This little ice cream shop and sandwiches is a Gem in Rockford, Illinois. My dog and I went a couple of days ago, I ordered a double cheeseburger with tomato, lettuce, tomato and onion!! Wow out of this world. Could not get my mouth over it, So large. My dog had a cheeseburger and the large fries are to die for. Their fries are better than McDonalds. When you order you get more than what you paid for. The whole order was only 9.75. This meal made 2 meals for us. Not only when you order fries the bottom of the bag was loaded with fries. They are not stingy with condiments, napkins etc.Try Dari Ripple its well worth it!!!

Nothing better than a smiling face handing you ice cream in an old fashioned outdoor ice cream shop. A cheap and tasty thrill for $2.25 is what Im talking about! Big variety and sandwiches too. Sit under the hard top canopies on the brightly painted pick knick tables and have at it my friend!

I love this place, Ive been coming here for years! It has great ice cream and good food. My only complaint is that they should be more careful about avoiding cross contamination. Today I ordered a strawberry cone w/ sprinkles and I got an allergic reaction when eating the sprinkles(Im allergic to peanuts). This is the first time I got an allergic reaction from their ice cream. Please be more sanitary, I would like to continue eating here.

Came here often as a child and now I take my son here. The ice cream was delicious and there were so many varieties to choose from. Prices were more than fair.

I went today and ordered a Heath banana split with pineapple on it and at first before I ordered I heard them messing up another ladies order. And they started to call me to give me mine and the lady didn’t realize it wasn’t for her and they let her walk away with it just to call her back and hand it to me. Which seemed so unsanitary with COVID going on. My friend also ordered something and she got the wrong thing as well even after conforming with them what it was she got it still ended up not being the right thing. I will stick with bennys. Them boys need to learn how to communicate within one another and to their customers.

Watched a video on Facebook about their amazing turtle cones. Took the family there as a treat and was dissapointed. The video shows caramel pumped into cone to the top. Our cones only had caramel in the bottom half inch of cone. Chocolate was to be dipped on ice cream and then rolled in pecans. Not much chocolate and few pecans. My husband ordered a peanut butter banana split. That was worth the money.

I ordered the Italian beef because I love Italian beef but the bun they had it on seemed like it was not completely cooked. The beef tasted good but it was kind of small portion. The chili cheese fries were okay but the chili was not homemade chili, it was something generic out of a can! I was hungry so I ate it but it could have been alot better!

We love this place. Every summer we spend all week building up the kids to earn an ice cream cone from Dairy Fair. Our kids voted that Medium Twist Sprinkle is the cone to get. Often busy, always worth the wait.

Went here on may 25th 2019, it was a horrible experience. We order two large vanilla shakes and a large butterscotch milk shake and a marshmallow malt and a cheese cake sundae and a unusual Sunday with blue raspberry. Got all of our stuff and guess what the butterscotch was a small so we went back up and said we ordered a large they said well make one. Waited for 20 minutes and went back up there to see what was going on and supposedly the girl with brown hair and glasses said she went it down as a small and said we have to pay the difference for a large after we had three milk shakes melt for waiting on the one that wasnt even being made so I told we shouldnt have to pay when it was her mess up so she didnt and made us one. But when we got it. It was just vanilla not butterscotch at all so I take it back and she said its loaded with butterscotch but it wasnt. I will never go there again you guys have lost about 30 people to go there. So thank you very much for the awful experience. Ill be taking my business some where else. You guys are slow and the people are rude.

Okay, great ice cream joint however they charge you extra to use a debit or credit card. They are already making a huge profit on the ice cream and it feels tacky they still feel the need to charge $.50 as a service charge. Otherwise I could give give stars.
