Great customer service! They work well for us- a small business and they do try to accommodate our budget and needs. I bought the heat-sealer which had to be customized. They were really good about updates, invoicing, and giving info about how to care and maintain it.

This manufacture is someone to do business with. I took a tour of this amazing and spotless facility a couple years back. This tour was impressive and the entire work environment was something to witness. Solutions a business can use are birthed here.
