My kids and I love this place. The employees are always very friendly and helpful, and the treats are so good. We love the elites and the kids like the ice creams and Popsicles. My favorite is the mangonada with watermelon sorbet. Everything is so delicious!

Their prices have gone up but so has the quality of their ice cream. I always get a mangonada when I go as its a childhood favorite of mine.

This is a family-orientated business. The hospitality and service is awesome. They also have another location which is on Broadway. Go check them out the experience is worth it. This place has a TON of things to try that all look and sound delicious. Got the pineapple water and its so refreshing and perfectly sweetened. Strawberries and cream are also really good! Comfy chairs, bright happy atmosphere and nice staff!

Stopped by for a treat yesterday and enjoyed a delightful experience. The staff was friendly and courteous. They allowed us to taste flavors before making our decision. The ice cream flavors were bright and refreshing. I will definitely be back!

I love coming here! The waters made of fruit are beyond amazing! Where to begin with all the different flavor of ice creams, so many to choose from😍 love that each ice cream has actual piece of candy or cake in it. You want some authentic hand made ice cream? This is the place to go. The store doesnt appear like too much of a place, at first glance, but what you find inside is really pretty cool. I have to admit, though, upon entering the store, I realized my Spanish isnt what it needs to be. Almost the entire menu board is in Spanish! Dont let that scare you off. The staff realized my obvious ignorance of the language and immediately jumped in to keep me from feeling like a total dope. The young man that helped us was very friendly and patient with us as he explained everything about the store, offered us samples of the ice cream and helped us with our picks. The ice cream was amazing! Go, definitely go for the ice cream! Its worth the experience. Also go for the great staff at the store! They were all very nice. They welcomed us in, were very helpful and were happy we stopped in. This is a must-do.

We finally found a place with DAIRY FREE options! From food, ice cream, popsicles excellent place. We always see it and drive right on by. We decided to stop yesterday and try it out. Glad we did. The boys said it was the BEST ice cream they have ever tasted!

Found this Ice Cream Parlor in Rockford, and it was surprisingly good! The service with a smile was a big plus and they have a variety of ice cream flavors. I definitely recommend this place for all the ages ice cream lovers.

The sorbets taste (and look) like more like real fruit than anything I have seen but homemade. The tamarind is our favorite.

Very clean and staff was helpful. Tried the ganzito ice cream and the Ferrero Rocher. Both were good, a bit on the pricey side for not getting much but it was delicious.

Good night, my experience today when I went to Michoacana I bought a yogurt of ours that seemed spoiled but they told me that it has dates, I also asked for an ice cream that was melting strawberry and the grapes that they put in the yogurt were totally cooked. lose, I do not recommend very bad food at all. that poor quality !!!

Ive been to other Michoacan ice cream parlors and Noo it is the same flavor .. In this ice cream parlor The prices are a little higher but I think they are worth it. The FLAVOR of SNOWS and PALETTES are richer NATURAL and that seizes the difference. Very helpful and clean staff. I definitely recommend this place.
