for my daughters 9th birthday and it came out amazing. The theme which I thought was not very easy (Paris) was on the cake and you can tell they put alot of time and effort into it. Two days later I received a phone call from the owner asking how we liked the cake. Thats amazing!! Not only will we be going back for our ice cream/cake needs we will definitely give them to our friends for future business. Kudos to the cake maker at the Mulford location. Job well done!

We got there at 7:56pm and closing was at 8pm the doors were already locked and the employees refused to let us in even though it was not even 8pm. Very disappointed that these employees were in a rush to go home. We had a party of 4.

My niece went to Baskin Robins located at 2579 N Mulford Rd, Rockford, IL 61114 with classmates from Guilford High School. When the school kids arrived to Baskin Robins they created a long line. The employees complained about the length of the line. One employee shouted to the students that once they get their stuff they cannot sit in there. Two elderly white ladies come in after the students and the employees let them order before the student. While another employee was tapping students on the shoulder to leave without making a purchase. What is the difference between the elderly ladies money and the students? Why the ladies couldn’t wait in the line like students? Especially since none of the students gave them permission to skip. Why were the students asked to leave if they were peacefully standing in line?The next day my niece and her classmates went to Baskin Robins again. Thinking that the employees were having a bad day. Got to the establishment and it was a sign posted that Guilford students must wait outside for service. While others nearby school kids and patrons can come in and skip these students. Even though they were technically at Baskin Robins first.

Waited 10 mins to be helped no other customers where in the store at the time and there were 2 workers who didnt even greet me
